Abstract
本发明属氨基酸锗的螯合物。它完全不同于目前以有机溶剂所制备的分子量大且有毒副作用的有机锗制剂。本发明产物稳定,符合人体吸收机制,分子量小且无毒副作用。
Description
本发明属氨基酸锗的制备方法及其应用。
自1970年日本彦井合成出β-羧基乙基锗的倍半氧化物,并发现其具有广谱抗癌活性以来,人们成功地合成出一系列有机锗的化合物。个别有机锗的合成及药性研究已经成熟并有成品市售。
有机锗的合成途径的总结已有报导(见《化学通报》1987年第1期白明章等人著),所选用的原料为二氧化锗、四氯化锗等。但原料均需还原处理,工艺繁杂。反应是在有机相中进行,而不是与人体内吸收机理相同,其残基有机锗分解后,对人体有毒副性危害。目前已见报导的只有半胱氨酸与锗的1∶1和4∶1(摩尔比)的配合物的合成,但没有对产品进行全面测试。
本发明使用了对人体无害且有益的配体L-氨基酸,并在水溶解中与二氧化锗直接作用,获得锗的氨基酸螯合物。并且对其进行了金属元素测定、粉末衍射、红外光谱及元素分析等。
本发明产物稳定,分子量小(丙氨酸锗264.76),符合人体吸收机理且无毒副作用。产率为60~75之间。二氧化锗与氨基酸配比为1∶1~3,熔点为220℃。
实例:将氨基酸与二氧化锗分别溶解于蒸馏水中,然后按配比混合、加热回流5小时、冷却,加入酒精析出的白色晶体即为氨基酸锗螯合物。
Claims (2)
1.一种氨基酸锗的螯合物,其特征在于制备该螯合物时,先将氨基酸与二氧化锗分别溶于蒸馏水中。然后将两种溶液混合、加热回流5小时,冷却,加入酒精析出的白色晶体即为氨基酸锗螯合物。
2.根据权利要求1所说的氨基酸锗螯合物,用于制造谷类食品、乳制品、饮料、营养保健品及药品的强化剂、添加剂。
