技术领域
本发明涉及层状产品领域,具体涉及一种轻质保温面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
面料五花八门,面料的制备日新月异,针对面料的改革与创新也在不断推陈出新。有针对面料纺织纤维的探索与创新,目前的纺织纤维种类繁多,包括天然纤维和合成纤维,针对不同的面料需求,选择各种纤维制备面料。也有针对各种功能性面料需求,选择在面料纺织过程中,添加不同填料,用以增强面料的各项性能,但是这种方法在增加面料功能性的同时,也不可避免地存在着填料溶出的问题,造成皮肤过敏、面料合格率下降等问题。
保温面料是其中的一个研究热点。传统保温面料不可避免存在着面料密度厚的问题,给人体带来沉重的穿着体验。因此,同时解决保温、质轻、无刺激的面料具有广阔的市场前景。
中国专利CN201110049427.7公开了一种保温面料,依次包括棉布层、反射层、保暖层、空腔层和装饰层,棉布层位于保温面料的最里层,装饰层位于保温面料的最外层,空腔层位于装饰层的里侧,保暖层为中间层,保暖层中有保温材料。但是该专利制备得到的保温面料的厚度大、透气性差、一般不作为穿着面料。
因此,需要制备一种保温、质轻、无刺激的面料。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种轻质保温面料及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种轻质保温面料,包括吸热层、填充层和透水层;吸热层在横截面为蜂窝结构;透水层在横截面为Y形;吸热层和透水层之间采用填充层;填充层采用长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维混纺而成;吸热层、填充层、透水层通过缝制连接。
其中,面料采用多层面料复合而成,有利于面料轻质保温功能的实现;吸热层采用棉纤维和氨纶纤维混纺而成,热传导率低,使得热量不易散出;透水层位于面料内层,由于该层面料由棉纤维、丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维混纺而成,丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维的疏水效果好,有利于汗水蒸汽的散发,棉纤维有利于汗水蒸汽的吸收,从而实现透水功能;填充层采用长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维混纺而成,再经过水洗步骤,使水溶性的聚乙烯醇纤维去除,使得长绒棉的蓬松程度上升,面料的空气截留率提高,进一步提高保温程度,并且使得填充层的单位重量下降,进一步降低了面料的重量;吸热层在横截面为蜂窝结构,透水层在横截面为Y形,通过面料的不对称结构,降低空气的透过率,提高面料的保温性,并且透水层在横截面为Y形增强了其透水性,人体穿着时不感到闷热不舒服,提高了舒适效果。
进一步地,吸热层采用棉纤维和氨纶纤维混纺而成。
更进一步地,氨纶纤维的混纺比例是1.5%~4%。
进一步地,透水层采用棉纤维、丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维混纺而成。
更进一步地,棉纤维的混纺比例是95%~97%。
更进一步地,丙纶纤维和乙纶纤维的混纺比例是1:0.2~0.5。
进一步地,填充层中,聚乙烯醇纤维的混纺比例是3%~6%。
本发明的另一发明目的,在于提供一种上述轻质保温面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,吸热层纺织:将棉纤维和氨纶纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为10μm~25μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维纺织成横截面为蜂窝结构的面料,即为吸热层;
步骤S2,填充层纺织;将长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为5μm~15μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维经过经纬交织纺织制成克重为30g/m2~50g/m2的面料,经过水洗,使混纺纤维中的聚乙烯醇纤维去除,干燥后,得到填充层;
步骤S3,透水层纺织;将棉纤维、丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为20μm~40μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维纺织成横截面为Y形的面料,即为透水层;
步骤S4,将制得的吸热层、透水层与至少一层填充层通过缝制连接,形成所述轻质保温面料。
进一步地,步骤S1中,吸热层的克重为70g/m2~100g/m2。
进一步地,步骤S3中,透水层的克重为50g/m2~70g/m2。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明制得的面料保温、质轻、无刺激;
2.本发明采用的面料制备工艺简单、易于操作,无须更换生产设备,减轻了企业的生产成本和维修成本。

一种轻质保温面料,包括吸热层、填充层和透水层;吸热层在横截面为蜂窝结构;透水层在横截面为Y形;吸热层和透水层之间采用填充层;填充层采用长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维混纺而成;吸热层、填充层、透水层通过缝制连接。
其中,吸热层采用棉纤维和氨纶纤维混纺而成,混纺比例是:棉纤维98.5%,氨纶纤维1.5%;透水层采用棉纤维、丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维混纺而成,混纺比例是:棉纤维95%,丙纶纤维4.17%,乙纶纤维0.83%;填充层中,混纺比例是:长绒棉97%,聚乙烯醇纤维3%。
实施例2
一种轻质保温面料,包括吸热层、填充层和透水层;吸热层在横截面为蜂窝结构;透水层在横截面为Y形;吸热层和透水层之间采用填充层;填充层采用长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维混纺而成;吸热层、填充层、透水层通过缝制连接。

步骤S1,吸热层纺织:将棉纤维和氨纶纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为25μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维纺织成横截面为蜂窝结构的面料,即为吸热层;其中,吸热层的克重为100g/m2;
步骤S2,填充层纺织;将长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为15μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维经过经纬交织纺织制成克重为50g/m2的面料,经过水洗,使混纺纤维中的聚乙烯醇纤维去除,干燥后,得到填充层;
步骤S3,透水层纺织;将棉纤维、丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为40μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维纺织成横截面为Y形的面料,即为透水层;其中,透水层的克重为70g/m2;
步骤S4,将制得的吸热层、透水层与两层填充层通过缝制连接,形成所述轻质保温面料。
实施例6
一种轻质保温面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,吸热层纺织:将棉纤维和氨纶纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为18μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维纺织成横截面为蜂窝结构的面料,即为吸热层;其中,吸热层的克重为85g/m2;
步骤S2,填充层纺织;将长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为10μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维经过经纬交织纺织制成克重为40g/m2的面料,经过水洗,使混纺纤维中的聚乙烯醇纤维去除,干燥后,得到填充层;
步骤S3,透水层纺织;将棉纤维、丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为30μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维纺织成横截面为Y形的面料,即为透水层;其中,透水层的克重为60g/m2;
步骤S4,将制得的吸热层、透水层与五层填充层通过缝制连接,形成所述轻质保温面料。
实验例1
对实施例1~6制得的轻质保温面料的性能进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

结果:实施例1~6制得的轻质保温面料良好,透气效果佳,未检出甲醛。
结论:本申请的轻质保温面料保温、质轻、无刺激。

Claims (10)
1.一种轻质保温面料,其特征在于,包括吸热层、填充层和透水层;所述吸热层在横截面为蜂窝结构;所述透水层在横截面为Y形;所述吸热层和透水层之间采用填充层;所述填充层采用长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维混纺而成;所述吸热层、填充层、透水层通过缝制连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保温面料,其特征在于,所述吸热层采用棉纤维和氨纶纤维混纺而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻质保温面料,其特征在于,所述氨纶纤维的混纺比例是1.5%~4%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保温面料,其特征在于,所述透水层采用棉纤维、丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维混纺而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轻质保温面料,其特征在于,所述棉纤维的混纺比例是95%~97%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的轻质保温面料,其特征在于,所述丙纶纤维和乙纶纤维的混纺比例是1:0.2~0.5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保温面料,其特征在于,填充层中,所述聚乙烯醇纤维的混纺比例是3%~6%。
8.一种根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的轻质保温面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,吸热层纺织:将棉纤维和氨纶纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为10μm~25μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维纺织成横截面为蜂窝结构的面料,即为吸热层;
步骤S2,填充层纺织;将长绒棉与聚乙烯醇纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为5μm~15μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维经过经纬交织纺织制成克重为30g/m2~50g/m2的面料,经过水洗,使混纺纤维中的聚乙烯醇纤维去除,干燥后,得到填充层;
步骤S3,透水层纺织;将棉纤维、丙纶纤维、乙纶纤维按所述比例混纺,制成直径为20μm~40μm的混纺纤维,将制得的混纺纤维纺织成横截面为Y形的面料,即为透水层;
步骤S4,将制得的吸热层、透水层与至少一层填充层通过缝制连接,形成所述轻质保温面料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述吸热层的克重为70g/m2~100g/m2。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述透水层的克重为50g/m2~70g/m2。
