Abstract
本发明一种防治甘蔗褐斑病的增效杀菌剂,所述增效杀菌组合物由丁香菌酯与喹啉铜二元复配而成;所述丁香菌酯和喹啉铜的质量比为1‑25:100‑1。本发明中2种成分在进行复配时,在一定质量范围内,其共毒系数大于120,表现为增效的作用类型;与其包含的任意单一成分相比,可以提高对甘蔗褐斑病的防治效果,可以减少农药的施用剂量,进而可以降低农药残留,减轻环境压力。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治甘蔗褐斑病的增效杀菌剂。
背景技术
甘蔗(Saccharum spp.)是我国最重要的糖料作物,而病害是影响甘蔗生产的重要因素。目前世界上已经报道的甘蔗病害达130种,我国记录的甘蔗侵染性病害已经超过60种。其中,由真菌引起的褐锈病(brown rust)、梢腐病(pokkah boeng)、褐条病(brownstripe)、褐斑病(brown spot)等叶部病害在我国蔗区发生普遍,对甘蔗生产造成了严重威胁。 由尾孢霉菌(Cercospora longipes E.J.Butler)引起的甘蔗褐斑病,1906年首次在印度发现,目前在世界甘蔗产区广泛分布。褐斑病主要危害甘蔗叶片,发病初期受害叶片呈现黄色小斑点,随后扩大形成具有黄色晕圈的长梭形红褐色病斑,田间湿度较大时,叶背面产生灰色霉层,严重发病可导致叶片提前枯死,呈现“火烧”状,从而给甘蔗生产造成严重损失。褐斑病作为甘蔗的主要叶部病害之一,前期研究人员对该病害在我国不同蔗区的分布和危害情况进行了大量的调查分析,发现该病害在我国蔗区广西、云南、广东、贵州、海南等地广泛分布,常年危害,对甘蔗正常生长产生了一定影响。
目前,甘蔗褐斑病的防治仍以化学药剂为主,比如80%甲基硫菌灵WP、10%苯醚甲环唑WG、80%丙森锌WP和80%戊唑醇WG等,化学药剂可直接作用靶向病菌,且见效快。但在防治病害上,长期施用单一成分化学药剂容易使病害产生抗药性,一旦产生抗药性,病害的防治效果就会降低;农户为了提高防治效果,就会加大农药的施用剂量,导致农药残留增加,同时也会增加环境压力。因此,开发新型化学药剂很有必要。
将作用机理不同的化学农药进行复配是开发新型药剂的有效途径,由于复配的药剂中含有至少2种化学农药,其对病害的作用机理不同,这样就可以有效延缓病害抗药性的产生。另外,农药复配后会表出现出三种作用类型:拮抗、相加和增效,其中增效作用类型的复配可以提高防治效果,降低农药的施用量,有利于降低农药残留和减轻环境压力。
丁香菌酯是一种甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯类化合物,英文通用名: coumoxystrobin,化学名称:(E)-2-(2-((3-丁基-4-甲基-香豆素-7-基-氧基)甲基)苯基)-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯。具有保护和治疗作用,是一种高效广谱的农用杀菌剂。
发明人通过室内生物活性试验发现将丁香菌酯与小檗碱、喹啉铜或宁南霉素以一定质量比进行二元复配时,对甘蔗褐斑病表现出增效作用。目前还未发现关于这方面的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治甘蔗褐斑病的增效杀菌剂,以解决使用单一成分化学药剂防治甘蔗褐斑病时存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种防治甘蔗褐斑病的杀菌组合物,所述杀菌组合物由丁香菌酯与小檗碱、喹啉铜或宁南霉素二元复配而成;其中,所述丁香菌酯和小檗碱的质量比为1-12:15-1;所述丁香菌酯和喹啉铜的质量比为1-25:100-1;所述丁香菌酯和宁南霉素的质量比为1-10:10-1。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步设置,所述丁香菌酯和小檗碱的质量比为1:3。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步设置,所述丁香菌酯和喹啉铜的质量比为12:1。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步设置,所述丁香菌酯和宁南霉素的质量比为1:5。
本发明的第二个目的在于:提供一种包含上述杀菌组合物的杀菌剂,所述活性成分的质量占所述杀菌剂总质量的百分比为1-75%,其余为农药学上可接受的助剂。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步设置,所述活性成分的质量占所述杀菌剂总质量的百分比为20-65%。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步设置,所述农药学上可以接受的助剂由填料、湿润剂、乳化剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、溶剂、稳定剂中的一种或几种组成。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步设置,所述杀菌剂的剂型为农业上允许使用的任意剂型,包括可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂和水乳剂。
对于可湿性粉剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;湿润剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐中的一种或多种;填料如硫酸铵、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖、硅藻土、凹凸棒土、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑、陶土、高岭土中的一种或多种。
对于水分散粒剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;湿润剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;崩解剂如硫酸钠、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖中一种或多种;粘结剂如硅藻土、玉米淀粉、羧甲基纤维素类中的一种或多种;填料如硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土中一种或多种。
对于悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐中一种或多种;乳化剂如农乳700#、农乳2201、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯、吐温-60#、农乳1601#中一种或多种;湿润剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;增稠剂如黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝中一种或多种;防腐剂如甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠中一种或多种;消泡剂如有机硅消泡剂;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、氯化钠中一种或多种。
对于水乳剂,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂如农乳600#磷酸酯、农乳700#、农乳2201#、Span-60#、乳化剂T-60、TX-10、农乳1601、农乳400#、农乳600#中一种或多种;溶剂如二甲苯、甲苯中一种或多种;稳定剂如亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷、醋酐中一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、氯化钠中一种或多种;增稠剂如黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝中一种或多种;防腐剂如防腐剂如甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠中一种或多种。
本发明的第三个目的在于:提供上述的杀菌组合物在防治甘蔗褐斑病上的应用。
本发明的第四个目的在于:提供上述的杀菌剂在防治甘蔗褐斑病上的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明中2种成分在进行复配时,在一定质量范围内,其共毒系数大于120,表现为增效的作用类型;与其包含的任意单一成分相比,可以提高对甘蔗褐斑病的防治效果,可以减少农药的施用剂量,进而可以降低农药残留,减轻环境压力。
(2)本发明中丁香菌酯和其他成分在杀灭甘蔗褐斑病时的作用机理不同,这样可以有效延缓病菌抗药性的产生,对药剂本身起到一定的保护作用。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步说明,但不能视为对本发明的限制,以下所述仅用于解释本发明,对于不偏离本发明精神和原则所做的修改、替换或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
实施例1:丁香菌酯二元复配的室内生物活性试验
试验对象:甘蔗褐斑病菌(Cercospora longipes Butler),在甘蔗种植基地采样分离获得,经分离纯化后保存于PDA斜面培养基中;
供试药剂:96%丁香菌酯原药、98%小檗碱原药、98%喹啉铜原药和40%宁南霉素原药;
试验方法:(参考《NY/T 1156.2-2006 农药室内生物测定试验准则 杀菌剂 第2部分:抑制病原真菌菌丝生长试验 平皿法》)
1. 将原药用二甲基亚砜溶解,用0.1%吐温-80的水溶液稀释分别配制单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂设置7个梯度质量浓度;
2. 将预先融化的PDA培养基9 mL加入无菌锥形瓶中,从低浓度和高浓度依次定量吸取药液1 mL,分别加入上述锥形瓶中,充分摇匀。然后等量导入3个直径为9 cm的培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板;并设不含药剂的处理作空白对照,每个处理3个重复;
3. 在纯化后扩繁的甘蔗褐斑病菌菌落上用打孔器取直径5 mm的菌饼,接种含药平板和空白对照平板中央,于28℃恒温培养培养;
4. 待空白对照菌落的直径达培养皿直径的1/2以上时,用卡尺测量菌落直径,每个菌落用十字交叉法垂直测量直径各一次,取其平均值,以此计算各处理的菌丝生长抑制率;以用药剂浓度对数值为x,对应的菌丝生长抑制率几率值为y进行线性回归分析,计算各处理药剂的EC50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。

实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50÷供试药剂EC50)×100;
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量;
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)÷混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。
按照联合作用划分标准:共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;共毒系数(CTC)≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<共毒系数(CTC)<120表现为相加作用。实验结果见表1-3。

由表3可知,丁香菌酯和宁南霉素在质量比为1-10:10-1范围内的共毒系数均大于120,说明丁香菌酯和宁南霉素复配后对甘蔗褐斑病菌的生物活性表现为增效作用;尤其是当质量比为1:5时,共毒系数达到了639.75,增效作用尤其显著。
综上可以看出,本发明的丁香菌酯与小檗碱、喹啉铜或宁南霉素以一定质量比进行二元复配时,共毒系数均大于120,均表现为增效作用,这样可以提高对甘蔗褐斑病菌的防治效果,避免使用单一成分化学药剂防治甘蔗褐斑病时带来的问题。
实施例2
称取10%丁香菌酯、30%小檗碱、10%木质素磺酸钠、5%甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、6%环氧聚醚、8%膨润土,滑石粉补充至100%重量份;上述原料经混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒等步骤制备成40%丁香菌酯·小檗碱水分散粒剂。
实施例3
称取36%丁香菌酯、3%喹啉铜、10%木质素磺酸钠、5%甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、6%环氧聚醚、8%膨润土,滑石粉补充至100%重量份;上述原料经混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒等步骤制备成39%丁香菌酯·喹啉铜水分散粒剂。
实施例4
称取7%丁香菌酯、35%宁南霉素、10%木质素磺酸钠、5%甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、6%环氧聚醚、8%膨润土,滑石粉补充至100%重量份;上述原料经混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒等步骤制备成42%丁香菌酯·宁南霉素水分散粒剂。

1.一种防治甘蔗褐斑病的增效杀菌组合物在防治甘蔗褐斑病上的应用,其特征在于,所述增效杀菌组合物由丁香菌酯与喹啉铜二元复配而成;其中,所述丁香菌酯和喹啉铜的质量比为1-25:100-1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述丁香菌酯和喹啉铜的质量比为12:1。
3.一种包含权利要求1所述增效杀菌组合物的杀菌剂在防治甘蔗褐斑病上的应用,其特征在于,活性成分的质量占所述杀菌剂总质量的百分比为1-75%,其余为农药学上可接受的助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,所述活性成分的质量占所述杀菌剂总质量的百分比为20-65%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,所述农药学上可以接受的助剂由填料、湿润剂、乳化剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、溶剂、稳定剂中的一种或几种组成。
