Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻质人造石材的制备。本发明包括以下步骤:制得添加改性玻化微珠的基材;基材切片,备用;切片后的基材经两次布网、三次涂布。本发明轻质石材,添加堆积密度在300千克每立方米以下的改性玻化微珠,基材密度只有400到800千克每立方米,加工成型后轻质石材的密度为450到1000千克每立方米,而常规石材密度为2600到2800千克每立方米,通过在基材正反面涂布本发明配制的砂浆A,以及首次布网的一面涂布砂浆B及玻纤网格布的布置,最终制得具有轻质、高韧性、抗拉伸的环保型石材。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种轻质人造石材的制备。
背景技术
由于天然石材稀缺,建筑行业基本采用人造石材替代,现有技术中为了增强石材板表面的石纹效果及具有石材的强度,在制造石材板时,一般以各种水泥为粘结剂,石英砂为细骨料,碎大理石、花岗石等为粗骨料,经配料、搅拌成型、养护、切割、抛光而制成,制成的石材密度高,密度在2200-2500千克每立方米无法达到轻质。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种轻质人造石材的制备,仿真性高、成本低、适用性强。
本发明为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种轻质人造石材的制备,包括以下步骤:
1)制备干粉预拌砂浆,称取如下重量份的原材料:改性玻化微珠35份-50份,白水泥 50份-60份,硅微粉1份-2份,助剂1份-4份,加水混合均匀,水与混合物的比例为(0.3-0.4): 1,混合后自然产生热量,模具成型,自然养护,得到基材,备用;
2)基材切片,切片厚度15mm至50mm,按需求厚度选择切片厚度,备用;
3)第一次布网,玻纤网格布及砂浆A,玻纤网格布采用每平方米140克规格,用砂浆A 背网;养护,所述砂浆A配比为PC52.5白水泥20份-35份,70份-120目石英砂40份-60 份,40-70目石英砂10份-25份,可再分散乳胶粉2份-3.5份,十万粘度纤维素醚0.2份-0.5 份,减水剂0.15份-0.5份;
4)第二次背面布网,玻纤网格布采用每平方米140克规格,同样采用砂浆A背网,养护;
5)选择首次布网的一面,涂布砂浆B,布料厚度2至4毫米,砂浆B配比为PC52.5白水泥25到35份,70到120目石英砂40到70份,40到70目石英砂10到25目,可再分散乳胶粉2到5份,400粘度纤维素醚0.2到0.4份,减水剂0.15到0.5份;
6)成型:养护完成后,选择涂布了砂浆B的一面,定厚、抛光、表面孔洞修补、烘干、打印,烘干,然后喷涂无机涂料,再进烘干线烘干,喷涂自清洁涂层,烘干,覆膜包装成型,即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明轻质石材,添加堆积密度在300千克每立方米以下的改性玻化微珠,基材密度只有400到800千克每立方米,加工成型后轻质石材的密度为450到1000 千克每立方米,而常规石材密度为2600到2800千克每立方米,通过在基材正反面涂布本发明配制的砂浆A,以及首次布网的一面涂布砂浆B及玻纤网格布的布置,最终制得具有轻质、高韧性、抗拉伸的环保型石材。

为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本公开实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本公开的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
在一个实施例中,本发明的一种轻质人造石材的制备,包括以下步骤:
1)制备干粉预拌砂浆,称取如下重量份的原材料:改性玻化微珠40份,标号为PC-52.5 的白水泥55份,硅微粉2份,助剂1份,本实施例的助剂包括羟丙基甲基纤维素0.4份,减水剂0.6份,加水混合均匀,水与混合物的比例为(0.3-0.4):1,混合,模具成型,自然养护,得到基材,备用;
2)基材切片,切片厚度15mm至50mm,按需求厚度选择切片厚度,备用;
3)第一次布网,玻纤网格布及砂浆A,玻纤网格布采用每平方米140克规格,用砂浆A 背网;养护,所述砂浆A配比为PC-52.5白水泥30份,50目石英砂50份,50目石英砂20 份,可再分散乳胶粉3份,十万粘度纤维素醚0.3份,减水剂0.3份;
4)第二次背面布网,玻纤网格布采用每平方米140克规格,同样采用砂浆A背网,养护;
5)选择首次布网的一面,涂布砂浆B,布料厚度2至4毫米,砂浆B配比为PC-52.5白水泥30份,100目石英砂50份,50目石英砂20份,可再分散乳胶粉3份,400粘度纤维素醚0.3份,减水剂0.3份;
6)成型:养护完成后,选择涂布了砂浆B的一面,定厚、抛光、表面孔洞修补、烘干、打印,烘干,然后喷涂无机涂料,再进烘干线烘干,喷涂自清洁涂层,烘干,覆膜包装成型,即可。
本发明实施例中,采用白水泥、改性玻化微珠、硅微粉在水中混合反应,构成轻质人造石材。
本发明实施例中,胶凝材料选用了白水泥,大量引入玻化微珠,一方面提高了水泥的耐水性,另外一方面大幅度降低了造价。此外,玻化微珠具有轻质特性,加工成型后轻质石材的密度为600左右千克每立方米,且内部含有一定量微纳米孔隙,具有良好的保温隔热和调湿功能。体系中玻璃纤维和聚合物粉末以及两次的布网的引入提高了其韧性。

Claims (3)
1.一种轻质人造石材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:制得添加改性玻化微珠的基材;基材切片,备用;切片后的基材经两次布网、三次涂布;
其中,制得添加改性玻化微珠的基材具体包括:制备干粉预拌砂浆,称取如下重量份的原材料:改性玻化微珠35份-50份,白水泥50份-60份,硅微粉1份-2份,助剂1份-4份,加水混合均匀,水与混合物的比例为(0.3-0.4):1,混合后自然产生热量,模具成型,自然养护,得到基材;
切片后的基材经两次布网、三次涂布具体为:第一次布网,玻纤网格布及砂浆A,玻纤网格布采用每平方米140克规格,用砂浆A背网,养护;所述砂浆A配比为:PC52.5白水泥20份-35 份,70-120目石英砂 40份-60份,40-70目石英砂10份-25份,可再分散乳胶粉2份-3.5份,十万粘度纤维素醚0.2份-0.5份,减水剂0.15份-0.5份;
第二次背面布网,玻纤网格布采用每平方米140克规格,同样采用砂浆A背网,养护;
选择首次布网的一面,涂布砂浆B,布料厚度2至4毫米,砂浆B配比为:PC52.5白水泥25-35 份,70-120目石英砂 40-70份,40-70目石英砂10-25份,可再分散乳胶粉2-5份,400粘度纤维素醚0.2-0.4份,减水剂0.15-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质人造石材的制备方法,其特征在于,基材切片,切片厚度15mm至50mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻质人造石材的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括成型步骤:养护完成后,选择涂布了砂浆B的一面,定厚、抛光、表面孔洞修补、烘干、打印,烘干,然后喷涂无机涂料,烘干,喷涂自清洁涂层,再次烘干,覆膜包装成型。
