性能测试
对实施例1-4制备的美白抗衰压片糖果,选取50名脸部干燥起皮有色斑的年龄在30-40岁的女性志愿者,每天早晚使用一次,每次使用一片糖果,连续使用120天,性能测试结果见表2。
评价标准:有超过45名志愿者的皮肤变得更光滑,色斑有减少的评价为A;有超过40名志愿者的皮肤光滑度有提升,色斑变浅的评价为B,有超过30名志愿者皮肤光滑度无改变,色斑无变化的评价为C。

Claims (10)
1.一种美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,原料包括酵母抽取物、纤维素、果粉、食品添加剂、水溶性膳食纤维、水溶性糊精、多羟基化合物、增稠剂、植物浓缩粉、鱼胶原低聚肽粉;按质量百分比计,包括33-34%酵母抽取物。
2.如权利要求1所述的美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,所述果粉为橄榄果粉。
3.如权利要求1所述的美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,所述食品添加剂由羟丙基甲基纤维素、二氧化钛、普鲁兰多糖组成的混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,所述羟丙基甲基纤维素、二氧化钛、普鲁兰多糖质量比为1:(0.8-2.5):(2.5-4.5)。
5.如权利要求4所述的美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,所述羟丙基甲基纤维素、二氧化钛、普鲁兰多糖质量比为1:(1-2):(3-4)。
6.如权利要求1所述的美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,所述水溶性膳食纤维为抗性糊精。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为硬脂酸镁。
8.如权利要求1所述的美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,所述植物浓缩粉选自香瓜浓缩粉、朝鲜蓟粉、红葡萄浓缩粉、针叶樱桃浓缩粉、山竹果粉、红石榴浓缩粉、米糠油粉中的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1所述的美白抗衰压片糖果,其特征在于,所述水溶性糊精为麦芽糊精。
10.如权利要求1-9任一项所述的美白抗衰压片糖果的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
S1.将酵母抽取物、纤维素、果粉、食品添加剂、水溶性膳食纤维、水溶性糊精、多羟基化合物、增稠剂、植物浓缩粉、鱼胶原低聚肽粉投入三维混合机中混合10-100min得到混合物a;
S2.将混合物a通过压片机进行压片得到素片;
S3.将素片进行包衣和捡片,并进行包装得到美白抗衰压片糖果。
