本发明公开了一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,包括外接触层、纬线、经线和功能槽,所述外接触层的下端面与第一缠绕线和第二缠绕线的顶部相互连接,且第一缠绕线和第二缠绕线的底部与基层的上端面相互连接,所述纬线与经线相互连接,所述基层的下端面固定在连接层的顶端,所述功能槽开设在内接触层的下端面。该可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,采用新型的设计,使得本面料较传统的白坯布面料,首先在耐磨性上,加入了强度较高的材料,保证面料整体耐磨,不会轻易磨损,还加入了具有良好弹性的材料,使得面料的弹性得到很大的提升,并且利用耐磨线体对经纬线进行加固,降低了在剪切过程中经纬线断裂后拉丝情况出现的可能。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐磨面料技术领域,具体为一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料。
背景技术
面料的主要用途是作为纺织产品为服装的制作提供原料,在使用面料进行服装制作时,需要根据服装的设计,对面料如白坯布等进行适当的染色裁剪和缝合,最终制成成品服装。
随着在服装生产中不断对面料进行裁剪,由于传统的梭织面料,由经线和纬线成90°角交织制成,在裁剪时,经线和纬线被切断,切口处的经线和纬线易拉丝,造成面料切口处损坏,且传统制造白胚布面料多使用纯棉纱线,弹性不足,且易磨损,便于在加工中进行裁剪操作,纯棉的纱线也容易在切断时出现拉丝。所以需要针对上述问题设计一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出剪切时易产生拉丝,弹性不足,易磨损的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,包括外接触层、纬线、经线和功能槽,所述外接触层的下端面与第一缠绕线和第二缠绕线的顶部相互连接,且第一缠绕线和第二缠绕线的底部与基层的上端面相互连接,所述纬线与经线相互连接,且纬线和经线均与第一缠绕线和第二缠绕线的内侧相互连接,所述基层的下端面固定在连接层的顶端,且连接层的底端与内接触层的顶端相互连接,并且内接触层上开设有下窗口和上窗口,同时下窗口的顶端与上窗口的底端相互连接,所述功能槽开设在内接触层的下端面,且功能槽的内壁上安装有恢复层,所述外接触层为使用纺粘法制成的无纺布,且外接触层的组分为:40%涤纶、20%丙纶、20%氨纶和20%棉纶,所述第一缠绕线由第一外衬层和第一芯线构成,且第一外衬层由100%涤纶材料制成,并且第一芯线由100%棉制成,同时第一缠绕线的剖面形状为两侧设置有波浪形结构的椭圆形,所述纬线由第二外衬层、中层和第二芯线构成,且第二外衬层材质为100%涤纶、中层材质为100%氨纶、第二芯线材质为100%棉。
优选的,所述第一缠绕线与第二缠绕线的材料组成相同,且第一缠绕线和第二缠绕线呈双螺旋缠绕结构,并且第一缠绕线与第二缠绕线缠绕在纬线和经线交叉处外侧。
优选的,所述纬线和经线的材料组成相同,且纬线和经线采用梭织方法制成。
优选的,所述内接触层为100%棉,且内接触层上密集分布有下窗口和上窗口,并且下窗口和上窗口的正视剖面的形状均为等腰梯形。
优选的,所述功能槽和恢复层的正视剖面的形状均为半圆形,且恢复层的材质为橡胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,采用新型的设计,使得本面料较传统的白坯布面料,首先在耐磨性上,加入了强度较高的材料,保证面料整体耐磨,不会轻易磨损,还加入了具有良好弹性的材料,使得面料的弹性得到很大的提升,并且利用耐磨线体对经纬线进行加固,降低了在剪切过程中经纬线断裂后拉丝情况出现的可能;
1.外接触层和基层的材料组成结构,使得面料整体与外界接触时,不会轻易磨损,提高了面料制成俯视的耐用性,并且纺粘法制成的外接触层和基层没有经纬线,在切断后不会产生拉丝,可以对纬线和经线进行保护,同时还令面料整体具有较好的弹性、良好的透气性和保温性;
2.第一缠绕线和第二缠绕线呈双螺旋缠绕在纬线和经线的交叉处,可以对纬线和经线进行保护,降低纬线和经线切断后产生拉丝的可能;
3.连接层、内接触层、下窗口、功能槽、恢复层和上窗口令面料具有较好的透气性和保温性,并且能够较为紧密的与使用者的皮肤贴合,还具有一定回复功能,降低产生褶皱的可能。

请参阅图1-8,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,包括外接触层1、第一缠绕线2、第二缠绕线3、纬线4、经线5、基层6、连接层7、内接触层8、下窗口9、功能槽10、恢复层11和上窗口12,外接触层1的下端面与第一缠绕线2和第二缠绕线3的顶部相互连接,且第一缠绕线2和第二缠绕线3的底部与基层6的上端面相互连接,纬线4与经线5相互连接,且纬线4和经线5均与第一缠绕线2和第二缠绕线3的内侧相互连接,基层6的下端面固定在连接层7的顶端,且连接层7的底端与内接触层8的顶端相互连接,并且内接触层8上开设有下窗口9和上窗口12,同时下窗口9的顶端与上窗口12的底端相互连接,功能槽10开设在内接触层8的下端面,且功能槽10的内壁上安装有恢复层11。
本例中外接触层1为使用纺粘法制成的无纺布,且外接触层1的组分为:40%涤纶、20%丙纶、20%氨纶和20%棉纶,上述的设计使得外接触层1没有经纬线,剪切时不会出现拉丝的情况,并且涤纶和丙纶均具有较高的强度,氨纶具有很好的弹性,而棉纶具有轻柔保暖、导湿干爽和卫生抗菌的优良特性,使得与外界环境接触的外接触层1不易磨损,且具有保暖、透气和卫生的优点;
第一缠绕线2由第一外衬层21和第一芯线22构成,且第一外衬层21由100%涤纶材料制成,并且第一芯线22由100%棉制成,同时第一缠绕线(2)的剖面形状为两侧设置有波浪形结构的椭圆形,100%涤纶制成的第一外衬层21令第一缠绕线2耐磨损,不会轻易损坏,而100%棉制成的第一芯线22使得第一缠绕线2具有一定的拉伸性和保温性,而椭圆形设计以及波浪形结构使得第一缠绕线2与纬线4和经线5接触时不易打滑,降低拉丝情况出现的几率;
第一缠绕线2与第二缠绕线3的材料组成相同,且第一缠绕线2和第二缠绕线3呈双螺旋缠绕结构,并且第一缠绕线2与第二缠绕线3缠绕在纬线4和经线5交叉处外侧,第一缠绕线2与第二缠绕线3的材料和结构设计,使得第一缠绕线2与第二缠绕线3可以对纬线4和经线5交叉处进行挤压加固,降低拉丝情况出现的几率,同时这种结构也利于气体的流动,加强了面料整体的透气性;
纬线4由第二外衬层41、中层42和第二芯线43构成,且第二外衬层41材质为100%涤纶、中层42材质为100%氨纶、第二芯线43材质为100%棉,上述的设计使得最外层100%涤纶制成的第二外衬层41耐磨损,可以保护纬线4不会轻易在使用过程中磨损断裂,而100%氨纶制成的中层42具有良好的弹性,保证纬线4可以在一定程度上进行拉伸和恢复,而100%棉制成的第二芯线43为纬线4提供了基础的保温功能;
纬线4和经线5的材料组成相同,且纬线4和经线5采用梭织方法制成,上述的设计使得纬线4和经线5的结合较为紧密,不会轻易松动,在剪切后不易产生纬线4和经线5不易产生拉丝;
基层6为使用纺粘法制成的无纺布,并且基层6的厚度比连接层7的厚度薄,同时连接层7由麻纤维材料制成,上述的设计使得基层6较外接触层1具有更好的保暖、导湿和卫生抗菌性能,令更接近使用者皮肤的基层6可以为使用者提供更舒适的体验,而麻纤维材料制成的连接层7透气性能最佳,不会过多阻碍气体的流动;
内接触层8为100%棉,且内接触层8上密集分布有下窗口9和上窗口12,并且下窗口9和上窗口12的正视剖面的形状均为等腰梯形,上述的设计使得100%棉的内接触层8可以为使用者提供更加舒适的体验,并能快速吸汗排气,下窗口9和上窗口12的设计加快了气体的交换,并且在内接触层8受到挤压的过程中内下窗口9和上窗口12的结构较传统直筒状的通气孔,不易在挤压过程中变形,保证气体交换的流畅;
功能槽10和恢复层11的正视剖面的形状均为半圆形,且恢复层11的材质为橡胶,上述的设计使得功能槽10将内接触层8分为多个小块,保证内接触层8在形变时,可以沿着功能槽10的轨迹形变,多个小块可以更加贴合使用者皮肤,避免褶皱过大,出现不贴合不保暖的情况,并且橡胶材质的恢复层11可以协助内接触层8恢复原状,使得内接触层8不会在使用中轻易疲劳变形。
工作原理:对本面料进行剪切时,由于第一缠绕线2与第二缠绕线3双螺旋缠绕在纬线4和经线5交叉处外侧,对纬线4和经线5进行挤压保护,且椭圆形结构和两侧的波浪形设计可以保证第一缠绕线2和第二缠绕线3与纬线4和经线5紧密接触,避免纬线4和经线5被切断后松动脱落出现拉丝;
若剪切位置位于纬线4和经线5交叉处时,不论从纵向横向或者有弧度的方向剪切,纺粘法制成的外接触层1和基层6没有经纬线,不会产生线头,并且通过热压工艺与第一缠绕线2、第二缠绕线3、纬线4和经线5紧密结合在一起,所以外接触层1和基层6可以有效对第一缠绕线2、第二缠绕线3、纬线4和经线5进行保护,外接触层1和基层6不产生拉丝,夹在二者之间的第一缠绕线2、第二缠绕线3、纬线4和经线5不会脱落,所以同样不易产生拉丝;
且涤纶和丙纶材料的强度很高,十分耐磨,这样不论是外接触层1与外界环境接触时,或者第一缠绕线2、第二缠绕线3、纬线4和经线5之间在使用时相互摩擦都不易产生磨损,使得本面料不易磨损断裂,减小产生拉丝的几率;
而使用时麻纤维材料制成的连接层7透气性能最佳,利于空气的流动,配合100%棉的内接触层8为使用者提供更加舒适的体验,并能快速吸汗排气,下窗口9和上窗口12加快了气体的交换,使用过程中内接触层8随使用者皮肤变形,内接触层8受到挤压的过程中内下窗口9和上窗口12的结构较传统直筒状的通气孔,不易变形,保证气体交换的流畅,功能槽10将内接触层8分为多个小块,这样内接触层8在形变时,沿着功能槽10的轨迹形变,多个小块可以更加贴合使用者皮肤,避免褶皱过大,出现不贴合不保暖的情况,而橡胶材质的恢复层11可以协助内接触层8恢复原状,使得内接触层8不会在使用中轻易疲劳变形。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,包括外接触层(1)、纬线(4)、经线(5)和功能槽(10),其特征在于:所述外接触层(1)的下端面与第一缠绕线(2)和第二缠绕线(3)的顶部相互连接,且第一缠绕线(2)和第二缠绕线(3)的底部与基层(6)的上端面相互连接,所述纬线(4)与经线(5)相互连接,且纬线(4)和经线(5)均与第一缠绕线(2)和第二缠绕线(3)的内侧相互连接,所述基层(6)的下端面固定在连接层(7)的顶端,且连接层(7)的底端与内接触层(8)的顶端相互连接,并且内接触层(8)上开设有下窗口(9)和上窗口(12),同时下窗口(9)的顶端与上窗口(12)的底端相互连接,所述功能槽(10)开设在内接触层(8)的下端面,且功能槽(10)的内壁上安装有恢复层(11),所述外接触层(1)为使用纺粘法制成的无纺布,且外接触层(1)的组分为:40%涤纶、20%丙纶、20%氨纶和20%棉纶,所述第一缠绕线(2)由第一外衬层(21)和第一芯线(22)构成,且第一外衬层(21)由100%涤纶材料制成,并且第一芯线(22)由100%棉制成,同时第一缠绕线(2)的剖面形状为两侧设置有波浪形结构的椭圆形,所述纬线(4)由第二外衬层(41)、中层(42)和第二芯线(43)构成,且第二外衬层(41)材质为100%涤纶、中层(42)材质为100%氨纶、第二芯线(43)材质为100%棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述第一缠绕线(2)与第二缠绕线(3)的材料组成相同,且第一缠绕线(2)和第二缠绕线(3)呈双螺旋缠绕结构,并且第一缠绕线(2)与第二缠绕线(3)缠绕在纬线(4)和经线(5)交叉处外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述纬线(4)和经线(5)的材料组成相同,且纬线(4)和经线(5)采用梭织方法制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述内接触层(8)为100%棉,且内接触层(8)上密集分布有下窗口(9)和上窗口(12),并且下窗口(9)和上窗口(12)的正视剖面的形状均为等腰梯形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可裁剪任意长度不拉丝的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述功能槽(10)和恢复层(11)的正视剖面的形状均为半圆形,且恢复层(11)的材质为橡胶。
