According to the PVA high-molecular instant membrane on the outer layer of the laundry gel bead, the membrane is dissolved when meeting water, so that water cannot be directly added into the formula of the instant membrane, but the sorbitol and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate both contain a small amount of water, deep sea crystal salt is dissolved in the water, and the deep sea crystal salt is added and then dissolved in the water of the sorbitol and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, so that the water saturation is increased, the viscosity of the laundry emulsion is also increased, and the fullness of the laundry gel bead can be increased. As the deep sea crystal salt absorbs the water in the sorbitol and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, the water molecules lose the activity, and the water cannot permeate outwards to damage the PVA water-soluble film on the outer layer of the laundry emulsion.
The laundry gel bead has the characteristics of low foam, easiness in rinsing, bacteriostasis, decontamination, 72-hour lasting fragrance and the like, wherein the deep-sea crystal salt has a very strong bacteriostasis and sterilization effect and has the advantages of low cost, easiness in obtaining raw materials and the like; the invention avoids directly adding water in the preparation process, so as to prevent the prepared washing coagulated balls from softening on one hand, and prevent the washing emulsion in the inner layer from separating out from the film of the outer layer, thereby reducing the gram weight and ensuring the unsatisfactory plumpness of the washing coagulated balls. The proofing machine can rapidly perform proofing on products, so that the experiment of samples and the adjustment of product schemes are conveniently and rapidly realized, the response speed is higher, and the development cycle of the products is effectively shortened; meanwhile, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, excessive debugging and preheating of equipment are not needed, and the energy consumption and the product development cost are reduced.

Example 1
The colorful deep sea crystal salt bacteriostatic decontamination fragrance-retaining laundry gel bead comprises an outer PVA water-soluble film and a laundry emulsion wrapped in the PVA water-soluble film, and takes 1000kg of laundry emulsion as an example, wherein the laundry emulsion comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 454kg of sorbitol, 130kg of glycerol, 150kg of fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate, 200kg of propylene glycol, 50kg of deep sea crystal salt, 2kg of isothiazolinone, 2kg of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 8kg of essence, 2kg of parachlorometaxylenol and 2kg of pigment; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Sampling: weighing the components, adding propylene glycol into a reaction kettle at room temperature, heating to 50 ℃, adding fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate (AES), and stirring at high speed for 15min until the solution is uniformly mixed; sequentially adding sorbitol, glycerol, isothiazolinone, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and parachlorometaxylenol into the solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, then adding deep sea crystal salt into the mixed solution, heating the solution to 48 ℃, and stirring for 1.5 hours until the deep sea crystal salt is completely dissolved; continuously adding essence and pigment into the solution, stirring uniformly, and standing for 14h to obtain laundry emulsion; the washing emulsion is subjected to proofing in a proofing machine, and whether the washing gel beads prepared by the proofing machine have the phenomena of edge frying, breakage and softening is observed;
(2) Production: and after the sample making is qualified, adding the laundry emulsion into a laundry bead automatic packaging machine, and packaging by adopting a PVA water-soluble film to obtain the laundry gel bead.
The deep sea crystal salt used in the embodiment is produced by Hubei Chanzhou salinization limited company and meets the requirement of GB/T5462-2015, wherein the water content of sorbitol is 4.0%.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the proofing machine of the embodiment includes a frame 100, a proofing machine body 200 disposed at the upper end of the frame 100, and a vacuum pump 300 disposed at one side of the proofing machine body 200, wherein both sides of the upper end of the proofing machine body 200 are provided with control mechanisms 400, the proofing machine body 200 includes a proofing machine base 210 connected to the frame 100, the proofing machine base is provided with an upper template 220 and a lower template 230 disposed right below the upper template 220, the outer ring of the lower template 230 is provided with a pressure molding plate 240, the middle portion of the upper plane of the lower template 230 is provided with a bead molding cavity 250, the lower template 230 is provided with a vacuum cavity 260 inside, a plurality of through vacuum channels 270 are disposed between the bead molding cavity 250 and the vacuum cavity 260, the vacuum cavity 260 is communicated with the vacuum pump 300 through a pipeline, one side surfaces of the upper template 220 and the lower template 230 are both provided with a heating pipe 280 and a temperature sensing probe 290, and the heating pipes 280 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the temperature sensing probe 290, so that the upper template 220 and the lower template 230 are heated more uniformly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the proof press machine base 210 comprises a machine base bottom plate 211, one end of the machine base bottom plate 211 is connected with a stand column 212, the upper end of the stand column 212 is connected with a machine base top plate 213, a driving air cylinder 214 is arranged on the machine base top plate 213, the output end of the driving air cylinder 214 penetrates through the machine base top plate 213, and the upper template 220 is connected with the output end of the driving air cylinder 214. The up-and-down reciprocating motion of the upper template 220 can be realized by the control of the control mechanism 400.
As shown in fig. 2, the driving cylinder 214 is a stroke-adjustable cylinder, and the adjustment of the piston stroke of the driving cylinder 214 can be realized by adjusting a nut at the upper end of the driving cylinder 214, which can better match the combination between the upper mold plate 220 and the lower mold plate 230.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lower mold plate 230 is composed of a lower mold base plate 231 and a lower mold top plate 232, the upper end surface of the lower mold base plate 231 is arranged in a groove shape, a sealing assembly is arranged on the joint surface of the lower mold base plate 231 and the lower mold top plate 232, and the vacuum chamber 260 is formed by sealing and combining the lower mold base plate 231 and the lower mold top plate 232, so that the processing and manufacturing are more convenient, and the processing cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a first boss 221 is disposed on a lower end surface of the upper mold plate 220, a second boss 233 is disposed on an upper end surface of the lower mold plate 230, the bead cavity 250 is located in the second boss 233, surface finishes of the first boss 221 and the second boss 233 are less than or equal to 0.6, and the first boss 221 is parallel to the second boss 233, which can better achieve sealing and molding of the washing beads. Meanwhile, in order to produce more lovely washing condensation beads, the condensation bead cavity 250 is designed into a dolphin shape, and the dolphin-shaped washing condensation beads can be obtained.
As shown in fig. 1, the manipulation mechanism 400 includes a pneumatic assembly 410 provided at one side of the upper end of the proof press body 200 and a manipulation box 420 provided at the other side of the upper end of the proof press body 200. Pneumatic subassembly 410 includes solenoid valve, pneumatic duplex piece and trachea, be provided with current conventional control system such as control circuit board, relay in the control box 420, the outside button and the temperature display appearance of being provided with of control box 420 are convenient for control.
The laundry beads prepared in this example were sent to the institute of quality supervision and testing of products in Hubei province, and the samples were tested according to QB/T1224-2012, and the test results obtained are shown in Table 1 below (see report No. WH 202100584).

As can be seen from table 1 above, the laundry beads prepared in this example meet the standard test requirements, wherein the total active content is 72%, which is much higher than the standard requirements, and is the best example of the present application.
Example 2
The colorful deep sea crystal salt bacteriostatic decontamination fragrance-retaining laundry gel bead comprises an outer PVA water-soluble film and laundry emulsion wrapped in the PVA water-soluble film, and by taking 1000kg of the laundry emulsion as an example, the laundry emulsion comprises the following raw materials in mass: 470kg of sorbitol, 120kg of glycerol, 130kg of fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate, 220kg of propylene glycol, 40kg of deep sea crystal salt, 1kg of isothiazolinone, 3kg of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 7kg of essence, 3kg of parachlorometaxylenol and 6kg of pigment; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the components according to the weight, adding propylene glycol into a reaction kettle at room temperature, heating to 45 ℃, adding fatty acid polyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), and stirring at high speed for 15min until the solution is uniformly mixed;
(2) Sequentially adding sorbitol, glycerol, isothiazolinone, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and parachlorometaxylenol into the solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding deep sea crystal salt into the mixed solution, heating the solution to 50 ℃, and stirring for 1.0h until the deep sea crystal salt is completely dissolved;
(3) Continuously adding essence and pigment into the solution, stirring uniformly, and standing for 12h to obtain laundry emulsion;
(4) And adding the laundry emulsion into an automatic laundry bead packaging machine, and packaging by adopting a PVA water-soluble film to obtain the laundry emulsion.
The deep-sea crystal salt used in the embodiment is produced by Hubei Chanhou salinization Co., ltd, meets the GB/T5462-2015 requirement, and the water content of sorbitol is 4.3%.
The laundry beads prepared in this example were tested to provide a total active content of 71.3%.
Example 3
The colorful dark sea crystal salt bacteriostatic decontamination fragrance-retaining washing gel bead comprises an outer PVA water-soluble film and a washing emulsion wrapped in the PVA water-soluble film, wherein 1000kg of the washing emulsion is taken as an example, and the washing emulsion comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 443kg of sorbitol, 150kg of glycerol, 158kg of fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate, 181kg of propylene glycol, 50kg of deep sea crystal salt, 3kg of isothiazolinone, 1kg of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 10kg of essence, 1kg of parachlorometaxylenol and 3kg of pigment; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the components according to the weight, adding propylene glycol into a reaction kettle at room temperature, heating to 55 ℃, adding fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate (AES), and stirring at high speed for 10min until the solution is uniformly mixed;
(2) Sequentially adding sorbitol, glycerol, isothiazolinone, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and parachlorometaxylenol into the solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, then adding deep sea crystal salt into the mixed solution, heating the solution to 45 ℃, and stirring for 2.0 hours until the deep sea crystal salt is completely dissolved;
(3) Continuously adding essence and pigment into the solution, stirring uniformly, and standing for 14h to obtain laundry emulsion;
(4) And then adding the laundry emulsion into an automatic laundry bead packaging machine, and packaging by adopting a PVA water-soluble film to obtain the laundry detergent.
The deep sea crystal salt used in the embodiment is produced by Hubei Chanzhou salinization limited company, meets the requirement of GB/T5462-2015, and the water content of sorbitol is 3.9%.
The laundry beads prepared in this example were tested to give a total active content of 70.9%.
Example 4
The colorful dark sea crystal salt bacteriostatic decontamination fragrance-retaining washing gel bead comprises an outer PVA water-soluble film and a washing emulsion wrapped in the PVA water-soluble film, wherein 1000kg of the washing emulsion is taken as an example, and the washing emulsion comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 440kg of sorbitol, 120kg of glycerol, 180kg of fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate, 180kg of propylene glycol, 60kg of deep sea crystal salt, 3kg of isothiazolinone, 2kg of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 9kg of essence, 2kg of parachlorometaxylenol and 4kg of pigment; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the components according to the weight, adding propylene glycol into a reaction kettle at room temperature, heating to 55 ℃, adding fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate (AES), and stirring at high speed for 10min until the solution is uniformly mixed;
(2) Sequentially adding sorbitol, glycerol, isothiazolinone, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and parachlorometaxylenol into the solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding deep sea crystal salt into the mixed solution, heating the solution to 45 ℃, and stirring for 2.0h until the deep sea crystal salt is completely dissolved;
(3) Continuously adding essence and pigment into the solution, stirring uniformly, and standing for 14h to obtain laundry emulsion;
(4) And then adding the laundry emulsion into an automatic laundry bead packaging machine, and packaging by adopting a PVA water-soluble film to obtain the laundry detergent.
The deep sea crystal salt used in the embodiment is produced by Hubei Chanzhou salinization limited company and meets the requirement of GB/T5462-2015, wherein the water content of sorbitol is 3.8%.
The laundry beads prepared in this example were tested to provide a total active content of 71.7%.

Claims (9)

1. The colorful dark sea crystal salt bacteriostatic decontamination fragrance-retaining laundry gel bead comprises an outer PVA water-soluble film and a laundry emulsion wrapped in the PVA water-soluble film, and is characterized in that the laundry emulsion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 44-47% of sorbitol, 12-15% of glycerol, 12-18% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 18-22% of propylene glycol, 4-6% of deep sea crystal salt, 0.1-0.3% of isothiazolinone, 0.1-0.3% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.7-1.0% of essence, 0.1-0.3% of parachlorometaxylenol and the balance of pigment, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.

The colorful deep sea crystal salt bacteriostatic decontaminating fragrance-retaining laundry gel bead as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the laundry emulsion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 45.4% of sorbitol, 13% of glycerol, 13% of fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate, 20% of propylene glycol, 5% of deep sea crystal salt, 0.2% of isothiazolinone, 0.2% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.8% of essence, 0.2% of parachlorometaxylenol and the balance of pigment, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.

The colorful deep sea crystal salt bacteriostatic decontaminating fragrance-retaining laundry gel bead as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the laundry emulsion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 47% of sorbitol, 12% of glycerol, 13% of fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate, 22% of propylene glycol, 4% of deep sea crystal salt, 0.1% of isothiazolinone, 0.3% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.7% of essence, 0.3% of parachlorometaxylenol and the balance of pigment, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.

The colorful deep sea crystal salt bacteriostatic decontaminating fragrance-retaining laundry gel bead as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the laundry emulsion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 44.3 percent of sorbitol, 15 percent of glycerin, 15.8 percent of fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate, 18.1 percent of propylene glycol, 5.0 percent of deep sea crystal salt, 0.3 percent of isothiazolinone, 0.1 percent of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1.0 percent of essence, 0.1 percent of parachlorometaxylenol and the balance of pigment, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100 percent.

(1) Sampling: weighing the components according to the proportion, adding propylene glycol into a reaction kettle at room temperature, heating to 45-55 ℃, adding fatty acid polyvinyl ether sodium sulfate, and stirring at high speed for 10-15min until the solution is uniformly mixed; sequentially adding sorbitol, glycerol, isothiazolinone, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and parachlorometaxylenol into the solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, then adding deep sea crystal salt into the mixed solution, heating the solution to 45-50 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 hours until the deep sea crystal salt is completely dissolved; continuously adding essence and pigment into the solution, stirring uniformly, and standing for 10-14h to obtain laundry emulsion; the washing emulsion is subjected to proofing in a proofing machine, and whether the washing gel beads prepared by the proofing machine have the phenomena of edge frying, breakage and softening is observed;
