Abstract
The invention provides a solid beverage for promoting bone growth and development and a preparation method thereof, wherein the solid beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 to 40 percent of noni pulp powder, 20 to 38 percent of erythritol, 22 to 40 percent of butter powder, 4 to 6 percent of banana powder, 3.5 to 6.0 percent of seaweed powder and 0.037 to 0.11 percent of hydrolyzed yolk powder; the solid beverage prepared by extracting noni pulp powder and hydrolyzed egg yolk powder by a specific method, mixing the noni pulp powder and the hydrolyzed egg yolk powder according to a proportion and scientifically matching the noni pulp powder and the hydrolyzed egg yolk powder has high content of main nutrient components, retains the main nutrient components of noni and has high content of the main nutrient components, and is mixed with the hydrolyzed egg yolk powder for particle homogenization, so that the noni pulp powder and the hydrolyzed egg yolk powder have good dispersibility and high solubility.

The seaweed meal provides a mineral substance basis for growth and development, and the natural calcium is matched with the hydrolyzed yolk powder to jointly act, so that the growth length of the tibia can be promoted. The solid beverage for promoting bone growth and development as claimed in claim 1, wherein: comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30% of noni pulp powder, 30% of erythritol, 28% of butter powder, 5% of banana powder, 4.8% of seaweed powder and 0.05% of hydrolyzed yolk powder.
3. The method for preparing a solid beverage for promoting bone growth and development according to claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing noni pulp powder: picking fresh noni fruits, cutting the noni fruits into slices of 1-3 cm, drying the noni fruits, adding sodium bisulfite and ascorbic acid, stirring and soaking for 20-25 min, filtering, adjusting the pH value of filter residues to 7-9, pulping for 2-5 min at 300-500 rpm, pulping for 5-8 min at 800-1200 rpm to obtain noni pulp, placing the noni pulp in an ethanol solution of which the volume is 5-8 times that of the noni pulp, performing strong electric field extraction, extracting for 40-50 min to obtain an extract liquid, concentrating, performing spray drying to obtain a noni extract, and sieving by a sieve of 80-120 meshes to obtain noni pulp powder;
s2, preparing hydrolyzed egg yolk powder: selecting fresh eggs, separating egg white and yolk, collecting yolk, stirring at the stirring speed of 200-400 rpm, filtering to remove impurities to obtain yolk liquid, carrying out ultrasonic treatment with the field strength of 100-200W/cm & lt 2 & gt for 30-50 min, carrying out centrifugal filtration after ultrasonic treatment, removing upper-layer suspended matters to obtain degreased yolk liquid, adding protease, phospholipase and lipase, stirring and carrying out enzymolysis for 20-45 min at the temperature of 40-60 ℃ and the pH value of 6-7 to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate, and carrying out spray drying to obtain hydrolyzed yolk powder;
and S3, mixing the noni pulp powder, the erythritol, the cream powder, the banana powder, the seaweed powder and the hydrolyzed egg yolk powder according to the parts by weight, and performing particle homogenization on the mixture to prepare solid beverage powder with particles of 1-3mm in size.
