As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in a normal state, one end of the material guide plate 83 adjacent to the conveyor belt 3 is tilted upward, and the material guide plate 83 and the conveyor belt 3 form a blanking gap.
When the cosmetic bag is used, an aluminum film bag filled with cosmetics enters from the feeding end of the conveying belt 3; the aluminum film bag moves along with the conveyer belt 3, and when the aluminum film bag moves to the first rotating pinch roller mechanism 4, the aluminum film bag passes through the first pinch roller 44, as shown in fig. 2;
