Abstract
本发明涉及用可挤压塑料制作管状预成型件的挤压头。其包括多个分配器,通常由4个分配圆盘29~32组成,相互以接触面33~38卧置,接触面与纵轴26垂直。在分配圆盘29~32的接触面之中配置具有两排出口的输送通道,再连接到两分支通道43,44,其也配置在分配圆盘29~32之间或它们之间的接合面中且结合入平面部分中,其中中间分配圆盘31,32相互卧置,形成环状出料口53。由此得到组件式结构和较短轴向结构,从而获得径向紧凑的结构。
Description
本发明涉及一种用可挤压塑料制作管状预成型件的挤压头,预成型件至少由一层构成且形成空心体,每一层由一个分配器确定,所说的分配器具有一中心孔且有一环状间隙的环状出料口,其在套筒的外表面与分配器孔之间形成,其时出料口与流道相连,由输送通道供料,其有一与挤压机连接的连接通道,而且其时分配器的套筒和孔具有一共同纵轴。
这类挤压头在WO93/10956中已有叙述。其中每一分配器由两部分构成,往往包括一凸缘部分和一锥形套筒部分。两部分相互插接,以致使两凸缘部分以与纵轴成垂角的接触面相互结合。连接通道自两凸缘部分的圆周开始,在被分成两分支的输送通道中接入。输送通道的两分支在凸缘部分的相互结合表面上形成。其接入每一流道中,以螺旋线状加进到分配器两部分内部的套筒部分的外表面上并象一双头螺栓通过。流道通向分配器外部套筒部分的孔壁。上述结构的多个分配器以纵轴方向相互竖直相继排列,以致使其垂直部分至少延伸到在其下配置分配器凸缘部分的孔中。
此外,一种公知的挤压头其中分配器呈套筒形且相互竖直。所说的挤压头用于制作多层,如结构上多至6层的预成型件是复杂的,此外还明显地增大径向结构空间。因此,其应用受到限制,因为设备要求并列设置多个这类挤压头,例如多工位设备则多达12个,存在限制空间的问题。挤压头的直径在很大的程度上影响轴心距,以致其还影响设备制成的产品的数量。此外,对于任何应用的情况下,当由设备诸如制成多层预成型件,除了为预成型件所设置的挤压头之外,一种新结构挤压头是需要的。
另外,相互竖直也影响流道的长度。为了对熔体不产生不良影响,一方面流道应当确保尽可能短,另一方面,流道必须保证所得产品组织均匀
公知结构上的另一缺点在于这类挤压头的生产能力范围限于公斤/小时。这意味着,其仅可在很狭窄的可达到质量的范围内保证最佳功能。结果,作为引导物料的心脏形曲线状通道仅在很小范围内保证最佳功能。再一个缺点在于挤压头的结构长度较长,以致于使用回转挤压头制作具有多层结构的空心体限于小范围内或者不予以考虑。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种挤压头,其对待加工物料具有较大使用范围且制作成预成型件,其圆周上的质量均匀。此外,该挤压头结构简单,而且可以根据层数的不同需要作简单的调整。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:分配器由4个圆盘构成,其与纵轴成直角的接触面相互卧接。其时,输送通道配置在两中间分配圆盘的相互卧置的至少一个接触面上,输送通道具有排出口,使流道分成两支道,其中一中间分配圆盘以及一外分配圆盘至少设有一相互卧置的接触面,两个外分配圆盘有中心伸出部分,其在两中间分配圆盘的中心孔中并且彼此叠在一起相通,在其相互灵活的端部之间向着环形间隙形成环状出料口,以及使分支道通在伸出部分和中间分配圆盘的中心孔之间所形成的自由空间,直至出料口。
上述结构的优点在于,对于每一层都有一分配器,其单独形成结构单元,从层结构来看结构部分不必相互竖直。这样有可能基于不同的目的快速调整挤压头。可以通过添加或去除单个分配器调节机器,以达到必需的层数。分配器沿纵轴相叠配置。由这达到直径恒定,与制作层的数目无关。所以,具有多个挤压头的设备的轴心距大大减小。最后,达到缩短结构,以致于对回转机构之接头也加以考虑。此外,基于通道的配置和引导,特别是基于分支达到改善质量的目的,因为物料输送到通道中能够通过结构及改变物料流量时近壁边界层生成厚度的变化作补偿。
最后,以径向平面上的配置形成较短的流道。尽管如此,比较好地限制熔体,特别可通过流体分流来达到。总之,可获得紧密的结构方式。在预成型中,基于改进的流道压力明显被降低。均匀的压力分配在通过下列的鼓风制作空心体时也有良好的作用。
最终,挤压头的重量也减轻,而较小的占地面积意味着,现有的机器的后备设备也是较简单的。
在本发明的结构中,排出口彼此相对地移放在两分支通道上。这样,达到了改善分流的重叠,从而有利于压力均匀分配。在本发明最佳实施例中,排出口围绕纵轴成180℃彼此相对放置,输送通道从接触面视图来看呈半圆形环形槽,其时连接通道同心地设置在排出口所处的两端之间。
为了达到有效地利用所具有的结构空间,输送通道加入到中间分配圆盘的两个相互卧置的接触面上并且一中间分配圆盘具有通向第一外分配圆盘的排出口,而在另一中间分配圆盘具有通向第二外圆盘的排出口,这也适用于分支通道。此外,为了有效地影响流体的流动状态及分配,在各自中间分配圆盘设置的分支通道部分以径向到排出口具有一横截面缩减部分,所属的外分配圆盘在其分支通道部分设有一通向排出口与中间分配圆盘相应的分配器小通道,以及一向横截面缩减部分与中间分配圆盘相应的缩减部分。本发明为了达到两分支通道到出料口的必须长度而且尽可能相等的流道长度,则中间分配圆盘以其在外分配圆盘所属的接触面作支承的接触面,轴向设有环状突出部分,向内伸入中心孔。为了达到以套筒或者套筒与分配器孔之间所形成的环状间隙方向正确引导以及排出口在挤压方向上定位,在本发明中,每一中间分配圆盘各自相对其接触面的中心孔与另一中间分配圆盘的接触面上中心孔邻接,横截面则缩减。
分配圆盘最好用可溶性粘结剂连接成一体。也可以诸如用螺栓连接。
组件结构也有利于使多个分配器装在一个壳体内成为基本单元。例如,所说的壳体内装三个分配器并设有三个挤压机。当用挤压头制作具有6层的预成型件时,则可以采用二个上述的基本单元,将它们装在一个结构装置中。本发明的一种结构装置可设想为一分配器与机动挤压机连接,而另一分配器受附加挤压机控制。
以下,将结合附图对本发明最佳实施例作出说明。

图1和2中所示的挤压头包括机体1和2,其中机体1设有附加挤压机3,4和5,而机体2设有附加挤压机6和7以及机动挤压机(图中未示)。机动挤压机和附加挤压机被认为提供一个或者多个并置排列的挤压头。
在由板状件构成的机体1中设有分配器14,15和16,它们往往通过连接通道8,9和10与各自所属的挤压机连接。机体2上所设置的附加挤压机6和7与连接通道11和12连接,而机动挤压机与连接通道13连接。机体2上设有分配器17,18和19。机体1和2朝上方向通过盖20关闭,盖上安置用于固定管壁厚度调节的调节仪的支承板21,其与成形单元连接用于形成预成型件的最终尺寸公差。两机体1和2相互通过中心板连接。间隔衬套在机体2向下到成形单元结束。分配器14~19有一异型孔28,套筒23通过其中延伸。套筒23也有一异型外表面27。在套筒外表面27和孔28之间形成环形间隙24,其与层结构相应的载面向下增大至成形单元25。套筒23和分配器14~19以共同纵轴26为中心。
以下将以分配器18为例较详细地叙述分配器的结构和部件。单个分配器就其重要部分功能而言其构成基本上是相同的,除孔28之外,其不同之处还在于制成的壁厚不同。
分配器18由4个分配圆盘组成,即外下分配圆盘29,外上分配圆盘30以及两个处于两者之间的中间圆盘31和32。分配圆盘29~32相互以接触平置并以螺栓50相互连接在一起,以致于形成一个组合部件。外下分配圆盘29以接触面33置于中下分配圆盘31的接触面34之下。中下分配圆盘31有一接触面36,中上分配圆盘32以接触面35与接触面36相对。由此移开的中上分配圆盘32的接触面38用作外上分配圆盘30的接触面37的支承。所有的接触面33~38以平面配置且与纵轴26垂直。两个中间分配圆盘31和32设有一在两个接触面35和36中加入且相互补充的连接通道39,其用作与图1所示机动挤压机的连接件13连接。由此挤出的塑料物料经连接通道39到达输送通道40,其由两个半圆形槽组成。自此输送通道部分40a配置在分配圆盘31的接触面36上,而输送通道部分40b则配置在分配圆盘32的接触面35上。输送通道部分40a在其端部具有一通向支通道43的排出口41。自此支通道部分43a配置在中间分配圆盘31的接触面34上,而支通道部分43b则配置在外下分配圆盘29的接触面33上。支通道部分43a和43b分别在接触面33和34上呈环形槽。外下分配圆盘29有一伸出部分45,其在与两个中间分配圆盘31和32的两接触面35和36邻接的平面方向上凸出且在其外表面上呈锥形以及通向下中间分配圆盘31中的孔51上形成一支通道43c或者一自此向下突出的环状突出部分47。
排出口42相对于排出口41位移180度设置在上中间分配圆盘32上,其使输送通道40与上中间分配圆盘32连接以及使属于支通道44的外上分配圆盘30与输送通道40连接。支通道44也有支通道部分44a,44b和44c。自此支通道部分44a呈环状并置于上中间分配圆盘32的接触面38中。支通道44b配置在外上分配圆盘30的相应接触面37上。支通道部分44c在上中间分配圆盘32中的孔52及自接触面38向上突出的环状突出部分48与外上分配圆盘30的伸出部分46的外表面之间形成。其大约在两中间分配圆盘31和32的两相互邻接的接触面35和36的高度上终止,形成环形出料口53。特别如图4所示,连接通道39设有流体分配器49,用于把由挤压机挤出的物料分配到输送通道40的两分支通道,以致于使物料经排出口41和42到达支通道43和44。通过支通道43和44及其连接部分到输送通道40实现相应减少物料,其中物料偏差由分流叠加来补偿。此外,为了防止流体流入死区,还设有分配器小通道54,55和56。其中分配器小通道54位于排出口41对面且用作把流体分配到支通道43的两个方向。两分配器小通道55和56以径向配置,它们用于使物料换向,而且使流向朝向出料口53,以致于不会出现明显接合处或者不均匀性。通过使流道径向配置在与纵轴垂直的平面上,分配器在纵轴26方向上形成较短的轴向结构。此外,基于物料流量和流道的分配,物料流动达到较好水平,以致于使层结构达到均匀。最后,这种形式可以为一种组件式结构并且以较短轴向结构的挤压头制作具有多层结构的预成型件。这种短结构特别适用于回转使用或者也用作现有机器的后备装备,而对两挤压头之间的轴心距无不良影响。与相互竖直的结构方式相比,径向偏差非常小,如分配器通常采用相互插入套筒形式。

1.一种用可挤压塑料制作管状预成型件的挤压头,预成型件至少由一层构成且形成空心体,每一层由一分配器确定,所说的分配器(14~19)具有一中心孔(28)且有一环状间隙(24)的环状出料口(53),其在套筒(23)的外表面(27)与分配器(14~19)孔(28)之间形成,其时出料口(53)与流道相连,由输送通道40供料,其具有一与挤压机(3~7)连接的连接通道(39),而且其时分配器(14~19)的套筒(23)和孔具有一共同纵轴(26),其特征在于所说的分配器(14~19)由4个分配圆盘(29~32)构成,其以与纵轴(26)成直角的接触面(33~38)相互平置,其时输送通道(40)配置在两中间分配圆盘(31,32)的相互卧置的至少一个接触面(35,36)上,输送通道具有排出口(42),使流道分成两支通道(43,44),其中一中间分配圆盘(31,32)至少设有一相互卧置的接触面(34,38),一外分配圆盘(29,30)至少设有一相互卧置的接触面(33,37),两外分配圆盘(29,30)具有中心伸出部分(45,46),其处于两中间圆盘(31,32)的中心孔(51,52)中,并且彼此叠在一起相通,在其相互灵活的端部之间向着环形间隙(24)形成环状出料口(53)以及使分支通道(43c,44c)在伸出部分(45,46)和中间分配圆盘(31,32)的中心孔(51,52)之间所形成的自由空间直至出料口(53)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤压头,其特征在于排出口(41,42)彼此相对地移放在两分支通道(43,44)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的挤压头,其特征在于排出口(41,42)围绕纵轴(26)成180度彼此相对地放置,以接触面视图来看,输送通道(40)呈半圆形环形槽,其时连接通道(39)同心地设置在排出口(41,42)所处的两端之间。
4.根据权利要求1~3中之一项所述的挤压头,其特征在于输送通道(40)配置在中间分配圆盘(31,32)的两相互卧置的接触面(35,36)上并且中间分配圆盘(31,32)中的31具有通向第一外分配圆盘(29)的排出口(41)而另一中间分配圆盘(32)具有通向第二外分配圆盘(30)的排出口(42)。
5.根据权利要求1~4中之一项所述的挤压头,其特征在于分支通道(43,44)往往置于中间分配圆盘(31,32)和外分配圆盘(29,30)的两者相互卧置的接触面(34,33;38,37)中且成一闭合环。
6.根据权利要求5所述的挤压头,其特征在于在各自中间分配圆盘(31,32)中设置的分支通道部分(43a,44a)以径向到排出口(41,42)具有一横截面缩减部分,所属的外分配圆盘(29,30)在其分支通道部分(43b,44b)设有一通向排出口(41,42)与中间分配圆盘(31,32)相应的分配器小通道(54)以及一向横截面缩减部分与中间分配圆盘(31,32)相应的缩减部分。
7.根据权利要求1~6中之一项所述的挤压头,其特征在于中间分配器(31,32)以其在外分配圆盘(29,30)所属的接触面(33,37)作支承的接触面(34,38),轴向设有环状突出部分(47,48),向内伸入中心孔(51,52)。
8.根据权利要求1~7中之一项所述的挤压头,其特征在于每一中间分配圆盘(31,32)各自相对其接触面(35,36)的中心孔(51,52)与另一中间分配圆盘(31,32)的接触面(36,35)上中心孔邻接,横截面则缩减。
9.根据权利要求1~8中之一项所述的挤压头,其特征在于分配圆盘用可溶性粘结剂连接成一体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的挤压头,其特征在于也可以用螺栓(50)作连接件。
11.根据权利要求1~10中之一项所述的挤压头,其特征在于使多个分配器(14~16;17~19)装在一壳体(1,2)内。
12.根据权利要求11所述的挤压头,其特征在于多个壳体(1,2)组装成一结构单元。
