The embodiment of the application discloses an automatic change jar body and add lid and detect all-in-one. Referring to fig. 3, the conveying device 2 includes a rotating shaft 21 fixedly installed on the machine body 1, a positioning tube 22 sleeved on the rotating shaft 21, a conveying table 23 fixed on the top surface of the positioning tube 22, and a driving member 24 installed on the machine body 1 and used for driving the conveying table 23 to intermittently rotate, the positioning tube 22 is rotatably connected with the machine body 1 through the rotating shaft 21, a plurality of positioning holes 231 are sequentially formed in the top surface of the conveying table 23 along the circumferential direction, a positioning member 10 used for sealing the lower ends of the positioning holes 231 is installed on the bottom surface of the conveying table 23, and the tank reaches the positioning member 10 after entering the positioning holes 231. Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in order to collect the defective products detected by the first detecting device 6, the second detecting device 7, and the third detecting device 8, a collecting device 9 located below the conveying device 2 is further installed on the machine body 1. The collecting device 9 comprises a collecting table 91 fixedly sleeved on the positioning pipe 22 and a conveying piece 92 installed at a discharge port 912 of the machine body 1, the collecting table 91 rotates along with the rotation of the positioning pipe 22, a positioning groove 911 corresponding to the positioning hole 231 is formed in the top surface of the collecting table 91, a guide pipe 16 communicated with the positioning groove 911 is further fixedly installed on the collecting table 91, a plurality of second balls 162 in contact with the positioning plate 102 are fixedly installed on the top surface of the guide pipe 16, and the second balls 162 are convenient for reducing friction force generated when the positioning plate 102 rotates. The guide tube 16 facilitates the entry of the can falling from the locating hole 231 into the locating slot 911. The conveying member 92 comprises a plurality of conveying rollers 921 arranged on the machine body 1, a conveying motor 922 fixedly arranged on the machine body 1 and used for driving the conveying rollers 921 to rotate, and a conveying belt 923 arranged on the conveying rollers 921, wherein the output end of the conveying motor 922 is fixed with one end of the conveying rollers 921. Meanwhile, in order to guide the tank body by the second guide plate 15, a material outlet 161 through which the second guide plate 15 passes is formed at one side of the lower end of the guide pipe 16 close to the second guide plate 15.
Referring to fig. 6, after the tank is filled by the filling device 3, the first detection device 6 detects the tank. The first detection device 6 comprises a mounting seat 61 fixedly mounted on the machine body 1, a mounting pipe 62 fixedly mounted on the mounting seat 61, a pushing cylinder 63 fixed in the mounting pipe 62, a weighing piece 64 fixedly mounted at a piston end of the pushing cylinder 63 and a clamping jaw 65 fixedly mounted at a weighing end of the weighing piece 64, the weighing piece 64 can be a spring scale, the pushing cylinder 63 drives the clamping jaw 65 to move up and down, after the clamping jaw 65 grabs the tank body, the weighing piece 64 weighs the tank body to check whether the weight of the tank body meets the standard or not, and the tank body moves to the next station if the weight of the tank body meets the standard; if the situation is not met, the positioning motor 101 is started to rotate the positioning plate 102, and the tank body falls onto the collecting table 91.
Referring to fig. 2, the can body is detected by the first detection device 6 and then reaches the sealing device 4 for sealing, and after the sealing device 4 seals the can body opening, the can body moves to the lower part of the second detection device 7 for detection. The second detection device 7 comprises a positioning seat 71 fixedly mounted on the machine body 1 and a detection camera 72 fixedly mounted on the positioning seat 71 and positioned above the positioning hole 231, the detection camera 72 is used for shooting the sealing state of the tank opening, the tank opening is sealed completely, and the tank is moved to the capping device 5 for capping; if the tank mouth is sealed, the positioning motor 101 is started, the positioning plate 102 is rotated, and the tank falls onto the collecting table 91.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, after the detected can body is subjected to a capping operation, the capping device 5 presses the lid onto the can body, and the third detection device 8 detects the state of the lid on the can body. The third detection device 8 comprises a fixed seat 81 fixedly installed on the machine body 1, an adjusting piece 84 installed on the fixed seat 81, a first distance measurement sensor 82 and a second distance measurement sensor 83 installed on the adjusting piece 84, and the adjusting piece 84 is used for adjusting the distance between the first distance measurement sensor 82 and the second distance measurement sensor 83.
