the inductance module comprises two inductors which are connected in parallel and have different frequencies, and the two matching inductors are connected with the power supply through a boosting transformer.

The control system for an ultrasonic cleaning line having multiple purge tanks, according to claim 8, wherein: each group of the power amplification circuit groups consists of two power amplification circuits which are connected in series, the ultrasonic resonance power amplification tube in each power amplification circuit is connected in series with a fuse, the high-power rectifier bridge comprises a rectifier bridge and a capacitor filter which are connected in parallel, and a choke coil is arranged between the rectifier bridge and the capacitor filter.
