在生活中一般的衣服都不具备防水功能,导致衣服湿冷不舒服或是衣服能防水但穿着闷热不透气,同样不舒服。随着人类健康、环保意识增强,对纺织品的舒适性、安全、卫生、保健性能都提出了更高的要求,各种功能性纤维层出不穷。比如像防水透湿面料,防水透湿就是使水在一定的压力下不透过织物,而人体散发的汗液可以蒸汽的形式通过织物传导至外界,不在人体皮肤表面或织物上冷凝积聚,从而保证人穿着的生理舒适性,这是目前织物面料普遍具有的性能,但目前还没发现有一种将防水透湿和除臭、抗静电、热效应保温性等特殊功能合为一体的面料,随着人们对纺织品面料要求的提高,我们需进一步提出具备各种功能的纺织品面料的研究开发工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种透湿保温弹性复合面料,以解决现有技术中的技术问题,它能够保证面料防水透湿的同时,还能够具有良好的抗菌保暖效果。
本发明提供了一种透湿保温弹性复合面料,包括基布层和透湿层,所述透湿层包括内透湿层和外透湿层,所述基布层与所述内透湿层一侧复合,所述内透湿层另一侧与所述外透湿层之间粘合网眼布,所述基布层与所述内透湿层之间、所述内透湿层与所述网眼布之间以及所述网眼布与所述外透湿层之间均设有热熔胶层,所述基布层由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括线芯和外层纱,所述外层纱包括竹纤维和大豆纤维,所述竹纤维和大豆纤维以相反捻向缠绕于所述线芯外部,所述纬纱包括弹性内芯和缠绕于所述弹性内层外部的涤纶短纤和棉纱。
优选的是,所述内透湿层和外透湿层均为聚四氟乙烯树脂膜层。
优选的是,所述线芯横截面包括内芯和包覆于所述内芯的竹纤维,所述内芯包括位于所述内芯中心位置的基线和以相同捻向缠绕于所述基线的长绒棉纤维和羊毛纤维,所述内芯与所述竹纤维之间填充远红外粘胶纤维。
优选的是,所述长绒棉纤维和所述羊毛纤维交错设置。
优选的是,所述弹性内芯的横截面包括芯层、包覆于所述芯层的阻燃层和包覆于所述阻燃层的棉纱层,所述芯层包括设于中央的100D氨纶丝、缠绕于所述100D氨纶丝外部莫代尔纤维和蚕丝纤维,所述莫代尔纤维和蚕丝纤维交叉设置。
优选的是,所述芯层内还设有调温粘胶纤维,所述调温粘胶纤维设于相邻的莫代尔纤维和蚕丝纤维之间。
优选的是,所述调温粘胶纤维是涂覆有含热敏相变材料的微胶囊的粘胶纤维。
优选的是,所述阻燃层为聚氯乙烯纤维层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:双透湿层的设置使得复合面料具有更加突出的透湿性能,这是因为外透湿层上孔径尺寸大于内透湿层上孔径,两者形成孔径梯度变化,使得双透湿层形成蒸腾效应,加速导湿。双透湿层能够将身体产生的汗液快速地导出,保证服装与人体微环境之间干爽。纬纱中含有较粗的氨纶丝,其细度为100D,较常用的20D和40D氨纶丝而言,其细度已提高为2.5至5倍,这使得面料具有出众的弹性和变形回复性,增加了织物的延展性和抗皱性能,满足大幅度运动动作的顺利完成。在基布的经、纬纱中设置具有温度调节功能的远红外粘胶纤维和涂覆有调温相变材料的粘胶纤维,使得在身体出汗的情况下,远红外粘胶纤维和调温相变涂层能够吸收汗液热量,将其储存在纤维内部,增加织物的保暖性,避免因出汗造成的冷湿感。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能解释为对本发明的限制。
请参考图1-3,本发明一种透湿保温弹性复合面料,包括基布层1和透湿层,所述透湿层包括内透湿层2和外透湿层3,所述基布层1与所述内透湿层2一侧复合,所述内透湿层2另一侧与所述外透湿层3之间粘合网眼布4,所述基布层1与所述内透湿层2之间、所述内透湿层2与所述网眼布4之间以及所述网眼布4与所述外透湿层3之间均设有热熔胶层5,所述基布层1由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括线芯6和外层纱7,所述外层纱7包括竹纤维和大豆纤维9,所述竹纤维8和大豆纤维9以相反捻向缠绕于所述线芯6外部,所述纬纱包括弹性内芯10和缠绕于所述弹性内层外部的涤纶短纤11和棉纱12。
透湿层采用双层的结构,有利于增强复合面料的透湿性能,穿着时更加舒适,内透湿层2和外透湿层3之间设置网眼布4,有利于增大面料的强度;竹纤维8具有良好的透气性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能;大豆纤维9的手感柔软、光泽柔和,并且具备良好的保暖性和亲肤性;基布层1的经纱同时具备竹纤维8和大豆纤维9的特性,提高了复合面料的透湿保暖性能。纬纱采用涤纶短纤11和棉纱12包覆于弹性内芯10外部,提高了复合面料的弹性,涤纶短纤11提高面料的耐磨性,棉纱进一步保证面积具备较高的强度。
所述内透湿层2和外透湿层3均为聚四氟乙烯树脂膜层。聚四氟乙烯树脂具有良好的化学稳定性和耐腐蚀性,能够有效防水透气,从而保证面料具备很好的保暖性。
所述线芯6横截面包括内芯13和包覆于所述内芯13的竹纤维,所述内芯13包括位于所述内芯13中心位置的基线14和以相同捻向缠绕于所述基线14的长绒棉纤维15和羊毛纤维16,所述内芯13与所述竹纤维之间填充远红外粘胶17。长绒棉纤维15柔软,强度高,羊毛纤维16保温性极好,同时具备很好的弹性和吸湿性能;远红外粘胶17将内芯13和竹纤维粘合在一起,有效地提高了线芯6整体的弹性,由于远红外粘胶17还具有优良的保温性和抗菌性,同时远红外粘胶17对人体还具有一定的保健作用。
所述长绒棉纤维15和所述羊毛纤维16交错设置。
所述弹性内芯10的横截面包括芯层18、包覆于所述芯层18的阻燃层23和包覆于所述阻燃层23的棉纱层,所述芯层18包括设于中央的100D氨纶丝19、缠绕于所述100D氨纶丝19外部莫代尔纤维20和蚕丝纤维21,所述莫代尔纤维20和蚕丝纤维21交叉设置。100D氨纶丝19保证弹性内芯10整体具有一定的弹性,莫代尔纤维20柔软、光洁,色泽艳丽,织物手感滑爽,布面光泽亮丽,强力和韧性优良,吸湿性好,使织物可保持干爽、透气;蚕丝纤维21本身具有特有的透气、透湿性能,由于桑蚕丝主要由动物蛋白组成,富含十八种人体所必须的氨基酸,能促进皮肤细胞活力,因此具有一定的保健作用。
所述芯层18内还设有调温粘胶纤维22,所述调温粘胶纤维22设于相邻的莫代尔纤维20和蚕丝纤维21之间。调温粘胶纤维22可以根据环境温度的变化进行相应的调整湿热度,使得面料具有稳定的穿着舒适度。
所述调温粘胶纤维22是涂覆有含热敏相变材料的微胶囊的粘胶纤维。
所述阻燃层23为聚氯乙烯纤维层。聚氯乙烯具有很好的阻燃性能,使得弹性内芯10的阻燃性增强,从而提高复合面料使用时的安全性。

Claims (9)
1.一种透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1)和透湿层,所述透湿层包括内透湿层(2)和外透湿层(3),所述基布层(1)与所述内透湿层(2)一侧复合,所述内透湿层(2)另一侧与所述外透湿层(3)之间粘合网眼布(4),所述基布层(1)与所述内透湿层(2)之间、所述内透湿层(2)与所述网眼布(4)之间以及所述网眼布(4)与所述外透湿层(3)之间均设有热熔胶层(5),所述基布层(1)由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括线芯(6)和外层纱(7),所述外层纱(7)包括竹纤维(8)和大豆纤维(9),所述竹纤维(8)和大豆纤维(9)以相反捻向缠绕于所述线芯(6)外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:所述纬纱包括弹性内芯(10)和缠绕于所述弹性内层外部的涤纶短纤(11)和棉纱(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:所述内透湿层(2)和外透湿层(3)均为聚四氟乙烯树脂膜层,且外透湿层上孔径尺寸大于内透湿层上孔径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:所述线芯(6)横截面包括内芯(13)和包覆于所述内芯(13)的竹纤维,所述内芯(13)包括位于所述内芯(13)中心位置的基线(14)和以相同捻向缠绕于所述基线(14)的长绒棉纤维(15)和羊毛纤维(16),所述内芯(13)与所述竹纤维之间填充远红外粘胶纤维(17)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:所述长绒棉纤维(15)和所述羊毛纤维(16)交错设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:所述弹性内芯(10)包括芯层(18)、包覆于所述芯层(18)的阻燃层(23)和包覆于所述阻燃层(23)的棉纱层,所述芯层(18)包括设于中央的100D氨纶丝(19)、缠绕于所述100D氨纶丝(19)外部莫代尔纤维(20)和蚕丝纤维(21),所述莫代尔纤维(20)和蚕丝纤维(21)交叉设置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:所述芯层(18)内还设有调温粘胶纤维(22),所述调温粘胶纤维(22)设于相邻的莫代尔纤维(20)和蚕丝纤维(21)之间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:所述调温粘胶纤维(22)是涂覆有含热敏相变材料的微胶囊的粘胶纤维。
9.根据权利要求6所述的透湿保温弹性复合面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(23)为聚氯乙烯纤维层。
