Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of natural materials, 20-25 parts of grafting monomers, 1-5 parts of emulsifying agents and 150 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps: 1) firstly, putting natural substances, grafting monomers, an emulsifier and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and uniformly stirring at normal pressure; 2) then reacting for 15-20 minutes under 12000-15000psi homogenizing pressure to obtain suspension; 3) and drying the obtained suspension, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres. The bio-based plastic microspheres can replace the conventional common plastic microspheres, can be added into cosmetics, cannot generate adverse effects on skin, and are environment-friendly as main raw materials are derived from renewable resources; and the material is more uniformly treated by using homogenization treatment, the processing technology is simplified, and the obtained particles have finer granularity and better dispersibility.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The plastic microspheres are common additives in cosmetics and have the effects of abrading cutin and peeling dead skin. A bottle of cosmetic product, such as a keratinous cream, may contain thousands of plastic beads. However, these plastic beads are so fine that they are discharged directly into the ocean without being filtered out by sewage treatment plants. The existing plastic microbeads are undecomposed and toxic, and become permanent pollutants, which harm the survival of marine organisms, and after being eaten by organisms such as fishes and shellfishes, the toxic plastic microbeads return to human beings through a food chain, thus threatening the health of human beings.
Therefore, there is a need to design a new bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics and a preparation method thereof to overcome the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the bio-based plastic microspheres for the cosmetics and the preparation method thereof, which can replace the conventional common plastic microspheres and can be added into the cosmetics without generating adverse effects on the skin.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is that the bio-based plastic microsphere for cosmetics comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of natural materials, 20-25 parts of grafting monomers, 1-5 parts of emulsifying agents and 150 parts of water.
Further, the feed comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of natural substances, 20 parts of grafting monomers, 2 parts of emulsifying agents and 100 parts of water.
Further, the natural substance comprises at least one of starch, bamboo powder, rice bran powder and wood powder.
Further, the grafting monomer is any one of succinic anhydride, methacrylate and dichloromaleic anhydride.
Further, the emulsifier is any one of stearic acid, lauric acid and oleic acid.
Further, the particle size of the bio-based plastic micro-beads is 10-50 μm.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, putting natural substances, grafting monomers, an emulsifier and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and uniformly stirring;
2) then reacting for 15-20 minutes under 12000-15000psi homogenizing pressure to obtain suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres.
Further, in the step 3), the obtained suspension is dried by an oven until the moisture content is less than 1%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the bio-based plastic microspheres provided by the invention can replace the conventional common plastic microspheres, and can be added into cosmetics, so that adverse effects on skin are avoided;
(2) the main raw materials of the bio-based plastic microspheres provided by the invention are all derived from renewable resources, are environment-friendly, and can effectively solve the problem that common plastic microspheres harm the environment;
(3) the invention uses the homogenization treatment to ensure that the material treatment is more uniform, the processing technology is simplified, the particle size of the obtained particles is finer, and the dispersibility in the cosmetics is better.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of natural materials, 20-25 parts of grafting monomers, 1-5 parts of emulsifying agents and 150 parts of water.
Further, the particle size of the bio-based plastic micro-beads is 10-50 μm.
The bio-based plastic microspheres provided by the embodiment are prepared from renewable resources as main raw materials, are environment-friendly, can replace the conventional common plastic microspheres, can be added into cosmetics, cannot generate adverse effects on skin, and can effectively solve the problem of harm of the common plastic microspheres to the environment.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, putting natural substances, grafting monomers, an emulsifier and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and uniformly stirring at normal pressure;
2) then reacting for 15-20 minutes under 12000-15000psi homogenizing pressure to obtain suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres with the particle size of 10-50 microns.
According to the invention, natural substances are used as main materials, and are subjected to hydrophobic modification through the grafting monomers and the emulsifying agent, so that the prepared bio-based plastic microspheres have better hydrophobic property, and the properties of abrasion of cutin and peeling dead skin of the bio-based plastic microspheres are better; the invention carries out homogenization treatment on the natural substance, so that the suspension of the natural substance is subjected to a series of changes such as physics, chemistry and the like, the aim of homogenization is finally achieved, the processing technology is simplified, the obtained particles have finer granularity, and the dispersibility in the cosmetics is better.
Example 1
The bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of starch, 20 parts of succinic anhydride, 2 parts of stearic acid and 100 parts of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, putting starch, succinic anhydride, stearic acid and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and stirring for 5 minutes at normal pressure to ensure that the materials are fully contacted;
2) then reacting for 15 minutes under the 15000psi homogenizing pressure to obtain a grafted starch suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension by using an oven until the moisture content is less than 1%, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres with the particle size of 20 microns.
Example 2
The bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of bamboo powder, 25 parts of methacrylate, 5 parts of lauric acid and 150 parts of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly putting bamboo powder, methacrylate, lauric acid and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and stirring for 5 minutes at normal pressure to ensure that the materials are fully contacted;
2) then reacting for 20 minutes under 12000psi of homogeneous pressure to obtain a grafted starch suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension by using an oven until the moisture content is less than 1%, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres with the particle size of 50 microns.
Example 3
The bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of bamboo powder, 20 parts of dichloromaleic anhydride, 1 part of oleic acid and 120 parts of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly putting bamboo powder, dichloromaleic anhydride, oleic acid and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and stirring for 5 minutes at normal pressure to ensure that the materials are fully contacted;
2) then reacting for 20 minutes under the 15000psi homogenizing pressure to obtain a grafted starch suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension by using an oven until the moisture content is less than 1%, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres with the particle size of 10 microns.
Example 4
The bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of bamboo powder, 22 parts of succinic anhydride, 3 parts of lauric acid and 125 parts of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, putting bamboo powder, succinic anhydride, lauric acid and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and stirring for 5 minutes at normal pressure to ensure that the materials are fully contacted;
2) then reacting for 15 minutes under 13000psi of homogeneous pressure to obtain a grafted starch suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension by using an oven until the moisture content is less than 1%, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres with the particle size of 30 microns.
Example 5
The bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of bamboo powder, 20 parts of succinic anhydride, 5 parts of stearic acid and 110 parts of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly putting bamboo powder, succinic anhydride, stearic acid and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and stirring for 5 minutes at normal pressure to ensure that the materials are fully contacted;
2) then reacting for 15 minutes under the 15000psi homogenizing pressure to obtain a grafted starch suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension by using an oven until the moisture content is less than 1%, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres with the particle size of 20 microns.
Example 6
The bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of bamboo powder, 25 parts of succinic anhydride, 3 parts of stearic acid and 100 parts of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bio-based plastic microsphere, which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly putting bamboo powder, succinic anhydride, stearic acid and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and stirring for 5 minutes at normal pressure to ensure that the materials are fully contacted;
2) then reacting for 15 minutes under the 15000psi homogenizing pressure to obtain a grafted starch suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension by using an oven until the moisture content is less than 1%, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres with the particle size of 20 microns.

1. The bio-based plastic microbead for cosmetics is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of natural materials, 20-25 parts of grafting monomers, 1-5 parts of emulsifying agents and 150 parts of water.
2. The bio-based plastic microbead according to claim 1, wherein: the adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural substances, 20 parts of grafting monomers, 2 parts of emulsifying agents and 100 parts of water.
3. The bio-based plastic microbead according to claim 1, wherein: the natural material comprises at least one of starch, bamboo powder, rice bran powder and wood powder.
4. The bio-based plastic microbead according to claim 1, wherein: the grafting monomer is any one of succinic anhydride, methacrylate and dichloromaleic anhydride.
5. The bio-based plastic microbead according to claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier is any one of stearic acid, lauric acid and oleic acid.
6. The bio-based plastic microbead according to claim 1, wherein: the particle size of the bio-based plastic micro-beads is 10-50 μm.
7. A method for preparing bio-based plastic microbeads according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, putting natural substances, grafting monomers, an emulsifier and water into a high-pressure homogenizer in proportion, and uniformly stirring;
2) then reacting for 15-20 minutes under 12000-15000psi homogenizing pressure to obtain suspension;
3) and drying the obtained suspension, and screening to obtain the bio-based plastic microspheres.
8. The method for preparing bio-based plastic microbeads as recited in claim 7, wherein: and 3) drying the obtained suspension by using an oven until the moisture content is less than 1%.
