本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种具有防火性能的面料。
背景技术
面料一般是用来制作服装的材料,随着出现越来越多不同的着装环境,服装的面料结构也各不相同,例如用户在进行运动时需要穿着透气性能好,吸汗清爽的面料制作的服装,服装面料大多为纺织物材质或者化纤材质,导致普通服装一般不具有防火耐高温的功能,从而也不能够满足在高温环境中进行工作的用户的需要,因此急需一种能够在高温工作环境下对用户进行防护的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防火性能的面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的服装面料大多为纺织物材质或者化纤材质,导致普通服装一般不具有防火耐高温的功能,从而也不能够满足在高温环境中进行工作的用户的需要的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有防火性能的面料,包括耐磨涂层、隔水涂层和吸水层,所述耐磨涂层的下方分别设置有纵线和横线,且纵线和横线在耐磨涂层的下方交错分布,所述纵线的内部设置有线芯,且线芯的内部预留有腔体,所述线芯上预留有通孔,且通孔与腔体相互连接,所述通孔的内侧设置有瓣膜,且瓣膜与线芯相互连接,所述线芯的外侧分别设置有第一加强线、第二加强线和第三加强线,且第一加强线、第二加强线和第三加强线上均开设有凹槽,并且第一加强线、第二加强线和第三加强线均位于纵线的内侧,所述隔水涂层位于纵线和横线的下方,且隔水涂层的下方设置有分隔层,所述分隔层通过隔水涂层分别与纵线和横线相互连接,且分隔层上预留有第一透气孔,所述吸水层位于分隔层的下方,且吸水层通过分隔层与隔水涂层相互连接,所述吸水层的内部连接有球囊,且球囊上预留有通孔,所述吸水层的下方设置有疏水层,且疏水层上预留有第二透气孔,所述第一加强线、第二加强线和第三加强线均为尼龙材质,且第一加强线、第二加强线和第三加强线结构相同,并且第一加强线、第二加强线和第三加强线均在线芯的外侧呈螺旋状分布,所述凹槽分别在第一加强线、第二加强线和第三加强线上呈螺旋状分布,且凹槽的内侧设置有可膨胀石墨。

1、利用多种结构和多种材料进行高温防燃,方便对用户进行防护,避免用户的服装在高温下发生燃烧,提高了人身安全的防护能力,有利于用户在高温环境下进行正常工作;
2、第一加强线、第二加强线和第三加强线上的凹槽内设置有可膨胀石墨,能够在高温下发生膨胀,从而有利于对火苗进行隔离,同时方便对线芯进行挤压,进而有利于灭火剂喷出扑灭服装在高温下产生的小火苗;
3、该面料上的分隔层、吸水层、疏水层以及第一透气孔和第二透气孔的设计能够吸附用户在高温环境下体内排出的汗液,同时有利于用户体表处于透气状态。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有防火性能的面料,包括耐磨涂层1、隔水涂层12和吸水层15,耐磨涂层1的下方分别设置有纵线2和横线3,且纵线2和横线3在耐磨涂层1的下方交错分布,纵线2的内部设置有线芯4,且线芯4的内部预留有腔体5,线芯4上预留有通孔6,且通孔6与腔体5相互连接,通孔6的内侧设置有瓣膜7,且瓣膜7与线芯4相互连接,线芯4的外侧分别设置有第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10,且第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10上均开设有凹槽11,并且第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10均位于纵线2的内侧,隔水涂层12位于纵线2和横线3的下方,且隔水涂层12的下方设置有分隔层13,分隔层13通过隔水涂层12分别与纵线2和横线3相互连接,且分隔层13上预留有第一透气孔14,吸水层15位于分隔层13的下方,且吸水层15通过分隔层13与隔水涂层12相互连接,吸水层15的内部连接有球囊16,且球囊16上预留有通孔17,吸水层15的下方设置有疏水层18,且疏水层18上预留有第二透气孔19。
本例中的纵线2和横线3的内部结构相同,且纵线2和横线3之间梭织构成防火层,并且防火层分别与耐磨涂层1和隔水涂层12胶合连接,防止该面料在高温状态下发生燃烧情况,有利于对用户进行高温防护,避免发生灼伤情况,同时提高了该面料的耐磨性;
线芯4由氨纶材质和聚烯烃弹力丝材质构成,且氨纶材质和聚烯烃弹力丝材质之间的构成比例为2:8,并且线芯4上的腔体5内设置有粉末状灭火剂,方便线芯4能够进行收缩,从而有利于收缩的线芯4将腔体5内的粉末状的灭火剂从通孔6内挤压喷出,方便对面料表面的灼烧点进行覆盖;
通孔6在线芯4上均匀分布,且通孔6位于第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10之间的空隙处,方便粉末状灭火剂从通孔6内均匀喷出,避免粉末状灭火剂在喷出过程中被第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10进行阻挡;
第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10均为尼龙材质,且第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10结构相同,并且第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10均在线芯4的外侧呈螺旋状分布,方便提高线芯4的结构强度,同时避免线芯4出现断裂情况,尼龙材质的第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10具有一定的韧性,防止出现刚性断裂;
凹槽11分别在第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10上呈螺旋状分布,且凹槽11的内侧设置有可膨胀石墨,可膨胀石墨在高温作用下能够发生膨胀形成阻燃层,防止明火出现进一步扩散,同时能够防止该面料出现烧穿情况导致用户皮肤暴露在高温环境下;
分隔层13为石棉纤维材质,且分隔层13上等间距分布有第一透气孔14,并且第一透气孔14和第二透气孔19在吸水层15的外侧交错分布,石棉纤维材质的分隔层13具有良好的耐火性,而在吸水层15的外侧交错分布的第一透气孔14和第二透气孔19能够使用户体表能够进行正常透气;
吸水层15为棉纤维材质,且吸水层15嵌套在分隔层13和疏水层18之间,能够对用户体表产生的汗液进行快速吸收,避免用户在长时间穿着该面料的情况下出现闷汗情况;
球囊16嵌套在吸水层15的内部,且球囊16为硅胶材质,并且球囊16上均匀分布有通孔17,方便使用户体表的空气流进行对流交换,方便透气,提高了用户进行穿着的舒适性;
工作原理:根据图1-6所示,当用户穿着该面料制作而成的服装在高温环境下进行工作时,该面料表面的耐磨涂层1能够提高该面料的耐磨能力,防止其内部的纵线2和横线3梭织构成的防火层在磨损后发生裸露,提高了对该面料的内部结构的防护能力,当该面料制成的服装表面在高温情况下发生燃烧烧穿耐磨涂层1时,纵线2和横线3梭织构成的防火层暴露在高温和火苗下,此时纵线2和横线3内部的第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10受到高温的影响,从而第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10上凹槽11内的可膨胀石墨在高温作用下发生膨胀形成阻燃层,防止火苗进一步烧穿该面料;
根据图1-6所示,当第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10上凹槽11内的可膨胀石墨膨胀形成阻燃层的同时,可膨胀石墨在膨胀的同时增加了第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10的直径,从而尼龙材质的第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10在可膨胀石墨膨胀的作用下进行了增粗,进而在线芯4外侧呈螺旋状分布的且增粗的第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10对线芯4进行挤压,此时氨纶材质和聚烯烃弹力丝材质构成的线芯4受到增粗的第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10的挤压进行收缩,在线芯4进行收缩的同时,腔体5内的粉末状灭火剂受到挤压穿过瓣膜7通过通孔6进行喷出,瓣膜7能够防止粉末状灭火剂在正常温度下发生外泄,由于通孔6分布于第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10之间的空隙处,从而从通孔6内喷出的粉末状灭火剂穿过第一加强线8、第二加强线9和第三加强线10喷出覆盖到可膨胀石墨在高温作用下发生膨胀形成的阻燃层的表面,方便对明火火苗进行扑灭,避免火苗发生进一步燃烧,提高了阻燃层和防火层的耐火性,避免该面料发生烧穿情况;
根据图1-6所示,纵线2和横线3梭织构成的防火层下方的隔水涂层12能够防止该面料表面发生烧毁情况之后出现液体浸入用户体表,提高了对用户皮肤的防护性,而隔水涂层12下方的石棉纤维材质的分隔层13则能够将表面的高温进行隔离,避免火势进行一步蔓延,有利于对棉纤维材质的吸水层15进行防护,分隔层13上的第一透气孔14和疏水层18上的第二透气孔19方便用户的体表进行透气,用户体表的热气和汗水通过疏水层18上的第二透气孔19渗透到棉纤维材质的吸水层15对水分进行吸收,而吸水层15内部的硅胶材质的球囊16内部含有空气,当用户肢体带动穿着的面料发生运动时吸水层15内部的硅胶材质的球囊16发生挤压,从而空气通过通孔17溢出,进而空气通过第一透气孔14和第二透气孔19进行流动形成空气流,方便维持用户体表的透气状态,这样一种具有防火性能的面料方便人们进行使用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有防火性能的面料,包括耐磨涂层(1)、隔水涂层(12)和吸水层(15),其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层(1)的下方分别设置有纵线(2)和横线(3),且纵线(2)和横线(3)在耐磨涂层(1)的下方交错分布,所述纵线(2)的内部设置有线芯(4),且线芯(4)的内部预留有腔体(5),所述线芯(4)上预留有通孔(6),且通孔(6)与腔体(5)相互连接,所述通孔(6)的内侧设置有瓣膜(7),且瓣膜(7)与线芯(4)相互连接,所述线芯(4)的外侧分别设置有第一加强线(8)、第二加强线(9)和第三加强线(10),且第一加强线(8)、第二加强线(9)和第三加强线(10)上均开设有凹槽(11),并且第一加强线(8)、第二加强线(9)和第三加强线(10)均位于纵线(2)的内侧,所述隔水涂层(12)位于纵线(2)和横线(3)的下方,且隔水涂层(12)的下方设置有分隔层(13),所述分隔层(13)通过隔水涂层(12)分别与纵线(2)和横线(3)相互连接,且分隔层(13)上预留有第一透气孔(14),所述吸水层(15)位于分隔层(13)的下方,且吸水层(15)通过分隔层(13)与隔水涂层(12)相互连接,所述吸水层(15)的内部连接有球囊(16),且球囊(16)上预留有通孔(17),所述吸水层(15)的下方设置有疏水层(18),且疏水层(18)上预留有第二透气孔(19),所述第一加强线(8)、第二加强线(9)和第三加强线(10)均为尼龙材质,且第一加强线(8)、第二加强线(9)和第三加强线(10)结构相同,并且第一加强线(8)、第二加强线(9)和第三加强线(10)均在线芯(4)的外侧呈螺旋状分布,所述凹槽(11)分别在第一加强线(8)、第二加强线(9)和第三加强线(10)上呈螺旋状分布,且凹槽(11)的内侧设置有可膨胀石墨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火性能的面料,其特征在于:所述纵线(2)和横线(3)的内部结构相同,且纵线(2)和横线(3)之间梭织构成防火层,并且防火层分别与耐磨涂层(1)和隔水涂层(12)胶合连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火性能的面料,其特征在于:所述线芯(4)由氨纶材质和聚烯烃弹力丝材质构成,且氨纶材质和聚烯烃弹力丝材质之间的构成比例为2:8,并且线芯(4)上的腔体(5)内设置有粉末状灭火剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火性能的面料,其特征在于:所述通孔(6)在线芯(4)上均匀分布,且通孔(6)位于第一加强线(8)、第二加强线(9)和第三加强线(10)之间的空隙处。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火性能的面料,其特征在于:所述分隔层(13)为石棉纤维材质,且分隔层(13)上等间距分布有第一透气孔(14),并且第一透气孔(14)和第二透气孔(19)在吸水层(15)的外侧交错分布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火性能的面料,其特征在于:所述吸水层(15)为棉纤维材质,且吸水层(15)嵌套在分隔层(13)和疏水层(18)之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火性能的面料,其特征在于:所述球囊(16)嵌套在吸水层(15)的内部,且球囊(16)为硅胶材质,并且球囊(16)上均匀分布有通孔(17)。
