Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of cosmetic raw materials, in particular to a method for extracting micro plastic particles from facial cleanser, which comprises the following steps: s1, identifying components of a cleaning agent and a thickening agent in the facial cleanser; s2, adding different solvents according to different detergents and thickeners; and S3, adding different solvents according to the step II, and extracting the micro plastic particles by using a preparation method A and a preparation method B. The method improves the traditional method, and quickly extracts the micro plastic particles by two different preparation methods by firstly identifying the components of the cleanser and the thickening agent in the facial cleanser and then adding different solvents through different components of the cleanser and the thickening agent, and has the advantages of strong pertinence, good applicability, good reproducibility, high accuracy, quick measurement time and simple operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of cosmetic raw materials, in particular to a method for extracting micro plastic particles from facial cleanser.
Background
The micro plastic particles are added into the facial cleanser as the abrasive particles, and the plastic particles are difficult to degrade in the environment, have rough surfaces, more gaps and large cracking degree, have increased surface electronegativity, and are easy to adsorb pollutants in the environment to become carriers of the pollutants. The particle size of the micro plastic is small and difficult to remove, the micro plastic is discharged into the environments such as oceans, lakes and the like, causes damage to organisms, and is eaten by human beings through food chain enrichment, so that the health of the human beings is harmed.
Therefore, the study of micro plastic particles in cosmetics helps people to understand the necessity and urgency of reducing the use of micro plastic particles in daily necessities. Further, social supervision and even legislative regulations are pushed. Many researches on the extraction method of the micro plastic particles provide a better solution, but the method is still not mature and is easily influenced by impurities to a certain extent. For example, conventional density screening methods are susceptible to the density of the microplastic.

s11, firstly, obtaining a sample of the product A;
s12, dissolving the obtained sample by distilled water;
s13, fully washing with absolute ethyl alcohol;
s14, cleaning, and then carrying out vacuum filtration to obtain plastic particles.
Preferably, the preparation method B comprises the following steps:
s21, obtaining a sample of the product B;
s22, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the obtained sample to fully disperse;
and S23, adding distilled water, eluting and filtering to obtain plastic particles.
Preferably, in the preparation method A, the cleaning agent is fatty alcohol polyether sulfate, and the thickening agent is acrylate polymer.
Preferably, in the preparation method B, the cleaning agent is fatty acid, and the thickening agent is cellulose xanthan gum.
Preferably, the product a is a facial scrub sample that is a viscous liquid.
Preferably, the product B is a facial scrub sample that is a viscous fluid.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the method improves the traditional method, and quickly extracts the micro plastic particles by two different preparation methods by firstly identifying the components of the cleanser and the thickening agent in the facial cleanser and then adding different solvents through different components of the cleanser and the thickening agent, and has the advantages of strong pertinence, good applicability, good reproducibility, high accuracy, quick measurement time and simple operation.

s1, identifying components of a cleaning agent and a thickening agent in the facial cleanser:
s2, adding different solvents according to different detergents and thickening agents;
and S3, adding different solvents according to the step II, and extracting the micro plastic particles by using a preparation method A and a preparation method B.
When the cleaning agent is fatty alcohol polyether sulfate and the thickening agent is an acrylate polymer, the cleaning agent is prepared by a preparation method A, wherein the preparation method A comprises the following steps:
s11, firstly, obtaining a sample of a product A, wherein the product A is a viscous liquid of a face frosted sample;
s12, dissolving the obtained sample by distilled water;
s13, fully washing with absolute ethyl alcohol;
s14, cleaning, and then carrying out vacuum filtration to obtain plastic particles.
Specifically, the preparation method A comprises the following specific preparation steps:
s111, taking 10g of sample, putting the sample into a 2L beaker, adding 1000mL of 50 ℃ distilled water, and uniformly and slowly stirring and mixing;
s112, adding 5mL of absolute ethyl alcohol as a defoaming agent, and reducing the influence of the generation of bubbles on flotation after the absolute ethyl alcohol is added;
s113, performing ultrasonic treatment for 2 hours, filtering with a 0.45-micron filter membrane, washing the filtrate on the filter membrane with distilled water into a beaker, adding water to dissolve the filtrate, filtering with the 0.45-micron filter membrane, repeatedly washing with distilled water for many times, and repeating the steps for 3 times;
s114, washing residues on the filter membrane by using absolute ethyl alcohol, filtering by using a 0.45-micron filter membrane, and repeatedly washing the filter membrane by using the absolute ethyl alcohol for multiple times.
S115, drying the particles at 40 ℃ to constant weight, and characterizing the dried particles by a related instrument.
When the cleaning agent is fatty acid and the thickening agent is cellulose xanthan gum, the preparation method B is adopted for preparation, and the preparation method B comprises the following steps:
s21, firstly, obtaining a sample of a product B, wherein the product B is a facial frosted sample which is viscous fluid;
s22, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the obtained sample to fully disperse;
and S23, adding distilled water, eluting and filtering to obtain plastic particles.
Specifically, the preparation method B comprises the following specific preparation steps:
s211, adding 10g of sample into 100mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, carrying out ultrasonic dissolution until no obvious block exists,
s212, slowly adding 50 ℃ distilled water to 1000mL;
s213, performing ultrasonic treatment for 2 hours, filtering with 0.45 mu m, washing particles on the filter membrane with distilled water, and repeating the step for 3 times;
s214, fully washing with excessive 50 ℃ distilled water, filtering with 0.45 mu m, and washing particles on the filter membrane with absolute ethyl alcohol;
s215, drying the particles at 40 ℃ until the weight is constant, and characterizing the dried particles by a related instrument.
The invention provides a method for extracting micro plastic particles from facial cleanser, which improves the traditional method, and quickly extracts the micro plastic particles by two different preparation methods, namely identifying the components of a cleaning agent and a thickening agent in the facial cleanser and adding different solvents through the components of different cleaning agents and thickening agents.

s12, dissolving the obtained sample by distilled water;
s13, fully washing with absolute ethyl alcohol;
s14, cleaning, and then carrying out vacuum filtration to obtain plastic particles.

s21, obtaining a sample of the product B;
s22, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the obtained sample to fully disperse;

4. The method for extracting micro plastic particles from facial cleanser according to claim 1, wherein in the preparation method A, the cleaning agent is fatty alcohol polyether sulfate, and the thickening agent is acrylate polymer.
5. A method for extracting micro plastic particles from facial cleanser according to claim 1, wherein in the preparation method B, the cleaning agent is fatty acid, and the thickening agent is cellulose xanthan gum.
6. A method for extracting micro plastic particles from a facial cleanser according to claim 2, wherein the product A is a face scrub sample which is a viscous liquid.
7. A method for extracting micro plastic particles from facial cleanser according to claim 3, wherein said product B is a facial scrub sample that is a viscous fluid.
