대표도인 도면1은 건강음료 제법에 대한 전체 공정도이다. 수입된 갈색조류인 리무 무오이(F)를 저장소로부터 유입시켜, 후코이단 추출 및 정제장치(100)내의 추출, 1차분리 농축, 발효 및 2차 농축을 거쳐 나온 후코이단(A)과, 해양심층수의 원수탱크(210)에서 직접원수(C), 막분리장치(220)를 거친 처리수(D)를 각기 유량조작부(300)에서 각 제품 사양에 따른 유량제어 조절에 따라 혼합 된 음료(E), 병입 및 팩킹하는 공정도이다. 혼합저장탱크에서는 필요에 따라 노니, 타우린, 키토산 등을 첨가한다.Figure 1, which is a representative diagram, shows the overall process of the health beverage preparation method. 모액의 미네랄 성분의 부족으로 인한 고 미네랄의 보강과, 후코이단 추출물의 원재료를 갈색 녹조류 중에서 미역, 다시마, 무즈코에 한정 되어 있어 보다 좀 더 다양한 원재료의 필요성이 부각 되었다. 즉, 일상 건강음용수에서는, 부족한 미네랄의 보충과 예방의학 차원의 천연 생리활성 물질과 동시에 혼합된 기능성건강음료에는 종래의 기술에는 한계가 있었다.
