工作原理:首先将该面料制成的衣物进行穿着,当该面料穿着在用户体表跟随用户进行正常运动时,疏水层1内部的第一疏水孔2受到挤压,从而第一疏水孔2对用户体表的汗渍进行吸收,汗渍通过第一疏水孔2挥发到吸汗层3内进行吸收,而吸汗层3上方的疏水层1则能够防止潮湿汗渍对面料其他部分造成影响,吸汗层3上方的疏水层1上的第二疏水孔4则能够维持吸汗层3的正常透气功能,避免造成闷汗导致用户感觉不适,用户进行正常运动时带动该面料进行运动,此时纬线6和经线7受到拉扯产生变形,从而主线束9带动第一线束10、第二线束11和第三线束12进行拉伸变形,第一线束10、第二线束11和第三线束12螺旋缠绕在主线束9的外侧,能够防止主线束9拉伸时发生断裂,间接提高了该面料的结构强度,同时提高了纬线6和经线7的回弹速度,避免该面料容易发生变形,防水层8则防止潮湿气体对主线束9、第一线束10、第二线束11和第三线束12造成损害,在第一线束10、第二线束11和第三线束12跟随主线束9受到拉扯时,第一丝线13、第二丝线14和第三丝线15也进行拉伸,麻纤维材质的第二丝线14提高了第一线束10、第二线束11和第三线束12的结构强度,而棉纤维材质的第一丝线13和第三丝线15则提高了舒适度和轻盈性,固定线16则是防止第二丝线14带动第一丝线13和第三丝线15发生滑脱跑丝,主线束9内部尼龙纤维的线芯18和隔离条19提供了可靠的抗拉扯能力,在线芯18和隔离条19受到拉伸时,隔离条19内间隔的换气囊20受到挤压通过换气孔21对外进行吹气,当换气囊20在自身作用下恢复形状时则通过换气孔21进行吸气,换气囊20和换气孔21在该面料中起到了空气置换作用,从而换气囊20通过换气孔21实现了该面料的呼吸换气功能,使用户感觉更加清爽和舒适,混纺棉材质的抗皱层22为该面料提供了一定美观性的同时还具备极佳的回弹性,避免该面料受到挤压产生褶皱,而抗皱层22内部的波浪形结构的弹力线24在受到拉伸时能够进行回弹,防止该面料在经过多次穿着之后发生松垮的现象,提高了该面料的使用寿命,抗皱层22内部的锥形结构的通风孔25能够使该面料内部的浑浊气体挥发到外部环境,同时从外部环境抽取新鲜空气,锥形结构的通风孔25在进行换气的同时还能够封锁用户体表的大部分热量,避免用户体表热量散发过快导致风寒感冒,这样一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料方便人们的使用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料,包括疏水层(1)、主线束(9)、线芯(18)和抗皱层(22),其特征在于:所述疏水层(1)的内部设置有第一疏水孔(2),且疏水层(1)的上方连接有吸汗层(3),所述吸汗层(3)的上方设置有疏水层(1),且疏水层(1)的内部开设有第二疏水孔(4),并且第二疏水孔(4)和第一疏水孔(2)均与吸汗层(3)相互连接,所述疏水层(1)上安装有第一连接线(5),且疏水层(1)通过第一连接线(5)分别与纬线(6)和经线(7)相互连接,并且纬线(6)上设置有防水层(8),所述主线束(9)位于防水层(8)的内部,且主线束(9)的外侧从左到右依次缠绕有第一线束(10)、第二线束(11)和第三线束(12),并且第一线束(10)、第二线束(11)和第三线束(12)均位于防水层(8)的内侧,所述第一线束(10)由第一丝线(13)、第二丝线(14)和第三丝线(15)组成,且第二丝线(14)的下方安装有固定线(16),所述第二丝线(14)通过固定线(16)与主线束(9)相互连接,且固定线(16)位于主线束(9)的外侧,并且主线束(9)上设置有透气层(17),所述线芯(18)位于透气层(17)的内部,且线芯(18)的外侧连接有隔离条(19),所述隔离条(19)位于透气层(17)的内侧,且隔离条(19)的外侧设置有换气囊(20),并且换气囊(20)上开设有换气孔(21),所述抗皱层(22)位于纬线(6)和经线(7)的上方,且抗皱层(22)的下方安装有第二连接线(23),并且抗皱层(22)通过第二连接线(23)与纬线(6)和经线(7)相互连接,所述抗皱层(22)的内部设置有弹力线(24),且抗皱层(22)的内部开设有通风孔(25),所述换气囊(20)为中空的橡胶材质,且换气囊(20)在线芯(18)的外侧等间距分布,并且换气囊(20)上交错分布有换气孔(21),所述抗皱层(22)为混纺棉材质,且抗皱层(22)内部的弹力线(24)为化纤材质,并且弹力线(24)为波浪形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料,其特征在于:所述吸汗层(3)嵌套在疏水层(1)的内部,且疏水层(1)上的第一疏水孔(2)和第二疏水孔(4)均为椭圆形结构,并且第一疏水孔(2)和第二疏水孔(4)在吸汗层(3)的外侧交错分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料,其特征在于:所述第一连接线(5)和第二连接线(23)结构相同,且第一连接线(5)和第二连接线(23)均在纬线(6)和经线(7)的连接点交叉分布,并且纬线(6)和经线(7)的内部结构相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料,其特征在于:所述第一线束(10)、第二线束(11)和第三线束(12)结构相同,且第一线束(10)、第二线束(11)和第三线束(12)均在主线束(9)的外侧呈螺旋状分布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料,其特征在于:所述第一丝线(13)和第三丝线(15)为棉纤维材质,且第一丝线(13)下方的第二丝线(14)为麻纤维材质,并且第二丝线(14)位于第一丝线(13)和第三丝线(15)之间的位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料,其特征在于:所述线芯(18)和隔离条(19)均为尼龙纤维材质,且线芯(18)和隔离条(19)为一体化结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层组合结构透气排汗面料,其特征在于:所述通风孔(25)为锥形结构,且通风孔(25)在抗皱层(22)的内部等间距分布。
