The boxing system of the present disclosure includes a flow line 10, a conveying mechanism 20, a boxing apparatus 60, a bagging apparatus 70, a boxing apparatus 40, a box sealing apparatus 81, a transport carrier 80, a first sorting apparatus 30, and a second sorting apparatus 50.
The grabbing mechanism of the carton opening device 60 obtains the cartons 92 to be assembled from the stock 61, folds the cartons 92 to be assembled into the open packing boxes 90, and moves the boxes into the production line 10. Firstly, a bottom paperboard is put at the bottom of the packaging box and a fragile label is stuck on the bottom paperboard. The bagging apparatus 70 bags the dust bag into the open package 90. The first sorting device 30 sorts the defective products of the product varieties to be boxed on the conveying mechanism 20 to the second sorting device 50, and the second sorting device 50 further classifies the defective products according to defective types, so as to facilitate subsequent processing. And the boxing equipment is used for loading the rest good products into the dust-proof bag in the packaging box and is provided with an easy-to-draw belt. After the packaging is finished, the box sealing equipment seals the packaging box, closes up the dust-proof bag and turns over the dust-proof bag, a fragile label is pasted on the top paper board, and then the H-shaped seal is finished by weighing. And finally, carrying the packaging boxes subjected to box sealing to a warehouse in batches by a transport carrier.
The packaging system of the present disclosure is further described below by way of a specific embodiment.
The carton opening device comprises a carton opening mechanism, a carton bin, a production line and a manipulator, wherein the carton opening mechanism is used for grabbing cartons to be assembled from the bin, the cartons to be assembled are moved into the production line after being folded to form open packing boxes, the cartons to be assembled in the bin can be manually supplemented or automatically supplemented through the manipulator, and automatic opening operation of automatically folding the cartons to form the packing boxes and automatically packing the cartons is completed.
After the packaging box is folded, the bottom paperboard is placed at the bottom of the packaging box, and the fragile label is attached to the bottom paperboard, so that a warning effect is achieved. Then, a dustproof bag is sleeved in the packing box with the opening through a bag sleeving device, so that the dustproof effect on the packed products is conveniently achieved after subsequent packing.
Defective products of the products to be boxed on the conveying mechanism are sorted out through the first sorting equipment, and the remaining defective products are further conveyed to the production line. The first sorting device sorts the sorted defective products to the second sorting device, and the second sorting device further classifies the defective products according to defective types, so that subsequent processing is facilitated. For example, according to the placement direction of the product to be boxed or the scanning of the identification code of the product to be boxed, the product to be boxed is judged to be a defective product and the bad type of the defective product is judged.
And the boxing equipment is used for loading the defective products left after being sorted by the first sorting equipment into a packaging box which is provided with an opening and is sleeved with a dust bag, and an easy pull belt is arranged at the bottom of the packaging box before the products to be boxed which are positioned at the uppermost layer are boxed, so that the products to be boxed can be conveniently taken out from the packaging box subsequently. The good products left after being sorted by the first sorting equipment can be firstly and intensively loaded to a tray mechanism of the boxing equipment, and then are orderly loaded into the packaging boxes which are open and sleeved with the dust bags by a boxing mechanism of the boxing equipment, so that the automatic boxing operation is completed.
After the boxing is finished, the boxing equipment carries out boxing on the boxing finished packaging box, the dustproof bag is closed and folded, the paper board is inserted into the narrow side of the packaging box, the upper cover is placed on the upper portion of the packaging box, the top paper board is provided with a fragile label in a pasting mode, the dustproof bag is closed, and then the H-shaped sealing is finished after weighing. And finally, the packaging boxes subjected to box sealing are moved out of the assembly line through the transport carrier and then are conveyed to a warehouse in batches, and automatic box sealing and ex-warehouse are completed.

Claims (10)

1. A boxing system, comprising: the automatic sorting system comprises a production line for conveying packing boxes, a conveying mechanism for conveying products to be packed, first sorting equipment and packing equipment, wherein the conveying mechanism is butted with the packing equipment;
the first sorting equipment is used for detecting whether the products to be boxed, which are conveyed by the conveying mechanism, are good products or not and sorting the defective products out of the conveying mechanism; the boxing equipment is used for loading the good products left after being sorted by the first sorting equipment into the packaging boxes conveyed by the production line.
2. The boxing system in accordance with claim 1, further comprising a second sorting device, the first sorting device further for sorting the defective products to the second sorting device, the second sorting device for detecting a defect type of the defective products and sorting the defective products to a corresponding storage area according to the defect type.
3. The packaging system of claim 2, wherein the second sorting device detects the bad type of the defective product according to at least one of the following:
obtaining the placement direction of the product to be boxed, and if the placement direction is inconsistent with a preset direction, judging that the defective product is of a first type of bad type;
scanning an identification code on the surface of the product to be boxed, and if the identification code is inconsistent with preset content, judging that the defective product is of a second type of bad type;
and acquiring the placement direction of the product to be boxed and scanning the identification code on the surface of the product to be boxed, and if the placement direction is inconsistent with the preset direction and the identification code is inconsistent with the preset content, judging that the defective product is a third type of defective product.
4. A carton filling system according to claim 1, further comprising a carton opening apparatus and a magazine for storing cartons to be assembled, the magazine being located at the beginning of the line;
the unpacking device is used for acquiring the paper boxes to be assembled from the storage bin, folding the paper boxes to be assembled to form open packing boxes and then moving the packing boxes to the production line; the boxing equipment is used for loading the good products left after being sorted by the first sorting equipment into the open packing box.
5. A boxing system in accordance with claim 4 wherein the unpacking device includes a grasping mechanism and a folding mechanism;
the folding mechanism is used for folding the paper boxes to be assembled to form an open packaging box, the grabbing mechanism is used for acquiring the paper boxes to be assembled from the storage bin, and the folding mechanism folds the paper boxes to be assembled into the open packaging box and then moves the open packaging box into the assembly line.
6. A container filling system according to claim 4, further comprising a bagging apparatus for bagging dust bags in a container having an opening; the boxing equipment is used for loading the good products left after being sorted by the first sorting equipment into a packaging box which is open and sleeved with a dust-proof bag.
7. A boxing system in accordance with claim 1, further comprising a transport carrier and a box sealing apparatus;
the box sealing equipment is used for sealing the packaged packing boxes, and the transportation carrier is used for moving the packaged packing boxes out of the assembly line.
8. The boxing system in accordance with claim 1, wherein the boxing apparatus comprises a tray mechanism and a boxing mechanism;
the material tray mechanism is used for loading the good products left after being sorted by the first sorting equipment; the boxing mechanism is used for loading the good products on the material tray mechanism into the packaging boxes conveyed by the assembly line.
9. A boxing system in accordance with claim 1, wherein the transfer mechanism comprises two conveyor belts arranged side by side for interfacing with the flow line and an adjustment assembly; the adjusting component is connected with the two conveyor belts and used for adjusting the spacing distance between the two conveyor belts and the heights of the two conveyor belts.
10. The packaging system of claim 9, wherein the adjustment assembly comprises a plurality of supports spaced apart along a first direction, the supports being liftable supports provided with guide rails extending along a second direction; one of the conveyor belts is erected on the plurality of brackets, and the other conveyor belt is movably erected on the guide rails of the plurality of brackets.
