Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动洗碗机专用漂洗剂及其制备方法,该漂洗剂按重量百分数计,包括5.0~20.0%的脂肪醇烷氧基化物、0.5~3.0%的硅氧烷聚醚共聚物、5.0~21.0%的脂肪醇EO‑PO聚醚化合物、1.0~10.0%的增溶剂、0.5~10.0%的悬浮稳定剂、0.5~10%的螯合稳定剂、0.05~1.0%的防腐剂和水;该漂洗剂通过将非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇烷氧基化物和硅氧烷共聚物复配,可降低水与餐具的表面张力,具有优异的湿润能力,可无需依托醇类溶剂就能实现快干效果。

一种自动洗碗机专用漂洗剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及自动洗碗机漂洗技术领域,属于日用化工产品技术领域,具体涉及一种自动洗碗机专用漂洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
自动洗碗机漂洗剂是一种弱酸性的洗涤剂,其作用是将餐具和搁碗架表面的残留水滴尽量减少,以便进行干燥。一般在主洗涤结束后,通过自动分配器定量加入洗碗机中,每次用量过少,会造成餐具表面留下水迹和白痕,使用过量会使餐具表面显得油腻。因此就其功能而言,其设计是基于以下几方面的需要:中和清洗液的残留碱;加速干燥;减少水渍,改善餐具的外观,尤其是对透明玻璃杯等;洗碗机槽内的消泡/抑泡。
现有技术中一般采用非离子表面活性剂达到催干效果,但其单独使用这类的表面活性剂只能将表面张力降低至40~45mN/m的范围内,而不像手洗碗碟用表面活性剂那样达到30mN/m以下。如专利CN1070421公开了餐具漂洗催干光亮剂,其由脂肪醇聚阳乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、硅氧烷、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸钠、环氧乙烷环氧丙烷前端化合物、乙醇和水组成,其催干效果需要依托醇类溶剂—乙醇才能达到快速干燥的效果,但醇类溶剂的用量大,危害性高,且具有一定的气味;专利CN105062715A公开了一种具有除菌功效的家用自动洗碗机漂洗剂,其由非离子表面活性剂、螯合稳定剂、防腐除菌剂、悬浮分散剂、水溶助长剂、快干溶剂、抗腐蚀助剂、pH值调节剂和香精组成,其同样依托快干溶剂—乙醇/异丙醇实现快速干燥的效果。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种自动洗碗机专用漂洗剂,该漂洗剂具有优异的湿润能力,可无需依托醇类溶剂就能实现快干效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:

在一些实施方式中,所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物和所述硅氧烷聚醚共聚物的重量比为5~16:1。
在一些实施方式中,所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物为异构十三醇聚醚-10和/或C10羧基醇乙氧基EO-PO化合物。优选的,所述异构十三醇聚醚-10由沙索公司生产,型号为MULTISO13/100;所述C10羧基醇乙氧基EO-PO化合物由阿科玛公司生产,型号为SIMULSOL NW342。
在一些实施方式中,所述硅氧烷聚醚共聚物为迈图公司生产,型号为SilwetHS106。
在一些实施方式中,所述脂肪醇EO-PO聚醚化合物为支链脂肪醇烷氧基化物和/或直链C10-C12醇烷氧基化物。优选的,所述支链脂肪醇烷氧基化物为陶氏化学生产,型号为ECOSURFTMLFE-1410;所述直链C10-C12醇烷氧基化物为沙索公司生产,型号为MARLOX FK86,具有抑泡、控泡的作用。
在一些实施方式中,所述增溶剂为异丙苯磺酸钠和/或尔甲苯磺酸钠。
在一些实施方式中,所述悬浮稳定剂为丙烯酸均聚物、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、聚丙烯酸钠中的至少一种。优选的,所述马来酸酐/丙烯酸共聚物为陶氏化学公司的ACUSOLTM528G;所述丙烯酸均聚物为陶氏化学公司的ACUSOLTM 445N和/或ACUSOLTM460N。
在一些实施方式中,所述螯合稳定剂为氨基羧酸螯合稳定剂、羟基乙叉二膦酸盐、柠檬酸钠中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、布鲁波尔中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了上述任一实施方式的自动洗碗机专用漂洗剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
按原料组分配比将所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物、硅氧烷聚醚共聚物、脂肪醇EO-PO聚醚化合物、增溶剂、悬浮稳定剂、螯合稳定剂、防腐剂和水混匀,制成透明澄清的溶液,即得。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明以传统非离子表面活性剂---脂肪醇烷氧基化物复配硅氧烷聚醚共聚物作为漂洗剂主要催干成分,使所述漂洗剂具有更优良的湿润能力和更低的接触角,有效将表面张力降低至30mN/m左右。本发明的漂洗剂的催干原理为:表面活性剂在清洗过程中被吸附到餐具上,降低漂洗水与餐具表面接触面形成的接触角,从而降低了漂洗水膜的厚度,进而产生膜反应,使得被清洗底物能快速干燥。本申请中,所使用的硅氧烷聚醚共聚物,是硅氧烷分子中引入聚醚链嵌段制得的聚醚-硅氧烷共聚物,亲水基聚醚占比为50~80%,通过其与脂肪醇烷氧基共聚物复配使用,可实现湿润餐具底物,达到快速催干的效果。
本发明通过硅氧烷聚醚共聚物复配非离子型表面活性剂脂肪醇烷氧基化物并结合脂肪醇EO-PO聚醚化合物,有效抑泡控泡,且无需依托醇类助剂即可大幅度降低不锈钢、剥离餐具的表面张力,起到湿润作用,将水珠形成薄膜,从而实现快速干燥的良好漂洗效果。

该漂洗剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
按组分配比将脂肪醇烷氧基化物、硅氧烷聚醚共聚物、脂肪醇EO-PO聚醚化合物、增溶剂、悬浮稳定剂、螯合稳定剂、防腐剂和水混合,搅拌均匀,制成透明澄清的溶液,即得。
实施例2-6
实施例2-6的漂洗剂的制备方法和实施例1中漂洗剂的制备方法相同,区别在于,各原料组分配比不同,具体如下表1所示。

注:表1中,各原料用量为占原料总重量的百分比含量,如实施例1中,异构十三醇聚醚-10的用量占原料总量的8%。
将上述的实施例1-6和对比例1-4制得的漂洗剂进行表面张力测试,并通过自动洗碗机进行实际漂洗干燥性能测试,具体如下:
自动洗碗机为博慧嵌入式洗碗机(型号:WQP8-Q01),快速模式,250ppm硬水,取10ml漂洗剂试样,于漂洗阶段加入。
密胺材质盘子放置数量为6个,每次测试程序完成后,门或盖子保持未被干扰状态10min,10min后,完全打开洗碗机门,进行评估。判断取出来的餐具,干燥效果用视检的方式,判断“干燥”、“中度”或者“潮湿”。评价干燥性能时,计分为6个玻璃杯所得分数之和。其中:
“干燥”是指餐具上完全没有湿气,在这种情况下得2分;
“中等”是指在整个餐具上有一个或两个水滴,或一条水流,总湿面积不超过50mm2,在这种情况下得1分;
“潮湿”是指在整个餐具上有两个以上水滴,或一条水流和一个水滴,或两条湿痕,或玻璃杯、茶杯得凹陷部中有水,或总湿面积超过50mm2,这种情况下得0分。
另外,采用专利CN105062715A中的漂洗剂作为对比例5进行表面张力和实际漂洗测试。
相关测试结果如表2所示。

综上,从表2的测试结果可以看出,本申请的漂洗剂的快干效果明显优于对比例1-5的快干效果。
