Abstract
The invention discloses a nutritional composition for conditioning female endocrine function. The nutritional composition for conditioning the female endocrine function is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of maca, 15-20 parts of D-ribose, 10-17 parts of conjugated linoleic acid, 5-7 parts of yeast extract, 5-7 parts of ginseng peptide, 5-15 parts of oyster peptide, 5-15 parts of sea cucumber peptide, 5-10 parts of donkey-hide gelatin peptide and 10-15 parts of sorbitol. The nutritional composition for conditioning the female endocrine function can be prepared into a health industrial nutritional product, improves the female sexual life quality and fertility by conditioning the female endocrine function, and quickly adjusts the female endocrine disorder.

Further, the extraction method of the macamide comprises the following steps:
(1) Pulverizing dried maca root, sieving with 40-50 mesh sieve to obtain maca root powder;
(2) Taking 10-15g of maca root powder, adding 50-60ml of glycerol and 50-65ml of ethyl acetate, heating and refluxing at 45-50 ℃ for 8-10h to obtain a primary extract;
(3) Distilling the primary extract under reduced pressure to recover reagent, eluting with 30-35% ethanol through chromatographic column, and collecting eluate;
(4) Lyophilizing the eluate, and making into powder.
Preferably, the yeast used in the yeast extract is beer yeast or saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Preferably, the preparation method of the ginseng peptide comprises the following steps:
(1) Cleaning Ginseng radix, oven drying, pulverizing, and sieving with 300-400 mesh sieve to obtain Ginseng radix powder;
(2) Adding 100-150g of prepared ginseng powder into a preparation tank, adding 300-350ml of deionized water, adding 1-1.5g of papain, 0.5-1g of amylase, 0.5-1g of compound protease and 0.3-0.5g of pectinase, carrying out enzymolysis at 35-40 ℃ for 2-3h, then heating to 95-100 ℃, inactivating enzymes for 30-40min, cooling, centrifuging and taking supernatant to obtain enzymolysis liquid;
(3) Adjusting the pH value of the enzymolysis liquid to 7.0, and drying to obtain the ginseng peptide powder.
Further, the ginseng is artificially planted biological ginseng for less than five years.
Preferably, the preparation method of the oyster peptide comprises the following steps:
(1) Removing shell of Concha Ostreae, cleaning Carnis Ostreae, homogenizing, heating at 95-100 deg.C for 30-40min, and cooling;

Preferably, the preparation method of the sea cucumber peptide comprises the following steps:
(1) Cleaning the body wall of the sea cucumber and mashing the sea cucumber into sea cucumber homogenate;
(2) Taking 100-150g of homogenate tissue, adding 3-3.5g of compound protease, carrying out enzymolysis for 2-3h at 40-45 ℃, then heating to 95-100 ℃, and inactivating enzyme for 30-40min; centrifuging to obtain supernatant to obtain enzymolysis solution;
(3) Adjusting the pH value of the enzymolysis liquid to 7.0-7.5, and drying to obtain the sea cucumber peptide powder.
Preferably, the preparation method of the donkey-hide gelatin peptide comprises the following steps:
(1) Taking the donkey-hide gelatin blocks, adding distilled water, and steaming and boiling for 5-6h at 90-100 ℃;

The nutritional composition for conditioning the female endocrine function consists of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
18 parts of maca, 15 parts of D-ribose, 10 parts of conjugated linoleic acid, 6 parts of yeast extract, 5 parts of ginseng peptide, 8 parts of oyster peptide, 10 parts of sea cucumber peptide, 10 parts of donkey-hide gelatin peptide and 15 parts of sorbitol.
Wherein maca contains 99.9% macaamide, acts on hypothalamus and pituitary, has effects in regulating secretion of hormone, balancing endocrine glands such as adrenal gland, thyroid gland, pancreas, ovary, testis, pineal body, etc., and stimulating hormone to restore balance under the action of minerals such as iron, copper, etc., and amino acids. Macamide breaks through the traditional problem that hyposecretion is supplemented by exogenous hormone, and the balance of an endocrine system and the body and mind is achieved again by exciting each organ in the body to secrete the required hormone automatically.
The extraction method of the macamide comprises the following steps:
(1) Taking dried maca roots, crushing and sieving the maca roots with a 50-mesh sieve to obtain maca root powder;
(2) Taking 10g maca root powder, adding 50ml of glycerol and 50ml of ethyl acetate, heating and refluxing at 45 ℃ for 10 hours to extract to obtain a primary extract;
(3) Distilling the primary extract under reduced pressure to recover reagent, eluting with 30% ethanol through chromatographic column, and collecting eluate;
(4) Freeze-drying the eluent, and making into powder.
Among them, D-ribose, also known as D-ribofuranose, is a component of ribonucleic acid, certain vitamins and nucleotide coenzymes (such as NAD, NADH, FAD, ADP, UDP, CDP, GDP, etc.) in organisms, and has very important physiological effects.
Among them, conjugated linoleic acid has anti-atherogenic, anti-diabetic, immunomodulating, growth promoting, body fat reducing and lean mass increasing effects and effects on bone formation.
Wherein the yeast used in the yeast extract is Saccharomyces cerevisiae or Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
The extraction method of the ginseng peptide comprises the following steps:

(3) Adjusting pH of the enzymolysis solution to 7.0, and oven drying to obtain Ginseng radix peptide powder.
The method for extracting the oyster peptide comprises the following steps:
(1) Removing shell of Concha Ostreae, cleaning Carnis Ostreae, homogenizing, heating at 100 deg.C for 30min, and cooling;
(2) Taking 100g of homogenate tissue, adding 4g of compound protease, performing enzymolysis for 5h at 40 ℃, then heating to 90 ℃, and inactivating enzyme for 30min;
(3) Ultrafiltering the obtained enzymolysis solution with ultrafiltration membrane with molecular weight cutoff of 8000Da to obtain enzymolysis solution;
(4) Spray drying the enzymolysis solution to prepare powder to obtain oyster peptide powder.
The extraction method of the sea cucumber peptide comprises the following steps:
(1) Cleaning the body wall of the sea cucumber and mashing the sea cucumber into sea cucumber homogenate;
(2) Taking 100g of homogenate tissue, adding 3g of compound protease, carrying out enzymolysis for 2h at 40 ℃, then heating to 95 ℃, and inactivating enzyme for 30min; centrifuging to obtain supernatant to obtain enzymolysis solution;
(3) Adjusting the pH value of the enzymolysis liquid to 7.0, and drying to obtain the sea cucumber peptide powder.
The method for extracting the donkey-hide gelatin peptide comprises the following steps:
(1) Decocting colla Corii Asini block with distilled water at 100 deg.C for 5 hr;
(2) Taking 100g of the cooking liquor, adding 2g of alkaline protease and 1g of trypsin, carrying out enzymolysis for 6h at 40 ℃, then heating to 100 ℃, and inactivating the enzyme for 30min; centrifuging to obtain supernatant to obtain enzymolysis solution;
(3) Adjusting the pH value of the enzymolysis liquid to 7.0, and drying to obtain the donkey-hide gelatin peptide powder.
The ovarian failure of women can be effectively improved by taking the nutritional composition for conditioning the endocrine function of women for about one month. 20 parts of maca, 18 parts of D-ribose, 15 parts of conjugated linoleic acid, 7 parts of yeast extract, 6 parts of ginseng peptide, 10 parts of oyster peptide, 5 parts of sea cucumber peptide, 6 parts of donkey-hide gelatin peptide and 14 parts of sorbitol.

2. The nutritional composition for conditioning female endocrine function according to claim 1, wherein said maca contains 99.9-99.99% macamides.
3. The nutritional composition for conditioning female endocrine function according to claim 2, wherein the macamide is extracted by the following method:
(1) Pulverizing dried maca root, sieving with 40-50 mesh sieve to obtain maca root powder;
(2) Taking 10-15g of maca root powder, adding 50-60ml of glycerol and 50-65ml of ethyl acetate, heating and refluxing at 45-50 ℃ for 8-10h to obtain a primary extract;

(1) Cleaning Ginseng radix, oven drying, pulverizing, and sieving with 300-400 mesh sieve to obtain Ginseng radix powder;
(2) Adding 100-150g of prepared ginseng powder into a preparation tank, adding 300-350ml of deionized water, adding 1-1.5g of papain, 0.5-1g of amylase, 0.5-1g of compound protease and 0.3-0.5g of pectinase, carrying out enzymolysis for 2-3h at 35-40 ℃, then heating to 95-100 ℃, inactivating enzyme for 30-40min, cooling, centrifuging and taking supernatant to obtain enzymolysis liquid;
