Abstract
本发明提供了一种多功能漱口水,所述多功能漱口水包括水、复合维生素B、维生素C、中药提取液、山梨醇、丙二醇、泊洛沙姆407、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、糖精钠、薄荷醇、三氯半乳糖、月桂醇硫酸酯钠和千金藤功能成分,以及该漱口水的制备方法。本发明提供的技术方案,通过将千金藤功能组分与蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液、复合维生素B和维生素C组合使用,使制备出的漱口水产品具备良好的抑菌效果,以及防治口腔溃疡的效果,同时产品的安全性能良好,毒性明显低于其他功能相近的同类产品。

本发明涉及医药领域,特别是一种多功能漱口水及其制备方法。
背景技术
口腔健康作为身体健康的重要组成部分,直接或间接影响全身健康。近年来,口腔健康的重要性愈发引起医学界的关注,尤其牙周病及牙菌斑方面,人们常用的普遍的法是刷牙和漱口,但刷牙并不能完全清除这些炎症。漱口是口腔保健最方便易行的方法,它能去除口腔内的食物残渣和部分软垢,还能暂时减少口腔内细菌的数量。
在欧美国家,漱口水已经成为口腔日常护理的必备产品。欧美市场中漱口水和牙膏的使用比例近乎持平。而在中国,虽然新兴起的漱口水种类繁多,但市场占比份额很低。随着生活水平的提高,对漱口水的认可程度将越来越高,尤其是多功能漱口水更具有广泛的市场前景。

千金藤,别名:地不容、白药子、金线吊乌龟、公老鼠藤、野桃草、爆竹消、朝天药膏、合钹草、金丝荷叶、天膏药等,分布于江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、福建、台湾、河南、湖北、湖南、四川等地。其根和茎可入药,具有清热解毒,祛风止痛,利水消肿之功效。常用于咽喉肿痛,痈肿疮疖,毒蛇咬伤,风湿痹痛,胃痛,脚气水肿以及因肿瘤化疗、放疗引起的粒细胞缺乏症和其他原因引起的白细胞减少症。研究表明,安徽亳州白药子根饮片、湖南茎饮片中的千金藤素含量较高。
中国专利申请201610486500.X发明公开了一种牙齿脱敏漱口液,由以下原料制成:荇菜、徐长卿、白鲜皮、侧柏叶、白薇、人参、眼子菜、杠柳、蝙蝠葛、蒲黄、粪箕笃、粉防己、千金藤、雪莲、异麦芽糖醇、纤维素酶、谷胱甘肽、熊果苷。其主要作用是用来防止牙齿脱敏;该发明中使用了包括千金藤的多味中草药,其中千金藤的使用量很少。
由此可见,兼具杀菌、消炎、去除口腔异味、预防口腔溃疡的漱口水还未见报道。
因鉴于此,特提出此发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种具备杀菌、消炎、去除口腔异味与预防口腔溃疡的多功能漱口水及其制备工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种多功能漱口水所述多功能漱口水包括水、复合维生素B、维生素C、中药提取液、山梨醇、丙二醇、泊洛沙姆407、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、糖精钠、薄荷醇、三氯半乳糖、月桂醇硫酸酯钠和千金藤功能成分。
优选或可选地,所述千金藤功能成分为千金藤素或千金藤提取液。
优选或可选地,所述千金藤提取液以下述方法制备而成:
取千金藤,研磨成粉,称取5.0g,分别加入50mL无水乙醇提取2次,每次2h,合并两次的提取液,并减压蒸馏至10mL,即得。
优选或可选地,所述多功能漱口水包括以下重量百分数的组分:
山梨醇1-3%、丙二醇5-10%、泊洛沙姆407 0.2-0.5%、中药提取液5-10%、复合维生素B 0.5-2%、维生素C 0.5-2%、苯甲酸0.05-0.2%、苯甲酸钠0.05-0.2%、糖精钠0.01-0.05%、薄荷醇0.05-0.2%、三氯半乳糖0.05-0.2%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.2-1%、5-10%的千金藤提取液,余量为水。

优选或可选地,所述多功能漱口水中的中药提取液为板蓝根、金银花和蒲公英的复合提取液。
优选或可选地,述板蓝根、金银花和蒲公英的复合提取液以下述方法制备而成:
取板蓝根、金银花和蒲公英各1重量份,投入30重量份的水中,煮沸30min,取提取液,之后再次加入15重量份的水,继续煮沸30min,合并两次提取液,滤去提取液中的残渣,即得。
优选或可选地,所述复合维生素B由维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺、泛酸钙以3:1.5:0.2:10:1的比例复配而成。

(1)在水中加入泊洛沙姆407,加热至60-70℃,搅拌至泊洛沙姆407溶解,溶解后按顺序加入苯甲酸和苯甲酸钠,保持搅拌并停止加热;
(2)待体系自然冷却至40℃以下后,按顺序加入三氯半乳糖、糖精钠、山梨醇以及事先溶解于丙二醇中的薄荷醇,加料过程中保持搅拌;
(3)向体系中依次月桂醇硫酸酯钠、千金藤功能成分和中药提取液;
(4)向体系中加入维生素C,搅拌均匀,再加入复合维生素B,搅拌均匀,过滤即得。
有益效果
综上所述,本发明提供的技术方案,通过将千金藤功能组分与蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液、复合维生素B和维生素C组合使用,使制备出的漱口水产品具备良好的抑菌效果,以及防治口腔溃疡的效果,同时产品的安全性能良好,毒性明显低于其他功能相近的同类产品。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将结合较佳实验例对本发明作更全面、细致地描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于以下具体的实施例。
除非另有定义,下文中所使用的所有专业术语与本领域技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中所使用的专业术语只是为了描述具体实施例的目的,并不是旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
除非另有特别说明,本发明中用到的各种原材料、试剂、仪器和设备等均可通过市场购买得到或者可通过现有方法制备得到。
在本发明的实施例和各对比例中,使用的复合维生素B按下述方法制备:取维生素B1 3份、维生素B2 1.5份、维生素B6 0.2份、烟酰胺10份、泛酸钙1份,混合研磨成粉。
使用的蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液按下述方法制备:
取以《中国药典》中所述方法炮制的板蓝根、金银花和蒲公英各1重量份,投入30重量份的水中,煮沸30min,取提取液,之后再次加入15重量份的水,继续煮沸30min,合并两次提取液,滤去提取液中的残渣,即得。
使用的千金藤提取液按下述方法制备:
取以《中国药典》中所述方法炮制的千金藤,研磨成粉,称取5.0g,分别加入50mL无水乙醇提取2次,每次2h,合并两次的提取液,并减压蒸馏至10mL,即得;在回流过程中可配合超声促进提取。
实施例1
本发明实施例提供了一种多功能漱口水。
该多功能漱口水的原料由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
2%山梨醇、5%丙二醇、0.5%泊洛沙姆407、10%的蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液、1%维生素C、1%复合维生素B、0.05%的苯甲酸、0.05%的苯甲酸钠、0.03%的糖精钠、0.08%的薄荷醇、0.05%的三氯半乳糖、0.4%的月桂醇硫酸酯钠、10%的千金藤提取液,并用水补至100%。
该多功能漱口水按照下述的方法制成:
在水中加入泊洛沙姆407,加热至60-70℃,搅拌至泊洛沙姆407溶解,溶解后按顺序加入苯甲酸和苯甲酸钠,保持搅拌并停止加热。待体系自然冷却至40℃以下后,按顺序加入三氯半乳糖、糖精钠、山梨醇以及事先溶解于丙二醇中的薄荷醇,加料过程中保持搅拌。
之后加入月桂醇硫酸酯钠、蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液以及千金藤提取液,继续搅拌,加入维生素C,搅拌均匀。
最后加入复合维生素B,搅拌均匀后,过滤,即得多功能漱口水产品。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供了一种多功能漱口水。
该多功能漱口水的原料由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
1%山梨醇、7%丙二醇、0.2%泊洛沙姆407、5%的蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液、0.5%维生素C、0.5%复合维生素B、0.1%的苯甲酸、0.1%的苯甲酸钠、0.01%的糖精钠、0.05%的薄荷醇、0.1%的三氯半乳糖、0.2%的月桂醇硫酸酯钠、5%的千金藤提取液,并用水补至100%。
该多功能漱口水按照下述的方法制成:

3%山梨醇、10%丙二醇、0.3%泊洛沙姆407、7%的蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液、2%维生素C、2%复合维生素B、0.2%的苯甲酸、0.2%的苯甲酸钠、0.05%的糖精钠、0.2%的薄荷醇、0.2%的三氯半乳糖、1%的月桂醇硫酸酯钠、7%的千金藤提取液,并用水补至100%。
该多功能漱口水按照下述的方法制成:

本对比例与实施例1中的多功能漱口水的配方和制备方法基本一致,区别在于,本对比例中无维生素C、复合维生素B以及蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液的添加,无千金藤。
对比例2
本对比例提供了一种多功能漱口水。
本对比例与实施例1中的多功能漱口水的配方和制备方法基本一致,区别在于,本对比例中无维生素C、复合维生素B的添加,蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液的添加比例为3%。
对比例3
本对比例提供了一种多功能漱口水。
本对比例与实施例1中的多功能漱口水的配方和制备方法基本一致,区别在于,本对比例中无维生素C、复合维生素B的添加,而蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液的添加比例为5%。
对比例4
本对比例提供了一种多功能漱口水。
本对比例与实施例1中的多功能漱口水的配方和制备方法基本一致,区别在于,本对比例中无维生素C、复合维生素B的添加。
对比例5
本对比例提供了一种多功能漱口水。
本对比例与实施例1中的多功能漱口水的配方和制备方法基本一致,区别在于,本对比例中无千金藤提取液的添加。
效果例1
取实施例1和对比例1-5以及市售的漱口水产品进行抑菌效果试验。
抑菌效果试验按下述步骤进行:
将金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌分别置于营养肉汤培养基,在37℃培养至对数期(OD600=0.6-0.8);取培养液1ml加入9ml磷酸盐缓冲液稀释,采用10倍递增稀释法,稀释至100CFU/ml,备用;
将制备好的菌液与对应的营养琼脂培养基混匀,倒平板,冷却,并在凝固的培养基上打孔,孔中添加漱口水样品,将添加有漱口水的平板倒置放入培养箱,在37℃下培养24h,取出,测量各样品对应的抑菌圈直径,并换算成面积,结果如表1所示,其中各组数据的单位均为cm2。

由表1结果可知,随着三味中药提取液添加量的增加,抑菌效果呈逐步提高趋势,进一步的考虑到成本因素,10%的添加量为较优的方案。采用维生素、千金藤功能组分与蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液组合使用可显著增加漱口水产品的抑菌效果。
效果例2
对本发明实施例1、对比例4的漱口水产品进行口腔溃疡防治效果的实验。
选取8名患有口腔溃疡的患者(其中男性5名,女性3名,年龄介于32-70岁之间)试用本发明实施例1以及对比例4的漱口水产品,每天使用漱口水3次(饭后使用),试用1年后,反馈结果如下:
使用对比例4,口腔溃疡发病频次无明显变化,但发病时疼痛感略轻;
使用实施例1情况如表2所示:

由表2可以看出,本申请实施例1提供的漱口水产品对于口腔溃疡有良好的防治效果。
效果例3
对本发明实施例1中的漱口水产品进行安全性评价实验。
收集对数期L929细胞,调整细胞悬液浓度,在在96孔板中每孔加入50μL,每孔细胞数量为5000-10000/孔(边缘孔用无菌PBS埴充)。置于培养箱内孵育过夜,之后在各孔内加入50μL各浓度梯度的样品,同一浓度设置6个复孔。
同时,根据专利CN112426403A记载的内容设置对照组以及空白对照组。添加完样品后,继续孵育48h,之后在每孔中加入20μL浓度为5mg/mL的MTT溶液,继续培养4h。若药物与MTT能够反应,可先弃去培养液,小心用PBS冲2-3次,再加入含MTT的培养液。培养结束后小心吸去孔内培养液,每孔加入150μL二甲基亚砜,置摇床上低速振荡10min,使结晶物充分溶解,在酶联免疫检测仪OD490nm处测量各孔的吸光值,同时设置调零孔(含培养基、MTT二甲基亚砜)。
按下述公式计算细胞存活率:
细胞存活率%=[OD(样品)-OD(空白)]/[OD(对照)-OD(空白)]×100%
实施例1中漱口水样品的安全性评价实验结果如表3所示。

由表3-6的数据可得,本发明实施例1中提供的漱口水产品相较于其他功能相近的同类产品而言具备更好的安全性和更低的细胞毒性。
综上所述,本发明提供的技术方案,通过将千金藤功能组分与蒲公英、板蓝根、金银花复配提取液、复合维生素B和维生素C组合使用,使制备出的漱口水产品具备良好的抑菌效果,以及防治口腔溃疡的效果,同时产品的安全性能良好,毒性明显低于其他功能相近的同类产品。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种多功能漱口水,其特征在于,所述多功能漱口水包括水、复合维生素B、维生素C、中药提取液、山梨醇、丙二醇、泊洛沙姆407、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、糖精钠、薄荷醇、三氯半乳糖、月桂醇硫酸酯钠和千金藤功能成分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能漱口水,其特征在于,所述千金藤功能成分为千金藤提取液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多功能漱口水,其特征在于,所述多功能漱口水包括以下重量百分数的组分:
山梨醇1-3%、丙二醇5-10%、泊洛沙姆407 0.2-0.5%、中药提取液5-10%、复合维生素B 0.5-2%、维生素C 0.5-2%、苯甲酸0.05-0.2%、苯甲酸钠0.05-0.2%、糖精钠0.01-0.05%、薄荷醇0.05-0.2%、三氯半乳糖0.05-0.2%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.2-1%、5-10%的千金藤提取液,余量为水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多功能漱口水,其特征在于,所述多功能漱口水包括以下重量百分数的组分:
山梨醇2%、丙二醇5%、泊洛沙姆407 0.5%、中药提取液10%、复合维生素B1%、维生素C1%、苯甲酸0.05%、苯甲酸钠0.05%、糖精钠0.03%、薄荷醇0.08%、三氯半乳糖0.05%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.4%、10%的千金藤提取液,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的多功能漱口水,其特征在于,所述多功能漱口水中的中药提取液为板蓝根、金银花和蒲公英的复合提取液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多功能漱口水,其特征在于,所述板蓝根、金银花和蒲公英的复合提取液以下述方法制备而成:
取板蓝根、金银花和蒲公英各1重量份,投入30重量份的水中,煮沸30min,取提取液,之后再次加入15重量份的水,继续煮沸30min,合并两次提取液,滤去提取液中的残渣,即得。
7.根据权利要求2所述的多功能漱口水,其特征在于,所述千金藤提取液以下述方法制备而成:
取千金藤,研磨成粉,称取5.0g,分别加入50mL无水乙醇提取2次,每次2h,合并两次的提取液,并减压蒸馏至10mL,即得。
8.根据权利要求3所述的多功能漱口水,其特征在于,所述复合维生素B由维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺、泛酸钙以3:1.5:0.2:10:1的比例复配而成。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一所述的多功能漱口水的制备方法,其特征在于,按下述步骤依次进行:
(1)在水中加入泊洛沙姆407,加热至60-70℃,搅拌至泊洛沙姆407溶解,溶解后按顺序加入苯甲酸和苯甲酸钠,保持搅拌并停止加热;
(2)待体系自然冷却至40℃以下后,按顺序加入三氯半乳糖、糖精钠、山梨醇以及事先溶解于丙二醇中的薄荷醇,加料过程中保持搅拌;
(3)向体系中依次月桂醇硫酸酯钠、千金藤功能成分和中药提取液;
(4)向体系中加入维生素C,搅拌均匀,再加入复合维生素B,搅拌均匀,过滤即得。
