Abstract

靶向OX40的抗体或其抗原结合片段，其包含VH，VH包含以下的CDR或其突变：如SEQ ID NO：10的氨基酸序列所示的VH CDR1；如SEQ IDNO：44的氨基酸序列所示的VH CDR2；和如SEQ ID NO：86、SEQ ID NO：84或SEQ ID NO：89的氨基酸序列所示的VH CDR3。还公开了制备方法、应用、及包含其的双抗。抗体或其抗原结合片段能与OX40特异性结合、促进NF‑Kb较大激活，且在体外激活OX40通路，并诱导激活T细胞功能。所述双抗可识别肿瘤靶点TAA，并可结合T细胞上的OX40，可以招募并激活肿瘤细胞附近的T细胞，以杀死肿瘤细胞。
