the primary extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism is arranged at the discharge end of the crushing mechanism, and discharges the kitchen waste after the crushing mechanism crushes the kitchen waste to the primary extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism so as to perform primary solid-liquid separation treatment on the kitchen waste through the primary extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism;
the second-stage extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism is arranged at the discharge end of the first-stage extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism, and after the first-stage extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism filters liquid out of the kitchen waste, the solid discharge is sent to the second-stage extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism for secondary solid-liquid separation treatment;
and the solid waste splitting mechanism is arranged at the discharge end of the second-stage extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism, and the second-stage extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism filters the liquid from the kitchen waste and then discharges the solid waste through the solid waste splitting mechanism for splitting treatment.
2. The kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mincing mechanism comprises:
the crushing shell (1) is of a shell structure with a flared top, and a crushed material discharge opening (2) is formed in the lower end of the crushing shell (1);
a crushing knife (3) rotatably disposed in the crushing housing (1) through a bearing;
and the first driving motor (4) is arranged outside the mincing shell (1) and is used for driving the mincing knife (3) to rotate.
3. The kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 2, characterized in that the upper end of the mincing shell (1) is provided with a discharge hopper (5).
4. The kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the first-stage extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism comprises:
the central axis of the conical shell (6) is arranged in a horizontal state, a first extrusion structure is arranged in the conical shell (6), and a first liquid separation mechanism is arranged at the lower end part of the conical shell (6);
one end part of the upper end surface of the conical shell (6) close to the conical bottom surface is provided with a first feed inlet (7) butted with the crushed aggregate discharge port (2);
and a first discharging port (8) for discharging solid garbage is arranged at one end, far away from the first feeding port (7), of the conical shell (6).
5. The kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 4, characterized in that said first pressing structure comprises:
a first rotating shaft (9) rotatably arranged in the conical shell (6) through a bearing, wherein the central axis of the first rotating shaft (9) is coincident with that of the conical shell (6);
a conical helical blade (10) arranged on the first rotating shaft (9), wherein the shape and the size of the conical helical blade (10) correspond to the shape and the size of the conical inner wall of the conical shell (6);
and the second driving motor (11) is arranged outside the conical shell (6) and is used for driving the first rotating shaft (9) to rotate.
6. The kitchen waste disposal device of claim 4, wherein said first liquid separation mechanism comprises:
a first drain opening (12) formed in a tapered surface of the tapered housing (6) at a lower end portion thereof;
a first filter (13) fitted inside the first drain opening (12);
and a first drain hopper (14) which is provided at the lower end of the conical housing (6) and is butted against the first drain opening (12).
7. The kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 5, wherein the second-stage extrusion type solid-liquid separation mechanism comprises:
the long cylindrical shell (15) is horizontally arranged below the first discharge port (8), a second extrusion structure is arranged in the long cylindrical shell (15), and a second liquid separation mechanism is arranged at the lower end part of the long cylindrical shell (15);
a second feeding hole (16) butted with the first discharging hole (8) is formed in the upper surface of one end of the long cylindrical shell (15);
and a second discharge port (17) for discharging solid garbage is arranged at one end of the long cylindrical shell (15) far away from the second feed port (16).
8. The kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 7, characterized in that said second pressing structure comprises:
a second rotating shaft (18) rotatably provided in the cylindrical case (15) through a bearing, wherein the central axis of the second rotating shaft (18) coincides with the central axis of the cylindrical case (15);
a second helical blade (19) provided on the second rotating shaft (18), the second helical blade (19) being provided in a shape and size corresponding to those of the inner wall of the cylindrical case (15);
and a third driving motor (20) which is arranged outside the long cylindrical shell (15) and is used for driving the second rotating shaft (18) to rotate.
9. The kitchen waste disposal device of claim 8, wherein said first liquid separation mechanism comprises:
a second drain opening (21) formed in the circumferential surface of the elongated cylindrical housing (15) at the lower end thereof;
the second filter screen (22) is embedded inside the first drainage opening (12), the second filter screen (22) is a filter screen which is bent in a sine curve shape and is arranged corresponding to the distribution condition of the blades of the second spiral blade (19), and the blades of the second spiral blade (19) extend into the wave trough position of the second filter screen (22);
and a second drain tank (23) which is provided at the lower end of the elongated tubular housing (15) and which is in contact with the second drain opening (21).
10. The kitchen waste disposal device of claim 8, wherein said solid waste splitting mechanism comprises:
the sealing plate (24) is connected to the long cylindrical shell (15) and used for blocking the second discharge port (17), a plurality of uniformly distributed discharge holes (25) are formed in the sealing plate (24), and a first avoidance hole (26) is formed in the center of the sealing plate (24) so that the second rotating shaft (18) can penetrate through the first avoidance hole;
the center of the movable disc (27) is provided with a second avoidance hole (28) so that the second rotating shaft (18) can pass through, a plurality of rotating limiting strips (29) are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the side surface of one end, extending out of the long cylindrical shell (15), of the second rotating shaft (18), a plurality of rotating limiting notches (30) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of rotating limiting strips (29) are formed in the inner side surface of the second avoidance hole (28) in the movable disc (27), and the rotating limiting strips (29) slide in the corresponding rotating limiting notches (30);
scrapers (31) which are four groups with the same structure and are uniformly distributed on the side surface of the movable disc (27) facing the sealing disc (24);
a limit plate (32) which is arranged on the end surface of one end of the second rotating shaft (18) extending out of the long cylindrical shell (15);
and the compression spring (33) is sleeved on the second rotating shaft (18) and is positioned between the limiting plate (32) and the movable disc (27).
