preparing peptide from oysters: pretreating oysters, adding protease for enzymolysis, performing ultrafiltration on obtained enzymolysis liquid, and performing spray drying to obtain oyster peptide, wherein the protease comprises pepsin, bromelain and papain, the pepsin accounts for 0.3-0.5% of the weight of the oysters, the bromelain accounts for 0.2-0.5% of the weight of the oysters, and the papain accounts for 0.3-0.5% of the weight of the oysters;
