本发明涉及农药杀菌剂领域,特别是涉及一种含氟吗啉的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
假菌界(Chromista)的生物学特性和生活史很像真菌,但在细胞结构上与真菌存在本质区别,所以称之为假菌。在假菌界中引起植物病害的病原菌主要是卵菌。致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)属于茸鞭生物界卵菌门卵菌纲腐霉目腐霉科疫霉属。致病疫霉以A1和A2两种交配型为主,还存在自育型。
氟吗啉,英文名称Flumorph,是由沈阳化工研究院刘长令等人于1994年创制的一种新型内吸性杀虫剂。主要用于防治霜霉属和疫霉属病害。氟吗啉具有优异的保护活性、治疗活性和抑制孢子萌发活性,抗性风险低、持效期长、用药次数少、农用成本低、无药害、对植物安全、增产效果明显。
Fluoxapiprolin是拜耳公司新开发的哌啶基噻唑异噁唑啉类杀菌剂,Fluoxapiprolin为外消旋体,2个异构体的生物活性相同。其化学名称2-{(5RS)-3-[2-(1-{[3,5-双(二氟甲基)-1H-吡唑-1-基]乙酰基}-4-哌啶基)噻唑-4-基]-4,5-二氢异噁唑-5-基}-3-氯苯基甲磺酸盐,CAS号为1360819-11-9。
单一活性组分的杀菌剂品种在病害防治上存在不同程度的缺陷,连续使用会导致病害产生抗药性,杀菌谱变窄、环境污染等问题。本发明将氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin混配用于防治植物上的病害,尤其是防治植物的卵菌目病害,既能抑制菌丝生产又能抑制孢子萌发,对绝大多数疫霉和霜霉引起的真菌病害具有预防兼治疗作用,且由于两者的杀菌机理不同,在一定范围内有很好的增效作用,能够缓解病菌抗性产生和降低生产成本。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明目的在于提供一种含氟吗啉的杀菌组合物,本发明能够缓解病菌抗性产生和降低生产成本。本发明克服了氟吗啉杀菌谱窄和fluoxapiprolin作用位点单一的缺陷,将氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin混配能够有效防治假菌界卵菌门疫霉属引起的植物病害,可以明显提高防效,在一定的范围内有很好的增效作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种含氟吗啉的杀菌组合物,所述的杀菌组合物包括活性成分A氟吗啉和活性成分B fluoxapiprolin;

进一步地,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:25、1:15、1:9、1:1、5:2、6:1、9:1、30:1、35:1;

相对于现有技术,本发明技术方案的有益效果在于以下几点:
1)杀菌组合物在一定配比范围内表现出极好的增效作用,两种活性物质混合后较单剂具有明显的增效作用,从而降低了农药使用剂量,减少了用药成本,降低了对环境的影响;
2)扩大了杀菌谱,对谷物、蔬菜、水果等多种植物的霜霉病、疫病具有良好的防治效果;
3)能够延缓单剂的抗性发生与发展,品种间的结构相差较大,不存在交互抗性。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案,目的以及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明可以以各种形式实现而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。
下文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,凡是本申请技术方案基础上做出的等同变换均落入本发明的保护范围。
室内毒力测定
实施例1
氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin对致病疫霉(phytophthora infestans)室内活性测定
农药室内生物测定试验准则,试验参照NY/T 1156.6-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第6部分:混配的联合作用测定》;NY/T 1156.12-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第12部分:防治晚疫病试验盆栽法》。
供试病菌:致病疫霉phytophthora infestans(Mont.)de Bary菌株;
供试药剂:氟吗啉原药、fluoxapiprolin原药,以上原药均由集团研发中心提供。
供试作物:为感晚疫病番茄品种,盆栽培养至2片~4片真叶期,编号备用。
悬浮液制备:采集带病番茄晚疫病组织保湿培养,待产生孢子囊后,用无菌水将孢子囊洗下,用双层纱布过滤,制备成孢子囊悬浮液,置于4℃下黑暗处理0.5h~3h,使其释放出游动孢子,调节孢子浓度至3×105个孢子/mL悬浮液作为接种体,备用。
药剂配制:将以上原药用合适的溶剂进行溶解后再用0.1%吐温80水溶液稀释。根据药剂活性,设置5个系列质量浓度。
药剂处理:将药剂均匀喷施于叶面至全部湿润,待药液自然风干后备用。每个处理3盆,每个处理重复4次,并设只含溶剂和表面活性剂而不含有效成分的处理作为空白对照。
接种与培养:用游动孢子悬浮液喷雾接种,接种后在每天光照/黑暗各12h交替(光照强度5000Lux~20000Lux)、温度为18℃~20℃,接种后24h内保持叶面有水膜,之后相对湿度为90%以上的条件下培养7d。
试验调查:待空白对照病叶率达到50%以上,分级调查各处理发病情况,每个处理调查30片叶,分级方法为:
0级:无病;
1级:叶片上仅有少量小病斑,病斑占叶面积10%以下;
3级:叶片上病斑占叶面积10%~25%;
5级:叶片上病斑占叶面积26%~50%;
7级:叶片上病斑占叶面积50%以上;
9级:全叶发病枯萎。
数据统计及计算:根据数据调查,计算各处理的病情指数和防治效果。
病情指数按照以下公式进行计算:
防治效果按照以下公式进行计算:
统计分析:
用IBM SPSS Statistics 20统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归线、EC50值及相关系数R2,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按以下公式计算:

ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
S——标准药剂的EC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);
M——混剂的EC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。
TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数;
TIA——A药剂毒力指数;
PA——A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);
TIB——B药剂毒力指数;
PB——B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。
根据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC),根据共毒系数(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,即CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。

CTC——共毒系数;
ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数。
结果与分析:
由表1可以看出:氟吗啉和fluoxapiprolin单剂及其复配药剂对致病疫霉病菌具有较好的杀菌活性,氟吗啉单剂EC50值为18.244mg/L,fluoxapiprolin单剂EC50值为0.162mg/L。
氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin质量比为1:25~35:1范围内未表现出拮抗作用,1:25~30:1为增效作用。

具体制备例:
制备例1:
20%氟吗啉·fluoxapiprolin悬浮剂(10+10)
配方:氟吗啉10%、fluoxapiprolin10%、聚醚2.5%、苯乙基酚聚醚磷酸酯盐2%、格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、硅酸镁铝0.9%、黄原胶0.1%、丙二醇4%、甘油1%、苯并异噻唑啉酮0.02%、二甲基硅油0.4%、去离子水补足;
制备方法:在投料釜中加入代森锰锌与助剂(除防腐剂、增稠剂),开动剪切,使助剂全部溶解。在高剪切搅拌下加入fluoxapiprolin,剪切均匀后进行砂磨,砂磨后转入均质釜,加入防腐剂、增稠剂,加入剩余水补足余量后剪切,均质混合,获得相应的悬浮剂。
制备例2:
28%氟吗啉·fluoxapiprolin悬浮剂(15+13)
配方:氟吗啉15%、fluoxapiprolin13%、聚醚3%、苯乙基酚聚醚磷酸酯盐2%、格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、硅酸镁铝0.9%、黄原胶0.1%、丙二醇4%、甘油1%、苯并异噻唑啉酮0.02%、二甲基硅油0.4%、去离子水补足;
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例3:
42%氟吗啉·fluoxapiprolin可湿性粉剂(20+22)
配方:氟吗啉20%、fluoxapiprolin22%、木质素磺酸钠7%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、拉开粉BX4%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例将有效成分以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在混合机中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机粉碎后再次混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
制备例4:
48%氟吗啉·fluoxapiprolin可湿性粉剂(28+20)
配方:氟吗啉28%、fluoxapiprolin20%、木质素磺酸钠7%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、拉开粉BX4%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例3。
制备例5:
60%氟吗啉·fluoxapiprolin水分散粒剂(30+30)
配方:氟吗啉32%、fluoxapiprolin30%、木质素磺酸盐5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7.5%、硫酸铵5%、淀粉10%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品。
实施例2:田间防治番茄晚疫病试验
试验参照GB/T 17980.31-2000《田间药效试验准则(一)杀菌剂防治番茄早疫病和晚疫病》进行本试验。
试验对象:致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)。
试验作物:番茄。
试验于山东省平度市日光温室进行,试验地肥力较高,晚疫病历年发生。
试验设计:试验共设置8个处理,每个处理重复4次,小区面积20m2,随机区组排列。
试验处理:

试验于番茄晚疫病发病零星发生时开始常规喷雾,施药时将药液均匀喷洒在番茄植株茎秆及叶片的正反面,使植株全株受药。
施药次数:试验总共施药3次,间隔期为7d。
试验天气:施药时,天气晴朗或多云,整个试验过程无恶劣天气影响。
调查方法:试验于末次施药7d后进行防效调查,调查时每小区随机五点取样,每点选2株,每株分上、中、下调查5片叶,以每一片叶上的病斑面积占整个叶面积的百分率来分级,分级方法为:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的6%~10%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的11%~25%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的26%~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的50%以上。
药效按照以下公式进行计算:
采用目测法观察施药后试验作物生长、叶色的情况,考察试验药剂对番茄的安全性。
结果与分析:

试验结果表明,在田间开始出现番茄晚疫病中心病株时施药,连续用药3次。氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin混配对番茄晚疫病表现出较好的防效。供试药剂氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin混配各处理对番茄未产生药害作用,施药观察期内亦未发现供试药剂对试验植株有其他影响。
实施例3:田间防治番茄晚疫病试验
次年,按照实施例2的试验方法,在同一个日光温室内进行试验,测定不同药剂对番茄晚疫病的防治效果。
试验设计及处理同实施例2。
试验于番茄晚疫病发病零星发生时开始常规喷雾,施药时将药液均匀喷洒在番茄植株茎秆及叶片的正反面,使植株全株受药。
施药次数:试验总共施药3次,间隔期为7d。

试验结果表明,在田间开始出现番茄晚疫病中心病株时施药,连续用药3次。氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin混配对番茄晚疫病表现出较好的防效。供试药剂氟吗啉与fluoxapiprolin混配各处理对番茄未产生药害作用,施药观察期内亦未发现供试药剂对试验植株有其他影响。
本发明复配所得农药组合物或其制剂防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持效期方面优于单剂。并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得农药组合物或制剂的杀菌协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含氟吗啉的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀菌组合物包括活性成分A氟吗啉和活性成分B fluoxapiprolin。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:25~35:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:25~30:1;
更优选的,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:15~9:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,以所述杀菌组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B在杀菌组合物中的含量之和为5~90wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀菌组合物中加入相应辅助剂,制成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂或悬浮剂中的任一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的辅助剂有润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的杀菌组合物用于防治假菌界卵菌门疫霉属引起的植物病害的用途。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的假菌界卵菌门疫霉属引起的植物病害包括:马铃薯晚疫病[phytophthora infestans]、辣椒疫病[phytophthora capsici]、番茄晚疫病[phytophthora infestans]、芋头疫病[Phytophthora colocasiae Racib]、荔枝霜疫霉病[Peronophythora litchii Chen ex Ko et al]。
9.根据权利要求8所述用途,其特征在于,所述的假菌界卵菌门疫霉属引起的植物病害为马铃薯晚疫病。
10.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀菌组合物以有效剂量施用于需要控制的病害或其生长介质上。
