Abstract
本发明公开了一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的杀菌组合物,氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量比是1:10‑10:1。该杀菌组合物可用于防治多种作物的病害,尤其是小麦白粉病。本发明杀菌剂组合物具有高效、环境污染性小,延缓病菌抗药性产生等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
白粉病是农作物上的常见病害,从幼苗到成株均可发生,主要为害叶片,有时也为害茎蔓与叶柄。初发病时,叶面出现白色小斑点,后逐渐扩大,最后可连成片,叶面上布满白色粉状霉层。严重时,叶片逐渐变黄,干枯,有时病斑上出现许多黑色点状物。
氟噻唑吡乙酮是杜邦公司研发的首个哌啶基噻唑异恶唑啉类杀菌剂,对卵菌纲病原菌具有独特的作用位点,通过对氧化固醇结合蛋白(OSBP)的抑制达到杀菌效果。其对病原菌具有预防、治疗和抑制产孢作用;它与现有杀菌剂无交互抗性。但氟噻唑吡乙酮作用位点单一,具有中高水平抗性风险,需要进行抗性管理。
丙氧喹啉,英文通用名proquinazid,化学名称6-碘-2-丙氧基-3-丙基喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮。分子式C14H17IN2O2。主要用于防治白粉病等病害。丙氧喹啉可抑制真菌孢子萌发,并且防止附着胞的形成,而附着胞的形成和发育是真菌感染寄主植物的前提。
实践证明化学农药单剂的长期使用极易出现抗性问题,导致用量不断加大,风险增加,不利于环境生态安全。寻求科学、合理的农药复配,是解决这一问题较好的办法。将不同结构类型的农药有效成分进行复配,是目前解决农药单剂应用过程中成本和抗性等问题的一种有效方式。不同结构类型的农药有效成分混合后,通常表现出三种作用类型,即相加作用、增效作用和拮抗作用,但具体为何种作用,无法预测,只有通过大量试验才能知道。复配增效很好的配方,能提高实际防治效果,降低农药的使用量,有助于延缓抗性的产生,是科学防治病虫害的重要手段。
发明内容
为了克服上述单一杀菌剂存在的药剂用量大,对环境污染严重、病菌抗性产生速度快等缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,增效作用显著,杀菌效果好,用药成本低,不易产生抗药性、对作物安全的农用杀菌组合物。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的杀菌组合物,其由有效成分为氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉复配而成。
作为优选,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量比是1:10-10:1。
作为优选,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量比是1:2-1:1。
本发明还提供了一种包含所述的的杀菌组合物的农药制剂,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量占农药制剂总重量的5-95%,余量为农药上可接受的助剂、溶剂或填料。
作为优选,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量占农药制剂总重量的15-55%,余量为农药上可接受的助剂、溶剂或填料。
作为优选,所述的农药制剂的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、粉剂、颗粒剂或水乳剂等。
本发明的农药制剂中使用的助剂包括溶剂、分散剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、成膜剂、润湿剂等及其它有益于有效成分在制剂中稳定和药效发挥的已知物质,都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的各种成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过简单试验确定。
本发明的杀菌组合物在防治小麦等作物上的多种病害中应用,尤其适用于防治白粉病。本发明的组合物亦可按普通的方法施用,如浇注、喷雾、散布,其施用量随天气条件或作物状态变化。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的组合物混配具有明显的增效作用;由于本组合物的两个单剂化学结构差异很大,作用机理完全不同,不存在交互抗性,可延缓两单剂单独使用所产生的抗性问题;本发明的组合物对作物安全、防效好。经试验证明,本发明杀菌剂组合物化学性质稳定,增效显著,对防治对象表现出明显的增效以及互补作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉复配对小麦白粉病的室内毒力测定试验对象:小麦白粉病菌
本试验采用盆栽法进行,小麦种子催芽后,种于灭菌土培养钵中,室温培养。当幼苗长至1叶l心期时,放入20℃光照培养箱,光、暗12h交替培养。将新鲜的小麦白粉菌孢子悬浮液喷洒到备用小麦苗上,每处理2盆,每盆15株。接种72h后药剂处理,药前调查各处理病情指数,药后每5d调查一次病情指数,至对照全部发病,计算防效。,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的EC50,然后按孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。具体测定结果见表1。
当CTC≤80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC≥120,则组合物表现为增效作用。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。

由上表可知,氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉重量配比在1:10-10:1范围内对小麦白粉病具有增效作用,提高了对小麦白粉病的防治效果,优选氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉重量配比1:2-1:1。
实施例2氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉对小麦白粉病的田间防效
试验对象:小麦白粉病;试验地安排在小麦白粉病易发区,采用随机区组排列,小区面积25m2,4次重复。每小区5点取样,每点调查10株,每株调查旗叶及旗叶下第一片叶。药前定株调查白粉病的病情指数,药后7、10d各调查一次,分级调查,分级标准参照田间药效试验准则执行,计算防效。实验结果如表2所示。
试验药剂:
药剂1:39%氟噻唑吡乙酮·丙氧喹啉颗粒剂(氟噻唑吡乙酮:丙氧喹啉=10:3)
药剂2:44%氟噻唑吡乙酮·丙氧喹啉水乳剂(氟噻唑吡乙酮:丙氧喹啉=1:1)
药剂3:32%氟噻唑吡乙酮·丙氧喹啉微乳剂(氟噻唑吡乙酮:丙氧喹啉=1:3)
对照1:10%氟噻唑吡乙酮可分散油悬浮剂
对照2 24%丙氧喹啉可湿性粉剂

由上表可知,与单剂相比,氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉组合使用可以显著提高其对小麦白粉病的防治效果,表现为协同作用;并且田间观察发现,对小麦作物安全。

1.一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:其由有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉复配而成,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量比是1:10-10:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量比是1:2-1:1。
3.一种包含权利要求1至2任一所述的的杀菌组合物的农药制剂,其特征在于:所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量占农药制剂总重量的5-95%,余量为农药上可接受的助剂、溶剂或填料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的农药制剂,其特征在于:所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和丙氧喹啉的重量占农药制剂总重量的15-55%,余量为农药上可接受的助剂、溶剂或填料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的农药制剂,其特征在于:所述农药制剂的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、粉剂、颗粒剂或水乳剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的杀菌组合物或农药制剂用于小麦白粉病的用途。
