Abstract
本发明涉及石斛技术领域,且公开了一种石斛酒及石斛解酒液制备方法,一种石斛酒,所述石斛酒由以下列原料按重量计配比制作:石斛80‑120份、杜仲30‑50份、丹参10‑30份、怀牛膝30‑40份、生地黄15‑25份、山茱萸15‑25份、山药15‑25份、熟地黄15‑25份、白术10‑20份、白酒800‑1200份,辅药袋40‑60份、配药袋20‑30份;本发明通过采用多种中药材配合石斛进行泡酒工作,使石斛酒营养丰富,对人体生长发育、增强体质、预防疾病有极好的功效,能够增强体质、明亮眼睛、延年益寿、补益脾胃、强筋降脂、降低血糖、滋养阴经的作用,通过多组中药材与石斛配合,滋阴补阳,清热解毒,同时石斛与辅料包含有丰富的维生素,食用后在胃部产生一种保护膜,减少酒精对胃的破坏。

本发明属于石斛技术领域,具体为一种石斛酒及石斛解酒液制备方法。
背景技术
石斛是中国传统的名贵中药,在“神农本草经”中列为上品。现代医学和中医药理研究表明,石斛在提高人体免疫能力、抗衰老、抑制肿瘤、补五脏虚劳等方面有明显的效果,民间有“救命仙草”之称,俗称药黄金,性寒,味甘,淡,微咸,生于石壁上,茎丛生。保健功能:滋阴润肺,益胃补肾,建脑明目,降火良药,并具生津止渴,补五脏虚劳,清肺止咳,防感冒,抗疲劳的功效。
现有的石斛酒在饮用过程中石斛中的营养物质较为单一,保健效果有限,制备石斛酒方法不完善不能保证对饮用人员有益,无法满足人们日益增长的养生保健作用,为此,我们提出一种石斛酒及石斛解酒液制备方法。

一种石斛酒,所述石斛酒由以下列原料按重量计配比制作:石斛80-120份、杜仲30-50份、丹参10-30份、怀牛膝30-40份、生地黄15-25份、山茱萸15-25份、山药15-25份、熟地黄15-25份、白术10-20份、白酒800-1200份,辅药袋40-60份、配药袋20-30份。
所述辅药由以下列原料按重量计配比制作:人参5-10份、枸杞30-50份、白茯苓10-20份、炮干姜10-20份、黄芪5-15份、肉苁蓉5-10份。
所述配药由以下列原料按重量计配比制作:陈橘皮20-30份、酸枣仁10-20份、五味子10-20份、薄荷2-4份、金桔干片4-10份。
一种石斛酒的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料选取,事先准备石斛80-120份、杜仲30-50份、丹参10-30份、怀牛膝30-40份、生地黄15-25份、山茱萸15-25份、山药15-25份、熟地黄15-25份、白术10-20份、白酒800-1200份,辅药袋40-60份、配药袋20-30份;
辅药:人参5-10份、枸杞30-50份、白茯苓10-20份、炮干姜10-20份、黄芪5-15份、肉苁蓉5-10份;
配药:陈橘皮20-30份、酸枣仁10-20份、五味子10-20份、薄荷2-4份、金桔干片4-10份;
S2:原料预制:准备五个药袋,将S1得到的石斛、杜仲、丹参、怀牛膝、生地黄、山茱萸、山药、熟地黄、白术表面清洗以及烘干后,放置于干净的器皿内进行捣碎,捣碎完毕后将各项材料均匀混合并将其按照重量均匀分成三分,并将其分别放置于三个药袋内,然后将配料以及辅料取出,将配料以及辅料表面清洗烘干后直接分别放置于药袋内部,完成本装置的原料准备,得到三个原料药袋、一个配药袋、一个辅药袋;
S3:白酒配置,取出两组玻璃器皿,在第一组玻璃器皿内放置两个S2得到的两个原料药袋以及S1得到的三分之二白酒,将两个原料药袋在白酒内均匀的混合搅拌后,将第一组玻璃器皿密封储存,七日后在第二组玻璃器皿内放置剩余的白酒以及S2得到的一个原料药袋与搅拌混合30-90秒后,将一个原料药袋与辅药袋在白酒内均匀的混合搅拌后将第而组玻璃器皿密封储存,此时开启第一组玻璃器皿,对其内部搅拌混合30-90秒后,继续将第一组玻璃器皿密封,4日后开启第二个玻璃器皿,对其内部搅拌混合30-90秒后将S2得到的配药袋丢入第二个玻璃器皿,然后对第二个玻璃器皿进行密封储存,两日后,将第二玻璃器皿内的材料过滤后倒入第一个玻璃器皿,对第一个玻璃器皿继续密封储存,一日后将第一玻璃器皿内的材料过滤后,将五个料包取出,并准备一个大药袋,五个药包其放置于大药袋内丢入第一玻璃器皿内得到石斛酒。
一种石斛解酒,所述石斛解酒液由以下原料按重量计配比制作:铁皮石斛30-40份、陈橘皮20-30份,西洋参5-10份,当归10-30份、山楂干20-30份、柿子干30-40份、香蕉片20-30份、水果汁100-200份、葛花10-20份、葛根10-20份,饮用水200-300份。
优选的,所述水果汁由以下原料按重量计配比制备:葡萄汁30-50份、西瓜汁30-50份、甘蔗汁30-50份。
一种石斛解酒液的制作方法:
S1,原料准备:选取铁皮石斛30-40份、陈橘皮20-30份,西洋参5-10份,当归10-30份、山楂干20-30份、柿子干30-40份、香蕉片20-30份、水果汁50-100份、葛花10-20份、葛根10-20份,饮用水200-300份;
水果汁:葡萄汁30-50份、西瓜汁30-50份、甘蔗汁30-50份;
S2,原料预制:将石斛与饮用水150份放砂锅中浸泡1-2小时,将山楂干、柿子干与香蕉片研磨成粉后备用,将预先准备的水果打成水果汁,然后通过砂锅对石斛与饮用水煎煮20-50分钟,再将其余药物一并放入,煎煮45-70分钟小时,将砂锅内药液进行过滤后,取出药液得到第一混合物,将过滤出的药材与剩余的水合并后放置于砂锅内进行第二次加工,通过砂锅对药材煎煮50-70分钟后将研磨成粉的山楂干、柿子干与香蕉片放置于砂锅内熬煮3-7分钟,过滤后将药液取出得到第二混合物,将两次药液冷却后与水果汁混合得到石斛解酒液,根据需要选择是否在石斛解酒液内按规格添加可食用添加剂进行储存。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种石斛酒及石斛解酒液制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过采用多种中药材配合石斛进行泡酒工作,使石斛酒营养丰富,对人体生长发育、增强体质、预防疾病有极好的功效,能够增强体质、明亮眼睛、延年益寿、补益脾胃、强筋降脂、降低血糖、滋养阴经的作用,通过多组中药材与石斛配合,滋阴补阳,清热解毒,同时石斛与辅料包含有丰富的维生素,食用后在胃部产生一种保护膜,减少酒精对胃的破坏,同时增强肝脏的代谢功能,能有效地抑制谷草转氨酶(AST)的升高,使肝脏组织病理改善和肝纤维化减轻,具有良好的护肝降酶和抗肝纤维化作用,拥有显著的解酒护肝作用;
2、本发明,对材料与机器要求较低,工艺简单,生产过程中需求较小,步骤简练,生产过程中绿色无公害,减少对环境的负担,更加绿色环保,生产的石斛酒降低了纯白酒对饮用人员带来的危害,提高了白酒对人体的有益的一面;
3、本发明生产的石斛解酒液能有效降低饮酒带来的危害,降低饮酒对胃部的破坏,以促进酒精更快地排泄体外,无论饮酒前还是饮酒后使用,都可以对饮酒者进行保护,降低酒精对人体的伤害。

S2,原料预制:将石斛与饮用水150份放砂锅中浸泡1-2小时,将山楂干、柿子干与香蕉片研磨成粉后备用,将预先准备的水果打成水果汁,然后通过砂锅对石斛与饮用水煎煮40分钟,再将其余药物一并放入,煎煮60分钟小时,将砂锅内药液进行过滤后,取出药液得到第一混合物,将过滤出的药材与剩余的水合并后放置于砂锅内进行第二次加工,通过砂锅对药材煎煮60分钟后将研磨成粉的山楂干、柿子干与香蕉片放置于砂锅内熬煮5分钟,过滤后将药液取出得到第二混合物,将两次药液冷却后与水果汁混合得到石斛解酒液,根据需要选择是否在石斛解酒液内按规格添加可食用添加剂进行储存。
石斛泡酒的功效是能够增强体质、明亮眼睛、延年益寿、补益脾胃、强筋降脂、降低血糖、滋养阴经的作用。
石斛泡酒能够将石斛中的醇溶性物质最大限度的溶解出来,能够大大增加滋阴的作用,可以用来养生饮用,好处非常的多,适量的饮用铁皮石斛酒,还对肝胆有一定的保护作用,能够抑制肿瘤的作用,同时,还能够滋养肌肤,有美容养颜的功效,铁皮石斛还能够清热解毒,滋阴补肾,它含有石斛多糖、钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、铜等微量元素,能够调节内分泌。
石斛含有丰富的多糖类物质,食用后在胃部产生一种保护膜,减少酒精对胃的破坏,同时增强肝脏的代谢功能,通过体内进行调和,将酒性化解,让酒醉的人恢复较快,《神农本草经》、《本草纲目》等古代医书典籍中记载石斛“久服厚肠胃”,也证明石斛具有增强肠胃功能,从而间接减少酒精对肝脏的伤害。
酒精损伤干细胞时,首先是损害线粒体,线粒体被破坏了,肝细胞内谷草转氨酶转入血清中,血清中的谷草转氨酶浓度升高,谷草转氨酶的升高表明肝炎症未停止,肝细胞肿胀、坏死等病变持续存在,经研究实验证明,石斛多糖能有效地抑制谷草转氨酶(AST)的升高,使肝脏组织病理改善和肝纤维化减轻,具有良好的护肝降酶和抗肝纤维化作用,拥有显著的解酒护肝作用。
解酒的水果有苹果、柠檬、葡萄、西红柿、香蕉、梨子、西瓜、柚子、柿子等,其中柿子里含有单宁和酶,可以分解酒精,它的高含糖量和含钾量,以及大量的水分能起到利尿的作用,帮助机体排泄酒精,而香蕉能增加血糖浓度,降低酒精在血液中的比例,从而达到解酒目的,葡萄中含有丰富的酒石酸,能降低体内乙醇浓度,达到解酒目的,同时,其酸酸的口味也能有效缓解酒后反胃、恶心的症状,如果在喝酒前吃,还能有效预防醉酒,西瓜可以对酒精的吸收产生竞争性抑制,减少酒精进入血液的数量,另一方面,西瓜汁具有明显的利尿作用,可以促进酒精更快地排泄体外
石斛:胃阴虚证,热病伤津证:本品长于滋养胃阴,生津止渴,兼能清胃热,又能滋肾阴,兼能降虚火,适用于肾阴亏虚之目暗不明、筋骨痿软及阴虚火旺,骨蒸劳热等症状;
杜仲:肾虚腰痛及各种腰痛,以其补肝肾、强筋骨,肾虚腰痛尤宜。其他腰痛用之,均有扶正固本之效,胎动不安,习惯性堕胎,常以本品补肝肾、固冲任以安胎;
丹参:月经不调,闭经痛经,产后瘀滞腹痛,血瘀心痛,脘腹疼痛,癥瘕积聚,跌打损伤,风湿痹证,,疮痈肿毒:本品性寒,既能凉血活血,又能清热消痈,热病烦躁神昏,心悸失眠,本品入心经,既可清热凉血,又可除烦安神,既能活血又能养血以安神定志;
怀牛藤:活血祛瘀,泻火解毒,利尿通淋。闭经,跌打损伤,风湿关节痛,痢疾,白喉,咽喉肿痛,疮痈,淋证,水肿;
生地黄:热入营血,舌绛烦渴,本品苦寒入营血分,为清热,凉血,止血之要药,又因其性甘寒质润,能清热生津止渴,阴虚内热,品甘寒养阴,苦寒泄热,入肾经而滋阴降火,养阴津而泄伏热,津伤口渴,内热消渴,肠燥便秘:本品甘寒质润,既能清热养阴,又能生津止渴;
山茱萸:腰膝酸软,头晕耳鸣,阳痿:本品酸微温质润,其性温而不燥,补而不峻,补益肝肾,既能益精,又可助阳,为平补阴阳之要药,遗精滑精,遗尿尿频:本品既能补肾益精,又能固精缩尿,崩漏,月经过多:本品入于下焦,能补肝肾、固冲任以止血,大汗不止,体虚欲脱:本品酸涩性温,能收敛止汗,固涩滑脱,为防止元气虚脱之要药。
山药:主要用于脾虚食少,倦怠乏力,便溏泄泻,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下尿频,内热消渴等;
熟地黄:补血滋阴,益精填髓,主治肝肾阴虚,腰膝酸软,骨蒸潮热,盗汗遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,心悸怔忡,月经不调,崩漏下血,眩晕耳鸣,须发早白;
白术:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎,用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。土白术健脾,和胃,安胎。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,胎动不安;
白酒:活血通脉、助药力、增进食欲、消除疲劳,陶冶情操,使人轻快并有御寒提神的功能,可以扩张小血管,可使血液中的含糖量降低,促进血液循环,延缓胆固醇等脂质在血管壁的沉积,对循环系统及心脑血管有利;
人参:适用于调整血压、恢复心脏功能、神经衰弱及身体虚弱等症,也有祛痰、健胃、利尿、兴奋等功效;
枸杞:养肝,滋肾,润肺,补虚益精,清热明目;
白茯苓:渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神,用于小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕吐,脾虚食少,泄泻,心悸不安,失眠健忘,遗精白浊;
炮干姜:温中散寒,温经止血。用于脾胃虚寒,腹痛吐泻,吐衄崩漏,阳虚失血;
黄芪:补气固表,托毒排脓,利尿,生肌,用于气虚乏力、久泻脱肛、、自汗、水肿、子官脱垂、慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病、疮口久不愈合;
肉苁蓉:补肾阳,益精血,润肠道,主肾阳虚衰,精血不足之阳痿,遗精,白浊,尿频余沥,腰痛脚弱,耳鸣目花,月经衍期,宫寒不孕,肠燥便秘;
陈橘皮:小儿宿食不消,心腹胀闷,亦治呕逆恶心,背寒脚冷;
酸枣仁:宁心安神,养肝,敛汗的功效,主治虚烦不眠,惊悸怔忡,体虚自汗、盗汗。
五味子:收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心,久咳虚喘,可制自汗,盗汗,遗精,滑精,久泻不止;
薄荷:调味作用;
金桔干片:调味作用;
西洋参:补气养阴,清热生津。用于气虚阴亏,内热,咳喘痰血,虚热烦倦,消渴,口燥喉干,益肺阴,清虚火,生津止渴,治肺虚久嗽、失血、咽干口渴、虚热烦倦;
当归:补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、月经不调、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡;
山楂干:山楂所含的黄酮类和维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能阻断并减少自由基的生成,能增强机体的免疫力,有防衰老、抗癌的作用,山楂中有平喘化痰、抑制细菌、治疗腹痛腹泻的成分;
葛花:葛花可以提神醒脑,而且调养肠胃,起到健脾养胃的功效,同时可消除饮酒中毒的情况出现,饮酒过多者可以喝一些葛花酒来解酒消毒是很明显的;
葛根:主治伤寒温热、头痛项强(颈僵)、烦热消渴、泄泻、痢疾、麻疹不透、高血压、心绞痛、耳聋等证;

Claims (7)
1.一种石斛酒,其特征在于:所述石斛酒由以下列原料按重量计配比制作:石斛80-120份、杜仲30-50份、丹参10-30份、怀牛膝30-40份、生地黄15-25份、山茱萸15-25份、山药15-25份、熟地黄15-25份、白术10-20份、白酒800-1200份,辅药袋40-60份、配药袋20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石斛酒及石斛解酒液制备方法,其特征在于:所述辅药由以下列原料按重量计配比制作:人参5-10份、枸杞30-50份、白茯苓10-20份、炮干姜10-20份、黄芪5-15份、肉苁蓉5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石斛酒,其特征在于:所述配药由以下列原料按重量计配比制作:陈橘皮20-30份、酸枣仁10-20份、五味子10-20份、薄荷2-4份、金桔干片4-10份。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种石斛酒的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤;
S1:原料选取,事先准备石斛80-120份、杜仲30-50份、丹参10-30份、怀牛膝30-40份、生地黄15-25份、山茱萸15-25份、山药15-25份、熟地黄15-25份、白术10-20份、白酒800-1200份,辅药袋40-60份、配药袋20-30份;
辅药:人参5-10份、枸杞30-50份、白茯苓10-20份、炮干姜10-20份、黄芪5-15份、肉苁蓉5-10份;
配药:陈橘皮20-30份、酸枣仁10-20份、五味子10-20份、薄荷2-4份、金桔干片4-10份;
S2:原料预制:准备五个药袋,将S1得到的石斛、杜仲、丹参、怀牛膝、生地黄、山茱萸、山药、熟地黄、白术表面清洗以及烘干后,放置于干净的器皿内进行捣碎,捣碎完毕后将各项材料均匀混合并将其按照重量均匀分成三分,并将其分别放置于三个药袋内,然后将配料以及辅料取出,将配料以及辅料表面清洗烘干后直接分别放置于药袋内部,完成本装置的原料准备,得到三个原料药袋、一个配药袋、一个辅药袋;
S3:白酒配置,取出两组玻璃器皿,在第一组玻璃器皿内放置两个S2得到的两个原料药袋以及S1得到的三分之二白酒,将两个原料药袋在白酒内均匀的混合搅拌后,将第一组玻璃器皿密封储存,七日后在第二组玻璃器皿内放置剩余的白酒以及S2得到的一个原料药袋与搅拌混合30-90秒后,将一个原料药袋与辅药袋在白酒内均匀的混合搅拌后将第而组玻璃器皿密封储存,此时开启第一组玻璃器皿,对其内部搅拌混合30-90秒后,继续将第一组玻璃器皿密封,4日后开启第二个玻璃器皿,对其内部搅拌混合30-90秒后将S2得到的配药袋丢入第二个玻璃器皿,然后对第二个玻璃器皿进行密封储存,两日后,将第二玻璃器皿内的材料过滤后倒入第一个玻璃器皿,对第一个玻璃器皿继续密封储存,一日后将第一玻璃器皿内的材料过滤后,将五个料包取出,并准备一个大药袋,五个药包其放置于大药袋内丢入第一玻璃器皿内得到石斛酒。
5.一种石斛解酒液,其特征在于:所述石斛解酒液由以下原料按重量计配比制作:铁皮石斛30-40份、陈橘皮20-30份,西洋参5-10份,当归10-30份、山楂干20-30份、柿子干30-40份、香蕉片20-30份、水果汁100-200份、葛花10-20份、葛根10-20份,饮用水200-300份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种石斛解酒液,其特征在于:所述水果汁由以下原料按重量计配比制备:葡萄汁30-50份、西瓜汁30-50份、甘蔗汁30-50份。
7.根据权利要求5-6所述的一种石斛解酒液的制作方法,其特征在于:
S1,原料准备:选取铁皮石斛30-40份、陈橘皮20-30份,西洋参5-10份,当归10-30份、山楂干20-30份、柿子干30-40份、香蕉片20-30份、水果汁50-100份、葛花10-20份、葛根10-20份,饮用水200-300份;
水果汁:葡萄汁30-50份、西瓜汁30-50份、甘蔗汁30-50份;
S2,原料预制:将石斛与饮用水150份放砂锅中浸泡1-2小时,将山楂干、柿子干与香蕉片研磨成粉后备用,将预先准备的水果打成水果汁,然后通过砂锅对石斛与饮用水煎煮20-50分钟,再将其余药物一并放入,煎煮45-70分钟小时,将砂锅内药液进行过滤后,取出药液得到第一混合物,将过滤出的药材与剩余的水合并后放置于砂锅内进行第二次加工,通过砂锅对药材煎煮50-70分钟后将研磨成粉的山楂干、柿子干与香蕉片放置于砂锅内熬煮3-7分钟,过滤后将药液取出得到第二混合物,将两次药液冷却后与水果汁混合得到石斛解酒液,根据需要选择是否在石斛解酒液内按规格添加可食用添加剂进行储存。
