Claims (10)

1. The greenhouse vegetable pyroligneous composite water-soluble fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following main components: the preparation method comprises the following steps of:
step (1), material preparation: taking branches, shells and straws for later use;
and (2) crushing materials: crushing the wood branches, the fruit shells and the straw to 1-2 cm for later use;
filtering the materials in the step (3): filtering and brushing the crushed materials, and filtering the scraps generated in the crushing of the materials;
and (4) cleaning materials: putting the crushed and filtered materials into a cleaning machine for cleaning with water;
dehydrating materials in the step (5): placing the cleaned material in the sun for dehydration, and turning over once every hour;
step (6), dry distillation and pyrolysis: putting the materials into dry distillation equipment for pyrolysis, condensing and separating a steam gas mixture led out after dry distillation, and collecting to obtain crude pyroligneous;
and (7) reduced pressure distillation: distilling the crude pyroligneous liquor under reduced pressure, and standing until the distillate is divided into three layers;
step (8) atmospheric distillation: distilling the middle layer distillate at normal pressure, and collecting condensate to obtain fine wood vinegar solution;
step (9) preparation and mixing: weighing pyroligneous liquor, monoammonium phosphate, potassium hydroxide, amino acid, boric acid, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate and an enzyme preparation according to a formula, placing the mixture into a container, stirring and mixing the mixture uniformly, and adding a proper amount of a surfactant, a bacterial fertilizer and a bacterial fertilizer;
and (10) detecting the pH value: taking the mixed solution for pH value detection, selectively adding corresponding components according to the pH value test result, and adjusting the pH value to 2-5;
step (11), filtering and containing: and filtering the mixed solution to remove impurities, and then containing and placing.
2. The preparation method of the greenhouse vegetable pyroligneous composite water soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material is stirred and cleaned in the step (4), and the stirring speed is controlled to be 200-400 r/min until the water is not turbid.
3. The method for preparing the composite water soluble fertilizer of pyroligneous liquor of greenhouse vegetables as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water content of the dehydrated material in the step (5) is controlled to be between 15% and 30%.
4. The compound water-soluble fertilizer for pyroligneous liquor of vegetables in saline-alkali soil of Xinjiang and the preparation method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (6), the dry distillation pyrolysis time of the materials is 2-6 hours, and the pyrolysis temperature is 500-750 ℃.
5. The preparation method of the greenhouse vegetable pyroligneous composite water soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the standing time of the crude pyroligneous liquor obtained in the step (7) after distillation under reduced pressure is 7-10 hours.
6. The method for preparing the composite water soluble fertilizer for greenhouse vegetable pyroligneous liquor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the time for atmospheric distillation of the crude pyroligneous liquor in the step (8) is 3-6 hours.
7. The method for preparing the composite water soluble fertilizer of pyroligneous liquor of greenhouse vegetables as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step (9) of stirring and mixing in one direction is carried out while keeping the temperature at 55 ℃ to 75 ℃.
8. The preparation method of the greenhouse vegetable pyroligneous composite water soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring time in the step (9) is 1.5 to 3 hours.
9. The preparation method of the greenhouse vegetable pyroligneous composite water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surfactant added in the step (9) is sodium lauryl sulfate.
10. The method for preparing the composite water soluble fertilizer of pyroligneous liquor of greenhouse vegetables as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixed liquor in step (11) is stored in a ventilated environment avoiding the sun.
