背景技术
人们在寒冷季节或者寒冷环境中,为了御寒保暖效果,往往穿着厚重衣物。近年来,随着生产技术不断提高和生产成本不断降低,轻薄型的御寒衣物逐渐被人们所接受以及广泛应用,如羽绒衣物。
虽然市面上的羽绒衣物拥有外形美观以及重量轻量化等优点,但是羽绒衣物的内部结构上,通常包括外层和内层,再通过相应的纵横车线以将羽绒衣物的外层和内层相连,并将两者之间空间分隔为若干个独立的容纳腔体,并且在车缝车上相应的纵横线之前,则需要将丝状的禽类羽毛(如鸭毛、鹅毛等)或羽绒棉提前填充于外层和内层之间空间内。若无法将上述的填充物均衡分散或可靠填充,将会影响羽绒衣物的最终使用性能。
随着人们对羽绒衣物的需求不断提高,相应的羽绒需求量和价格也不断提高。另外,根据羽绒衣物在保温原理,需要使得每个独立容纳腔体为膨胀状态,才能减缓人体热量向外散失速度和最终保持人体核心温度的稳定,但是用户正常穿着后,羽绒衣物的整体外形较为臃肿。
因此对现有防寒衣物的保温结构进行优化改进,以使其整体结构更加紧凑、制造更加方便,这是非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种结构紧凑且制造方便的防寒衣物的保温结构,本发明还提出一种关于防寒衣物的保温结构的生产方法,旨在提高保温材料结构的结构更加紧凑以及实际使用的实用性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的一种防寒衣物的保温结构,包括相对设置的第一内片层和第二内片层,第一内片层表面设有若干第一压紧凸出部,第二内片层表面设有若干第二压紧凸出部,第一压紧凸出部和第二压紧凸出部接触相连,并形成介于第一内片层和第二内片层之间的若干个容纳腔体;第一内片层和第二内片层的外侧依次设有内表层和外表层,内表层和外表层之间至少部分编织相连且两者之间存在可滞留气体的相对间隙,内表层与第一内片层和/或第二内片层相连。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种防寒衣物的保温结构。
实施例1
请参见图1、3、4,在本发明实施例的防寒衣物的保温结构,包括相对设置的第一内片层1和第二内片层2,第一内片层1表面设有若干第一压紧凸出部11,第二内片层2表面设有若干第二压紧凸出部21,优选地,本发明实施例的第一内片层1和第二内片层2采用熔喷布的材料,而非编织制成,从而使得第一内片层1和第二内片层2具有材质柔软以及具有微细通气孔,可具备优异的通气效果。第一压紧凸出部11和第二压紧凸出部21接触相连且形成介于第一内片层1和第二内片层2之间的若干个容纳腔体3,该容纳腔体3能够作为隔热空间使用,这样能够保温结构具有更好的隔热效果。第一内片层1和第二内片层2的外侧自内向外设有内表层4和设置于外侧的外表层5,内表层4和外表层5之间至少部分编织相连且两者之间存在可滞留气体的相对间隙,内表层4与第一内片层1和/或第二内片层2相连。
优选地,为了使得第一内片层1和第二内片层2能够方便地被裁剪为符合需求的形状,可在第一内片层1和第二内片层2表面画出具体轮廓,以便后续进行操作和裁剪。
优选地,为了使得在第一内片层1和第二内片层2的表面形成相应的压紧凸出部,可将第一内片层1和第二内片层2重叠在一起,再使用相对滚动的加热辊,并且加热辊6表面间隔设置凸出部7,以对第一内片层1和第二内片层2进行滚压而形成压紧凸出部。或者可通过表面设有相应凸出部7的上模和下模,在加热条件下实现上模81和下模82的压合,最终形成压紧凸出部。需要说明的是,本发明设置有凸出部7的上模81和下模82,或外周面设有凸出部7的相对滚动的上下两个加热辊6,在进行作动时,都需要保持对称动作。
优选地,本实施例的第一压紧凸出部11和第二压紧凸出部21为点状间隔均匀分布,第一压紧凸出部11和第二压紧凸出部21之间相连,其中第一压紧凸出部11可通过粘接剂等常规技术手段而与第二压紧凸出部21相连,或者采用超声波焊接将其焊接相连。
更优选地,为了使得第一内片层1和第二内片层2之间具有更好的通气性能,可在加热辊6表面或者在上模81和下模82表面设置若干针状结构,在压紧凸出部形成过程中,通过针状结构以对内片层进行结构刺穿,在其表面形成更大的通气孔。与此同时,第一内片层1和第二内片层2表面设置的通气孔可在相对方向错开一定垂直距离,这样气体流通容纳腔体的路径变长,既能提高通气效率,还能保证保暖性能维持在相对较高水平。
优选地,通过相应的凸出部7而在第一内片层1和第二内片层2表面的相对表面形成压紧凸出部后,在压紧凸出部的外侧面形成朝外的内凹结构9,而通过上述内凹结构9与内表层4之间形成用于保温的第二容纳腔体,进一步提高保温和隔热的效果。
在本发明实施例的防寒衣物的保温结构中,内表层4和外表层5都由经纱线和纬纱线编织形成,外表层5的纱线在间隔时间内至少部分穿入内表面4的纱线的第一缝隙和第二缝隙内,或者在本发明的其他实施例中,内表层4的纱线在间隔编织时间内至少部分穿入外表层5的纱线的第一缝隙和第二缝隙内。因此通过外表层5和内表层4之间部分的纱线为连接关系,这样可避免过多地使用粘接剂且使得成本降低,且更加环保健康。
为了实现快速相连,本发明实施例的外表层5和内表层4的纤维熔点高于第一内片层1和第二内片层2的纤维熔点,通过超声波焊接进行焊接时,外部压紧装置而使上下设置的下部的外表层5和内表层4、第一内片层1、第二内片层2以及上部的内表层4和外表层5层叠合后,再通过向中心位置压紧,再施以超声波焊接,使得只有第一内片层1和第二内层2焊接相连,以及第一内片层1和第二内片层2的外表面分别与内表层4焊接相连,此时的内表层4和外表层5则不会发生焊接相连。
本发明实施例的内表层4和外表层5的通气率大于第一内片层1和第二内片层2之间的通气率。另外,外表层5和内表层4之间通过纱线相连,使得外表层5和内表层4之间保持相对稳定的连接关系,并且外表层5和内表层4之间容纳腔室更加充盈,面料的气孔透气率相应地提高。
需要说明的是,为了使得本实施例的防寒衣物的保温结构的衣物具备更多使用功能,可选择不同的材料以形成内表层4和外表层5,因此由内表层4和外表层5共同形成的外片层具备更加优异的性能,例如使其具备抗菌性能、电磁屏蔽性能、远红外放射性能等。
请参见图1、3、4。本发明还提出一种应用防寒衣物的保温结构的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:将所述第一内片层1和所述第二内片层2之间相对放置且向内挤压重叠;
步骤S2:在第一内片层1和所述第二内片层2外部,分别使用经纱线和纬纱线编织内表层4和外表层5,外表层5的纬纱线在一定的编织时间间隔内进入至内表层4内以及退出内表层4,连接内表层4和外表层5的若干段中间连接纱线限定内表层4和外表层5之间间隙;
步骤S3:通过将表面设有若干凸出部的上模81和下模82,对相互重叠的下部的外表层5和内表层4、第一内片层1、第二内片层2以及上部的内表层4和外表层5共同产生挤压作用力,第一内片层1和第二内片层2之间相对位置接触并产生压紧凸出部;
步骤S4:对上模81和下模82施以超声波能量并持续层压,第一内片层1和第二内片层2关于第一压紧凸出部11和第二压紧凸出部21以非可拆卸方式相连,第一内片层1和第二内片层2分别与不同的内表层4熔接相连,内表层4和外表层5之间不发生熔接相连。
具体地,本实施例通过使用超声波焊接装置并经过上模81和下模82向层叠的第一内片层1和第二内片层2传递能量,两个内片层之间的压紧凸出部因受到能量而逐渐软化并逐渐相连,另外内片层4可与内表层之间,也能够实现逐渐相连,但是因为内表层4和外表层5的熔点较高,因此无法使得内表层和外表层之间熔接相连。
实施例2
请参见2、3、4,本实施例的防寒衣物的保温结构,内表层4和外表层5之间设有第一水溶性纤维层10以将内表层4和外表层5之间部分分隔;第一内片层1和第二内片层2之间设有第二水溶性纤维层101以将容纳腔体3填充。其中本实施例的第一水溶性纤维层10和第二水溶性纤维层101可溶于水体内,优选地,本发明实施例的上述两个水溶性纤维层可选用水溶性较高的聚乙烯醇纤维。
通过在第一内片层1和第二内片层2之间设置第二水溶性纤维层101,以及在内表层4和外表层5之间设置第一水溶性纤维层10,都分别成型重叠的三层组织结构,从而极大地方便整个编织过程以及相应的编织定位。
由于在第一内片层1和第二内片层2相互压紧以及超声波焊接相连时,为了避免两者并非在压紧凸出部发生相连,通过设置水溶性纤维层,能够在上下方向上对第一内片层1和第二内片层2之间进行初步定位和分隔,并且在第一内片层1和第二内片层2受到挤压变形时,都是关于压紧凸出部发生挤压变形,并侵入至水溶纤维层内部,这样就可以保证内片层都是关于压紧凸出部发生焊接相连,而水溶性纤维层未被压紧凸出部挤压的其他位置,则可靠地形成容纳腔体,当后续进行清洗后,即可形成用于存储空气和隔热的腔室。
优选地,本实施例的第一水溶性纤维层10在35-40摄氏度的温水水洗过程发生溶解后并部分附着于内表层4和外表层5的经纱线和纬纱线之间的间隙,内表层4和外表层5之间形成稳定的保温腔室;第二水溶性纤维层101在水洗过程发生溶解并部分分别附着于第一内片层1和第二内片层2的纱线间隙内,容纳腔室保持稳定状态,以及可保证固定的容纳腔室厚度。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种防寒衣物的保温结构,其特征在于,包括相对设置的第一内片层和第二内片层,第一内片层表面设有若干第一压紧凸出部,第二内片层表面设有若干第二压紧凸出部,第一压紧凸出部和第二压紧凸出部接触相连,并形成介于第一内片层和第二内片层之间的若干个容纳腔体;第一内片层和第二内片层的外侧依次设有内表层和外表层,内表层和外表层之间至少部分编织相连且两者之间存在可滞留气体的相对间隙,内表层与第一内片层和/或第二内片层相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的防寒衣物的保温结构,其特征在于,所述内表层和所述外表层由经纱线和纬纱线编织形成,外表层的纱线在间隔编织时间内至少部分穿入内表面的纱线的第一缝隙和第二缝隙内;或内表层的纱线在间隔编织时间内至少部分穿入外表面的纱线的第一缝隙和第二缝隙内。
3.如权利要求1所述的防寒衣物的保温结构,其特征在于,所述第一压紧凸出部和所述第二压紧凸出部为点状间隔均匀分布,第一压紧凸出部和第二压紧凸出部之间以非可拆卸方式相连。
4.如权利要求1所述的防寒衣物的保温结构,其特征在于,所述内表层和所述外表层的熔点高于所述第一内片层和所述第二内片层的熔点。
5.如权利要求1所述的防寒衣物的保温结构,其特征在于,所述内表层和所述外表层的通气率大于所述第一内片层和所述第二内片层之间的通气率。
6.如权利要求1所述的防寒衣物的保温结构,其特征在于,所述内表层和所述外表层之间设有第一水溶性纤维层以将内表层和外表层之间部分位置分隔;所述第一内片层和所述第二内片层之间设有第二水溶性纤维层以将所述容纳腔体填充。
7.如权利要求6所述的防寒衣物的保温结构,其特征在于,所述第一水溶性纤维层在水洗过程发生溶解后并部分附着于所述内表层和所述外表层的经纱线和纬纱线之间间隙,原本填充有第一水溶性纤维层的空间转换为内表层和外表层之间的稳定的保温腔室;所述第二水溶性纤维层在水洗过程发生溶解并部分分别附着于所述第一内片层和所述第二内片层的纱线间隙内,所述容纳腔室保持稳定状态。
8.一种应用如权利要求1-7任一所述防寒衣物的保温结构的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:将所述第一内片层和所述第二内片层之间相对放置且向内挤压重叠;
步骤S2:在第一内片层和所述第二内片层外部,分别使用经纱线和纬纱线编织内表层和外表层,外表层的纬纱线在一定的编织时间间隔内进入至内表层内以及退出内表层,连接内表层和外表层的若干段中间连接纱线限定内表层和外表层之间间隙;
步骤S3:通过将表面设有若干凸出部的上模和下模,对相互重叠的下部的外表层和内表层、第一内片层、第二内片层以及上部的内表层和外表层共同产生挤压作用力,第一内片层和第二内片层之间相对位置接触并产生压紧凸出部;
步骤S4:对上模和下模施以超声波能量并持续层压,第一内片层和第二内片层关于第一压紧凸出部和第二压紧凸出部以非可拆卸方式相连,第一内片层和第二内片层分别与不同的内表层熔接相连,内表层和外表层之间不发生熔接相连。
9.如权利要求8所述的生产方法,其特征在于,所述上模和所述下模为相对滚动且外周面设有若干凸出部的辊轴结构,或为底面设有若干凸出部的板体结构。
10.如权利要求9所述的生产方法,其特征在于,所述上模和所述下模表面的凸出部为上下对称作动。
