Abstract

一种新型皮革离型纸,离型纸的原料配方如下:针叶木浆纤维80份,阔叶木浆纤维30份,氧化铝粉末10份,聚丙烯酰胺5份,碳酸钙粉末5份,硅藻土5份,聚氨酯树脂15份,聚乳酸5份,分散剂3份,结合剂3份,稳定剂3份,聚乙烯醇5份,离型剂15份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:按照重量份称取原料;将份称取后的针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、氧化铝粉末、聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙粉末、硅藻土疏解,并将疏解好的浆料抄片、压榨及干燥;将聚氨酯树脂、聚乳酸用搅拌机充分搅匀,加入分散剂、结合剂、稳定剂,搅拌加热得到淋膜料;将淋膜料通过淋膜机模头共挤;用聚乙烯醇对淋膜纸进行表面施胶,之后涂布离型剂;涂布完成后进行干燥,得到成品。

一种新型皮革离型纸
技术领域
本发明涉及离型纸技术领域,具体涉及一种新型皮革离型纸。
背景技术
离型纸又称隔离纸、防粘纸、硅油纸。是一种防止预浸料粘连,又可以保护预浸料不受污染的防粘纸。皮革离型纸是一种特殊的防粘纸,其涂层一般具有凹凸状的花纹结构,它在人造革与合成革工业中被大量使用,作为人造革与合成革生产中的载体,人造皮革离型纸能把压印在其上的花纹复制到人造革与合成革上。
目前人造革和合成革的产量已经达到73亿㎡,其中45亿㎡都需要用到皮革离型纸,皮革离型纸的需求量十分巨大。但现有的皮革离型纸技术制备得到的产品存在强度有限,可重复使用次数有限等一系列问题,因此亟需更好的技术和产品来进行取代。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种制备工艺简单,易于操作,更适于工业化生产的新型皮革离型纸及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种新型皮革离型纸,其原料按重量的配方如下:针叶木浆纤维80-100份,阔叶木浆纤维30-50份,氧化铝粉末10-15份,聚丙烯酰胺5-10份,碳酸钙粉末5-10份,硅藻土5-10份,聚氨酯树脂15-20份,聚乳酸5-10份,分散剂3-5份,结合剂3-5份,稳定剂3-5份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,离型剂15-30份。
进一步地,所述针叶木浆纤维的打浆度为20-40°SR,阔叶木浆纤维的打浆度为20-40°SR;且所述针叶木浆纤维和阔叶木浆纤维浆料含水量均为10-20%。
一种新型皮革离型纸的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将按照重量份称取后的针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、氧化铝粉末、聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙粉末、硅藻土用疏解机疏解10000 r,并将疏解好的浆料依照所需定量在抄片机中进行抄片,湿纸幅在3-5MPa的压力下压榨40-60s;压榨后的纸幅在真空干燥器中105℃条件下进行干燥;
(3)将聚氨酯树脂、聚乳酸用搅拌机充分搅匀,再加入分散剂、结合剂、稳定剂,搅拌同时加热得到淋膜料;
(4)将淋膜料通过淋膜机模头共挤在步骤(2)中制备得到的干纸幅上得到淋膜纸,淋膜机的共挤速度为100-120m/min;
(5)用聚乙烯醇对淋膜纸进行表面施胶,之后涂布离型剂;
(6)涂布完成后在真空干燥器105℃条件下进行干燥,干燥时间为5min,得到成品。
本发明的有益技术效果在于: (1)本发明的皮革离型纸其制备工艺简单,易于操作,适于工业化生产;(2)本发明制得的皮革离型纸能够具有更好的产品强度,具有良好的应用前景。

为使本领域的普通技术人员更加清楚地理解本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,以下实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
本发明所述的一种新型皮革离型纸,其原料按重量的配方如下:针叶木浆纤维80-100份,阔叶木浆纤维30-50份,氧化铝粉末10-15份,聚丙烯酰胺5-10份,碳酸钙粉末5-10份,硅藻土5-10份,聚氨酯树脂15-20份,聚乳酸5-10份,分散剂3-5份,结合剂3-5份,稳定剂3-5份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,离型剂15-30份。
进一步地,所述针叶木浆纤维的打浆度为20-40°SR,阔叶木浆纤维的打浆度为20-40°SR;且所述针叶木浆纤维和阔叶木浆纤维浆料含水量均为10-20%。
一种新型皮革离型纸的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;

(4)将淋膜料通过淋膜机模头共挤在步骤(2)中制备得到的干纸幅上得到淋膜纸,淋膜机的共挤速度为100-120m/min;
(5)用聚乙烯醇对淋膜纸进行表面施胶,之后涂布离型剂;
(6)涂布完成后在真空干燥器105℃条件下进行干燥,干燥时间为5min,得到成品。实施例1:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料。其原料按重量的配方如下:30°SR含水10%针叶木浆纤维(以绝干量计)80份,30°SR含水10%阔叶木浆纤维(以绝干量计)30份,氧化铝粉末10份,聚丙烯酰胺5份,碳酸钙粉末5份,硅藻土5份,聚氨酯树脂15份,聚乳酸5份,分散剂3份,结合剂3份,稳定剂3份,聚乙烯醇5份,离型剂15份。
(2)将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、氧化铝粉末、聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙粉末、硅藻土用疏解机疏解10000 r,并将疏解好的浆料依照所需定量在抄片机中进行抄片,湿纸幅在3.5MPa的压力下压榨40s;压榨后的纸幅在真空干燥器中105℃条件下进行干燥;
(3)将聚氨酯树脂、聚乳酸用搅拌机充分搅匀,再加入分散剂、结合剂、稳定剂,搅拌同时加热得到淋膜料;
(4)将淋膜料通过淋膜机模头共挤在(2)中制备得到的干纸幅上得到淋膜纸,共挤速度为120m/min;
(5)再用聚乙烯醇对淋膜纸进行表面施胶,之后涂布离型剂。
(6)涂布完成后在真空干燥器105℃条件下进行干燥5min,得到成品。
实施例2:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料。其原料按重量的配方如下:30°SR含水10%针叶木浆纤维(以绝干量计)100份,30°SR含水10%阔叶木浆纤维(以绝干量计)50份,氧化铝粉末15份,聚丙烯酰胺10份,碳酸钙粉末10份,硅藻土10份,聚氨酯树脂20份,聚乳酸10份,分散剂5份,结合剂5份,稳定剂5份,聚乙烯醇10份,离型剂30份。
(2)将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、氧化铝粉末、聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙粉末、硅藻土用疏解机疏解10000 r,并将疏解好的浆料依照所需定量在抄片机中进行抄片,湿纸幅在5MPa的压力下压榨60s;压榨后的纸幅在真空干燥器中105℃条件下进行干燥;
(3)将聚氨酯树脂、聚乳酸用搅拌机充分搅匀,再加入分散剂、结合剂、稳定剂,搅拌同时加热得到淋膜料;
(4)将淋膜料通过淋膜机模头共挤在(2)中制备得到的干纸幅上得到淋膜纸,共挤速度为100m/min;
(5)再用聚乙烯醇对淋膜纸进行表面施胶,之后涂布离型剂。
(6)涂布完成后在真空干燥器105℃条件下进行干燥5min,得到成品。
实施例3:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料。其原料按重量的配方如下:30°SR含水10%针叶木浆纤维(以绝干量计)80份,30°SR含水10%阔叶木浆纤维(以绝干量计)50份,氧化铝粉末10份,聚丙烯酰胺10份,碳酸钙粉末10份,硅藻土5份,聚氨酯树脂20份,聚乳酸10份,分散剂5份,结合剂5份,稳定剂5份,聚乙烯醇5份,离型剂20份。
(2)将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、氧化铝粉末、聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙粉末、硅藻土用疏解机疏解10000 r,并将疏解好的浆料依照所需定量在抄片机中进行抄片,湿纸幅在4MPa的压力下压榨50s;压榨后的纸幅在真空干燥器中105℃条件下进行干燥;
(3)将聚氨酯树脂、聚乳酸用搅拌机充分搅匀,再加入分散剂、结合剂、稳定剂,搅拌同时加热得到淋膜料;
(4)将淋膜料通过淋膜机模头共挤在(2)中制备得到的干纸幅上得到淋膜纸,共挤速度为100m/min;
(5)再用聚乙烯醇对淋膜纸进行表面施胶,之后涂布离型剂。
(6)涂布完成后在真空干燥器105℃条件下进行干燥5min,得到成品。

1.一种新型皮革离型纸,其特征在于:其原料按重量的配方如下:针叶木浆纤维80-100份,阔叶木浆纤维30-50份,氧化铝粉末10-15份,聚丙烯酰胺5-10份,碳酸钙粉末5-10份,硅藻土5-10份,聚氨酯树脂15-20份,聚乳酸5-10份,分散剂3-5份,结合剂3-5份,稳定剂3-5份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,离型剂15-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型皮革离型纸,其特征在于:所述针叶木浆纤维的打浆度为20-40°SR,阔叶木浆纤维的打浆度为20-40°SR;且所述针叶木浆纤维和阔叶木浆纤维浆料含水量均为10-20%。
3.一种根据权利要求2所述的新型皮革离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将按照重量份称取后的针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、氧化铝粉末、聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙粉末、硅藻土用疏解机疏解10000 r,并将疏解好的浆料依照所需定量在抄片机中进行抄片,湿纸幅在3-5MPa的压力下压榨40-60s;压榨后的纸幅在真空干燥器中105℃条件下进行干燥;
(3)将聚氨酯树脂、聚乳酸用搅拌机充分搅匀,再加入分散剂、结合剂、稳定剂,搅拌同时加热得到淋膜料;
(4)将淋膜料通过淋膜机模头共挤在步骤(2)中制备得到的干纸幅上得到淋膜纸,淋膜机的共挤速度为100-120m/min;
(5)用聚乙烯醇对淋膜纸进行表面施胶,之后涂布离型剂;
(6)涂布完成后在真空干燥器105℃条件下进行干燥,干燥时间为5min,得到成品。
