本发明公开了吸湿排汗高性能复合超纤材料,包括材料本体,所述材料本体包括基底层,所述基底层的表面固定连接有抗菌层,所述抗菌层的表面固定连接有透气层,所述透气层的表面固定连接有复合除湿层,所述复合除湿层包括吸湿纤维层,所述吸湿纤维层的表面固定连接有清凉纤维层。本发明通过材料本体、基底层、抗菌层、透气层、复合除湿层、吸湿纤维层和清凉纤维层的配合使用,能够有效的解决传统复合超纤材料应用于服装面料时,缺乏吸湿排汗功能的问题,该复合超纤材料采用具备抗菌透气的超纤材料,使其具备一定的吸湿排汗的功能,提高了贴身时的舒适性,进而在提高性能的同时,具备更好的实用功能,提高了使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及超纤材料技术领域,具体为吸湿排汗高性能复合超纤材料。
背景技术
目前随着环保意识的提高及超纤材料的不断发展,在相同环境、条件下,超纤材料已然具备了超越真皮的特征,正因为此,才会涌现一些功能性的超纤材料,虽然目前的超纤材料在工艺上有所突破,但是超纤材料的制品仍然滞后于工艺发展,市面上多以普通的、常规的、甚至单一性能、特性的超纤材料为主,这已无法满足目前日益个性化的市场需求,超纤材料的吸湿性能是影响服装舒适性的重要因素,近年来,人们对服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性等要求越来越高,随着人们在户外活动时间的增加,休闲服与运动服相互渗透融和为一体的趋势增加,这类服装的面料,既要求有良好的舒适性,又要求在尽情活动时,一旦出现汗流浃背情况,服装不会粘贴皮肤而产生冷湿感,目前传统的复合超纤材料在使用的过程中,缺乏吸湿排汗的功能,导致应用于服装的超纤材料,穿着的舒适性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供吸湿排汗高性能复合超纤材料,具备提高舒适性和吸湿排汗的优点,解决了目前传统的复合超纤材料在使用的过程中,缺乏吸湿排汗的功能,导致应用于服装的超纤材料,穿着的舒适性较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:吸湿排汗高性能复合超纤材料,包括材料本体,所述材料本体包括基底层,所述基底层的表面固定连接有抗菌层,所述抗菌层的表面固定连接有透气层,所述透气层的表面固定连接有复合除湿层,所述复合除湿层包括吸湿纤维层,所述吸湿纤维层的表面固定连接有清凉纤维层。
优选的,所述基底层采用PET超纺棉制成,PET超纺棉由无水着色的纱线编织而成。
优选的,所述抗菌层采用抗菌聚酯纤维和银离子纤维编织而成,所述透气层采用竹炭纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维编织而成。
优选的,所述吸湿纤维层采用涤纶纤维和粘胶纤维复合而成的吸湿纤维,所述清凉纤维层采用亚麻纤维和云母冰凉纤维丝编织而成。
优选的,所述吸湿纤维层和清凉纤维层采用混纺组成,所述吸湿纤维层为平纹组织。
优选的,所述基底层、抗菌层、透气层和复合除湿层之间复合而成,所述材料本体的表面设置有金属纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过材料本体、基底层、抗菌层、透气层、复合除湿层、吸湿纤维层和清凉纤维层的配合使用,能够有效的解决传统复合超纤材料应用于服装面料时,缺乏吸湿排汗功能的问题,该复合超纤材料采用具备抗菌透气的超纤材料,使其具备一定的吸湿排汗的功能,提高了贴身时的舒适性,进而在提高性能的同时,具备更好的实用功能,提高了使用效果。
2、本发明通过设置基底层,采用PET超纺棉制成,能够保证贴身的舒适性,通过设置抗菌层,采用抗菌聚酯纤维和银离子纤维编织而成,使该超纤材料具备抗菌的功能,通过设置透气层,采用竹炭纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维编织而成,具备透气性好的优点,通过设置吸湿纤维层,采用涤纶纤维和粘胶纤维复合而成,具备高性能的吸湿效果,通过设置清凉纤维层,采用亚麻纤维和云母冰凉纤维丝编织而成,保证了该纤维材料穿着时的舒适性,通过设置金属纤维,能够使该材料具备一定的防静电功能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗高性能复合超纤材料,其特征在于:所述基底层(101)采用PET超纺棉制成,PET超纺棉由无水着色的纱线编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗高性能复合超纤材料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(102)采用抗菌聚酯纤维和银离子纤维编织而成,所述透气层(103)采用竹炭纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗高性能复合超纤材料,其特征在于:所述吸湿纤维层(1041)采用涤纶纤维和粘胶纤维复合而成的吸湿纤维,所述清凉纤维层(1042)采用亚麻纤维和云母冰凉纤维丝编织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗高性能复合超纤材料,其特征在于:所述吸湿纤维层(1041)和清凉纤维层(1042)采用混纺组成,所述吸湿纤维层(1041)为平纹组织。
