一种充电控制装置及充电控制方法,充电控制装置包括:充电端口,用于实现待充电设备和充电控制装置之间充电回路的接触式连通;通信端口,用于实现待充电设备与充电控制装置之间通信回路的接触式连通;主控单元,用于判断通信端口的接触状态是否正常,以在通信端口电导通的情况下生成通信执行指令;执行单元,用于接收主控单元发送的通信执行指令,并根据通信执行指令导通通信端口与充电桩之间的通信回路以使充电桩在确认通信正常的情况下开启充电。该装置在充电控制过程的通信回路检测上实现了双重保险,最大程度保证充电的可靠性与安全性。
