Abstract
本发明公开一种透明自增稠清洁组合物,涉及日化产品技术领域。一种透明自增稠清洁组合物,按重量百分比计,包含以下成分:椰油酰甘氨酸钠:4‑12%;两性离子表面活性剂:1‑8%;烷基糖苷:1‑6%;脂肪酸甘油酯:0.01‑3%;还包含去离子水;其中,所述透明自增稠清洁组合物pH值为5.5‑7.5,25℃下粘度≥500mPa·s。所述透明自增稠清洁组合物以洗感清爽、泡沫丰富的椰油酰甘氨酸钠为主要成分,能在弱酸至中性pH条件下保持透明外观,无需添加聚合物、烷基酰胺类或聚乙二醇类增稠剂即具有合适粘度,具有极好的清洗效果和体验,以及保湿滋润的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化产品技术领域,特别是涉及一种透明自增稠清洁组合物。
背景技术
随着社会发展以及生活习惯的改变,人们清洁皮肤的频率大大提升,对清洁产品的要求也越来越高,除了要清洁力适中,泡沫丰富,还要求温和不刺激,洗后皮肤干净不假滑、滋润不干涩。其中氨基酸型表面活性剂相对于传统的硫酸盐类表面活性剂以及脂肪酸盐,脱脂力更温和,对皮肤刺激性低,越来越受到消费者的喜爱。
椰油酰甘氨酸钠是氨基酸表面活性剂中较为常见的一种,其价格合理,泡沫以及洗感与皂基型产品相近,与其他氨基酸表活相比结晶性较强,低温很难保持透明性,更多被应用于制备结晶型洁面膏。若想将椰油酰甘氨酸钠应用于透明产品,通常需要控制pH在7以上,而过高的pH导致产品刺激性增强;或者尽可能降低椰油酰甘氨酸钠添加量,但也会导致椰油酰甘氨酸钠泡沫以及肤感的特性被掩盖。另外,对于透明的氨基酸清洁产品,增稠也是业内共识的一大难点。
中国专利申请CN103356408A涉及一种不含硫酸盐及二恶烷的调理香波组合物,其特征在于,包含4.5-15%的氨基酸型阴离子表面活性剂和增稠组合成分,所述氨基酸型阴离子表面活性剂为椰油酰基丙氨酸盐、月桂酰谷氨酸盐、椰油酰甘氨酸盐、月桂酰肌氨酸盐,甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸盐之一或它们的混合物,其中的盐为钾盐或钠盐或三乙醇胺盐;所述增稠组合成分为0.2%-4.0%的甘油椰油酸酯、0.05%-1.00%的三羟基硬脂精、0.05-1.50%的聚羟基硬脂酸和0.2-3.0%的丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物,所述百分比均为质量百分比。该发明的优点在于,粘度为3000-30000cps。该技术方案增稠剂包含有丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物,此类聚合物容易影响发泡,且可能引入丙烯酸单体,有一定风险;三羟基硬脂精以及聚羟基硬脂酸还会影响产品透明度。
中国专利申请CN107898654B涉及一种清洁类的组合物及其制备方法。其由下述组分按重量百分比组成:氨基酸表面活性剂15-50%,α-烯烃磺酸钠10-30%,甜菜碱类表面活性剂15-50%。其中,所述的氨基酸类表面活性剂选自甲基脂肪酰牛磺酸盐、脂肪酰肌氨酸盐、脂肪酰谷氨酸盐和脂肪酰丙氨酸盐中的一种或多种。该发明有效的解决了,以氨基酸表面活性剂为主表活宣称的产品难增稠的问题,主要采用阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂复配来增稠,利用C14-16烯烃磺酸钠与甜菜碱类表面活性剂以适当比例,构建胶束,使体系增稠。该技术方案的缺点在于,需要较高用量的表面活性剂才能达到增稠效果,成本相对较高,同时脱脂力也会相对较强,另外所述氨基酸表面活性剂并不包含甘氨酸盐。
中国专利申请CN110623853A涉及一种表面活性剂中的增稠剂,及包含所述增稠剂的清洁护理组合物。所述增稠剂包含甘油月桂酸酯、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺和氢化植物油甘油酯类柠檬酯,是适用于氨基酸表面活性剂的流变剂,能够有效增稠、对体系的pH不敏感、不影响泡沫性能、低温下粘度变化小,而且适用于制备透明组合物。但该技术方案含有椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺,同样会有引入风险物质的可能,且该技术方案所述氨基酸表面活性剂为月桂酰肌氨酸钠。
目前尚未见到有以椰油酰甘氨酸钠为主要成分、在弱酸至中性条件下能保持透明、且无需额外添加聚合物、烷基酰胺类或聚乙二醇类增稠剂即具有合适粘度的清洁产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透明自增稠清洁组合物,以洗感清爽、泡沫丰富的椰油酰甘氨酸钠为主要成分,能在弱酸至中性pH条件下保持透明外观,无需添加聚合物、烷基酰胺类或聚乙二醇类增稠剂即具有合适粘度。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种透明自增稠清洁组合物,按重量百分比计,包含以下成分:
椰油酰甘氨酸钠:4-12%;
两性离子表面活性剂:1-8%;
烷基糖苷:1-6%;
脂肪酸甘油酯:0.1-3%;
还包含去离子水;
其中,所述透明自增稠清洁组合物pH为5.5-7.5,25℃下粘度≥500mPa·s。
作为优选的实施方案,所述透明自增稠清洁组合物pH值为6.5-7.5。pH过低,会影响透明度以及低温稳定性,同时也会影响发泡;pH过高,刺激性则会增强,同时增稠效果也会变差。
进一步地,所述两性离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基胺氧化物、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、椰油酰两性基乙酸二钠、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱、椰油基羟基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或多种的组合物。作为优选的实施方案,所述两性离子表面活性剂为月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述烷基糖苷为癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基葡糖苷、辛基/癸基葡糖苷、辛基葡糖苷、C12-16烷基葡糖苷、C12-18烷基葡糖苷、C12-20烷基葡糖苷、C8-14烷基葡糖苷中的一种或多种的组合物。作为优选的实施方案,所述烷基糖苷为癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基葡糖苷中的至少一种。
作为优选的实施方案,所述椰油酰甘氨酸钠、两性离子表面活性剂、烷基糖苷的总和按重量百分比计应≥10%。
进一步地,所述脂肪酸甘油酯为甘油油酸酯、甘油辛酸酯、甘油月桂酸酯、甘油肉豆蔻酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油椰油酸酯、甘油乙基己酸酯、甘油棕榈酸酯、甘油异硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种的组合物物。作为优选的实施方案,所述脂肪酸甘油酯为甘油油酸酯、甘油月桂酸酯中的至少一种。脂肪酸甘油酯的作用是辅助增稠,同时还能提供一定的赋脂作用。
进一步地,所述的透明自增稠清洁组合物,还可以包含其他阴离子表面活性剂,如月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚-4羧酸、月桂醇聚醚-5羧酸、月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸、椰油酰谷氨酸二钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠、椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠、月桂酰羟乙磺酸钠等。
进一步地,所述的透明自增稠清洁组合物通过pH调节剂将pH值调节至5.5-7.5。
进一步地,所述赋脂剂为二辛基醚、氢化橄榄油乙基己酸酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酯、椰油醇-辛酸/癸酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油椰油酸酯(PEG-7)、辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类(PEG-6)中的一种或几种的组合物。优选地,所述赋脂剂在透明自增稠清洁组合物中的重量百分比为0.01-2%。
进一步地,所述pH调节剂为乳酸、盐酸、柠檬酸、天冬氨酸、磷酸、乙酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺、氨甲基丙醇中的一种或多种的组合物。优选地,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。
进一步地,所述的透明自增稠清洁组合物还包含甘油,所述甘油在透明自增稠清洁组合物中重量百分比为0.1-5%。
与现有技术相比,本发明能达到的技术效果包括:
1)通过特殊的配方组合得到以椰油酰甘氨酸钠为主要成分的透明自增稠清洁组合物,pH控制在5.5-7.5,既保留了椰油酰甘氨酸钠发泡力强、洗感清爽的特性,在弱酸至中性的pH值下又满足了温和不刺激的要求。
2)具有自增稠特性,无需额外添加高分子聚合物或其他增稠剂,25℃下粘度不低于500mPa·s,成分简单,避免了其他风险物质的引入,同时避免了聚合物带来的“假滑感”。
3)外观透明,且在4℃保持透明超过30天,解决了椰油酰甘氨酸钠体系低温稳定性不佳的问题。
4)在保证清洁效果的同时还具有保湿滋润的功效。

以下通过具体实施方式进一步描述本发明,但本发明不仅仅限于以下实施例。在本发明的范围内或者在不脱离本发明的内容、精神和范围内,对本发明所述的悬浮剂的清洁组合物及其制备方法进行适当改进、替换功效相同的组分,对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明的范围之内。
其中,如无特别说明,以下的百分比(%)均为重量百分含量。
实施例1-9
实施例1-9提供的透明自增稠清洁组合物的各组分含量见表1。

其中,实施例和对比例中添加的月桂酰两性基乙酸钠和月桂基羟基璜基甜菜碱均为质量百分比为30%的原料成分,具体的,如实施例1中加入的月桂基羟基璜基甜菜碱原料为重量百分比10%,则组分中月桂基羟基璜基甜菜碱的重量百分比为3%。除月桂酰两性基乙酸钠和月桂基羟基璜基甜菜碱外,加入的其余成分均为纯组分原料。
实施例1-9的制备方法如下:
1)将组分A加热至75-85℃,搅拌下混合至均匀透明;
2)将组分B单独混合并加热至70℃以上,搅拌透明后加至步骤1混合液中,保温搅拌均匀;
3)加入组分C并调节至合适pH,继续搅拌至均匀透明后降温。
对比例1-7的各组分含量见表2。

对比例1-7的制备方法与实施例1-9的制备方法相同。
1、增稠性能及稳定性比较:

根据表3中测试结果可以得出,按照本发明所述配比得到的时候实施例1-9,粘度均能大于500mPa·s,且在4℃下能保持透明大30天。而对比例1-7均达不到理想粘度,其中对比例1-3也透明度以及低温稳定性表现也不佳。
具体的,实施例7和对比例1、对比例3制备的组合物样品常温下的对比图,如图1;低温(4℃)下的对比图,如图2。
2、pH值的影响
按照实施例1的配方,调节柠檬酸的用量得到实施例10-13以及对比例8-10,其粘度、透明度及刺激性表现如表4所示。其中刺激性采用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验的终点评价法,判断标准是ES≤12为无/轻刺激性,12<ES<16为中度刺激性,ES≥16为强刺激性/腐蚀性

根据表4中测试结果可以得出,在本发明所述pH范围内的实施例1以及实施例10-13都能保持较好的透明度以及低温稳定性,也能达到适宜的粘度,同时刺激性评价均属于无/轻刺激,符合温和清洁的需求。而对于对比例8-10,pH值偏低会影响低温稳定性,而随着pH升高,虽然透明度表现较好,但是粘度开始下降,同时刺激性也会增加。
3、使用体验比较
实际体验感测试条件为30名志愿者(男女比例为3:7),对产品(实施例7、对比例11-14)按正常方法使用后进行评分反馈统计,所有志愿者均能真实反应使用后的感受。评分标准为1分最低,5分最高,指标评价结果为得分的平均值。对比例11-14的各组分组成如表5所示,对比例11-14配制工艺同对比例1-5配制工艺。产品使用评价结果如表6所示。

从表6实际使用体验评价结果可以得出,在表活总量相当的情况下,羟乙基纤维素以及丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物等聚合物类增稠剂的加入都会对起泡速度以及泡沫量有较大影响,同时还会导致易冲洗性变差,其中丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物还会对体系透明度有影响。而通过对比例12与对比例14对比还可以发现,椰油酰甘氨酸钠在泡沫以及洗后清爽方面具有优异表现。而通过对比例13还可以看出,当烷基糖苷以及两性离子表活过多,就会掩盖椰油酰甘氨酸钠的优点,导致泡沫量以及起泡速度表差,易清洗性、清爽感也会受影响。
综上所述,本发明提供的透明自增稠清洁组合物,以椰油酰甘氨酸钠为主要成分,通过其与两性离子表面活性剂、烷基糖苷以及脂肪酸甘油酯等成分的合理搭配,在弱酸至中性条件下保持透明,且无需添加聚合物或其他增稠剂即可达到合适的粘度,解决了椰油酰甘氨酸钠体系难透明、难增稠的问题。同时,本发明提供的透明自增稠清洁组合物还具有泡沫丰富、温和不刺激、洗后清爽、保湿滋润的功能特点。

Claims (5)
1.一种透明自增稠清洁组合物,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由以下成分组成:
椰油酰甘氨酸钠:4-12%;
两性离子表面活性剂:1-8%;
烷基糖苷:1-6%;
脂肪酸甘油酯:0.01-3%;
还包含去离子水;
其中,所述透明自增稠清洁组合物pH值为5.5-7.5,25℃下粘度≥500mPa·s;
按重量百分比计,所述椰油酰甘氨酸钠、两性离子表面活性剂、烷基糖苷的总和≥10%;
所述两性离子表面活性剂为月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述烷基糖苷为癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基葡糖苷中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述脂肪酸甘油酯为甘油油酸酯、甘油月桂酸酯中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述透明自增稠清洁组合物通过pH调节剂将pH值调至5.5-7.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明自增稠清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为乳酸、盐酸、柠檬酸、天冬氨酸、磷酸、乙酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺、氨甲基丙醇中的一种或多种的组合物。
3.一种透明自增稠清洁组合物,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由以下成分组成:
椰油酰甘氨酸钠:4-12%;
两性离子表面活性剂:1-8%;
烷基糖苷:1-6%;
脂肪酸甘油酯:0.01-3%;
还包含去离子水;
还包括赋脂剂;
其中,所述透明自增稠清洁组合物pH值为5.5-7.5,25℃下粘度≥500mPa·s;
按重量百分比计,所述椰油酰甘氨酸钠、两性离子表面活性剂、烷基糖苷的总和≥10%;
所述两性离子表面活性剂为月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述烷基糖苷为癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基葡糖苷中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述脂肪酸甘油酯为甘油油酸酯、甘油月桂酸酯中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述透明自增稠清洁组合物通过pH调节剂将pH值调至5.5-7.5;
所述赋脂剂在透明自增稠清洁组合物中的重量百分比为0.01-2%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透明自增稠清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述赋脂剂为二辛基醚、氢化橄榄油乙基己酸酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酯、椰油醇-辛酸/癸酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油椰油酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类中的一种或多种的组合物。
5.一种透明自增稠清洁组合物,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由以下成分组成:
椰油酰甘氨酸钠:4-12%;
两性离子表面活性剂:1-8%;
烷基糖苷:1-6%;
脂肪酸甘油酯:0.01-3%;
还包含去离子水;
还包括甘油;
其中,所述透明自增稠清洁组合物pH值为5.5-7.5,25℃下粘度≥500mPa·s;
按重量百分比计,所述椰油酰甘氨酸钠、两性离子表面活性剂、烷基糖苷的总和≥10%;
所述两性离子表面活性剂为月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述烷基糖苷为癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基葡糖苷中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述脂肪酸甘油酯为甘油油酸酯、甘油月桂酸酯中的一种或多种的组合物;
所述透明自增稠清洁组合物通过pH调节剂将pH值调至5.5-7.5;
所述甘油在透明自增稠清洁组合物中的重量百分比为0.1-5%。
