Furthermore, in the process of filtering the water in the kitchen waste, the blockage of pores can be avoided.

a throwing carrying chamber (120) is arranged in the box body (100) and positioned at the lower side of the kitchen waste throwing opening (110), and a first conveying assembly (200) is arranged in the throwing carrying chamber (120); a blanking port (121) is formed in the bottom of the throwing carrying chamber (120) and located at one end of the first conveying assembly (200);
a cutting chamber (130) is arranged in the box body (100) and positioned at the lower side of the blanking opening (121), and a cutting mechanism (300) for cutting kitchen garbage entering the cutting chamber (130) is arranged in the cutting chamber (130);
an oil temporary storage chamber (140) is arranged at the lower side of the cutting chamber (130), a dehydration chamber (150) is arranged at the vertical side of the cutting chamber (130), and a dehydration conveying mechanism (600) is arranged in the dehydration chamber (150);
the dehydration chamber (150) is communicated with the oil temporary storage chamber (140); the upper end of the dehydration chamber (150) is provided with a powder discharge hole (151), and one side of the oil temporary storage chamber (140) is provided with a liquid outlet pipe (141).

The energy-saving type community kitchen garbage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: a supporting plate (122) with a U-shaped section is arranged in the box body (100); the upper side of the supporting plate (122) is combined to form the throwing carrying chamber (120), and spraying assemblies (700) are arranged on two sides, located at the top, of the throwing carrying chamber (120).

the blanking opening (121) is located at one end of the supporting plate (122) in the length direction, a first driving motor (230) is fixed on the box body (100), the first driving motor (230) is connected with the first conveying shaft (210), and the first conveying shaft (210) is driven to rotate.

the cutting chamber (130) is rotationally connected with a driving shaft (330) along the vertical direction, mounting holes are formed in the central positions of the first filter plate (310) and the second filter plate (320), and the driving shaft (330) penetrates through the mounting holes;
a first cutting cavity (350) is formed on the upper side of the first filter plate (310), and a second cutting cavity (360) is formed between the first filter plate (310) and the second filter plate (320);
a first cutting assembly (370 a) is arranged on the driving shaft (330) and positioned in the first cutting cavity (350), and a second cutting assembly (370 b) is arranged on the driving shaft (330) and positioned in the second cutting cavity (360);
the first filter plate (310) is provided with a first blanking groove (311) along the radial direction, the second filter plate (320) is provided with a second blanking groove (321) along the radial direction, the width of the first blanking groove (311) is larger than that of the second blanking groove (321),
at least two groups of first discharging grooves (311) and second discharging grooves (321) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the driving shaft (330);
a conveying channel (400) is arranged in the cutting chamber (130) and positioned at the lower side of the second filter plate (320), the conveying channel (400) is communicated with the dehydration chamber (150), and a second conveying assembly (500) is arranged in the conveying channel (400);
the blanking port (121) is positioned at one side of the driving shaft (330), a fourth driving motor (340) is fixedly arranged between the throwing carrying chamber (120) and the cutting chamber (130), and the fourth driving motor (340) is connected with the driving shaft (330) and controls the driving shaft (330) to rotate; the lower end of the driving shaft (330) is rotatably connected with the second filter plate (320).
5. The energy-saving type community kitchen garbage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: the first cutting assembly (370 a) and the second cutting assembly (370 b) each comprise a drive sleeve (371) that is sleeved on the drive shaft (330);
a limiting groove (331) is formed in the driving shaft (330) along the vertical direction, a plurality of first locking screws (372) are connected to the side wall of the driving sleeve (371) in a threaded mode, and the first locking screws (372) penetrate through the driving sleeve (371) and are abutted against the inside of the limiting groove (331);
a plurality of mounting plates (373) are fixedly arranged on the side wall of the driving sleeve (371) along the radial direction, a cutting knife is fixed at one end of the mounting plates (373) far away from the driving shaft (330), and a plurality of cutting knives are arranged at intervals along the direction of the driving shaft (330);

the distance between two adjacent first cutters (374) is larger than the distance between two adjacent second cutters (375).

the scraping assembly (380) comprises guide rails (381) fixed on the mounting plate (373), the cross section of each guide rail (381) is L-shaped, two groups of guide rails are arranged at intervals, and a guide groove (382) is formed on one side, close to each other, of each guide rail (381); a scraper (383) is arranged between the two groups of guide grooves (382) in a sliding manner, and one end of the scraper (383) close to the conveying channel (400) is abutted against the first filter plate (310) or the second filter plate (320);
a plurality of second locking screws (384) are screwed to the guide rail (381), and the second locking screws (384) pass through the guide rail (381) and abut against the squeegee (383) in the guide groove (382).
