Abstract

A method of manufacturing a health functional drink by treating deep sea water and mixing fucoidan extracted from an extract of Limu Moui as brown algae(seaweed) is provided to obtain the drink having rich minerals and being useful as a health drink for maintaining good health. The health functional drink is prepared by mixing concentrated deep sea water, fucoidan extracted from Limu Moui and additionally functional material such as Noni extract, taurine, chitosan and the like. The fucoidan is obtained by treatment of Limu Moui with an extraction apparatus(120), first concentration apparatus(130), fermentation apparatus(140) and second concentration apparatus(150). The concentrated deep sea water is obtained by treatment of deep sea water with an osmotic pressure method, electric dialysis method, nano-membrane filtration method and a membrane separation apparatus(220).
