As shown in fig. 1b, the schematic structural diagram of another data pairing system based on stock keeping unit SKU provided in this embodiment of the present application is a rule setting interface in the store management server 100a, and includes three pairing rules, which are a first pairing rule, a second pairing rule, and a third pairing rule in sequence, and after the pairing rules are set, the set rules can be tested by clicking a test.
The first pairing rule is that pairing is carried out when an online product SKU and an inventory product SKU are completely consistent, the second pairing rule is that designated symbols are removed from the online product SKU, namely characters are preset, if the symbols are completely consistent with the inventory product SKU, pairing is carried out, a user can set which symbol or which symbols the designated symbols are specific, and the third pairing rule is that after the online product SKU is intercepted according to the number of digits, pairing is carried out if the symbols are completely consistent with the inventory product SKU, the user can set the number of characters from the number-first character.
The store management server 100a may establish communication connection with a plurality of client apparatuses 100b, the store management server 100a may transmit related information to the plurality of client apparatuses 100b, respectively, and the store management server 100a may simultaneously receive information such as ASIN and stock product SKU transmitted from the plurality of client apparatuses 100b.
In one possible example, the store management server 100a may obtain a plurality of stock product SKUs, pairing rule information, and ASIN sent by the client device 100b, synchronize the product information in the cross-border e-commerce platform server 100c according to the ASIN, the store management server 100a generates an online product SKU according to the product information, stores the online product SKU in an online product SKU database in the store management server 100a, the store management server 100a further determines parameter information corresponding to the pairing rule information, performs parameter adjustment on a preset pairing rule according to the parameter information to obtain a pairing rule, further the store management server 100a selects and recombines a first pairing rule and/or a second pairing rule and/or a third store pairing rule included in the pairing rule to obtain a target pairing rule, determines an execution order of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the target pairing rule according to a rule priority of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule, determines an execution order of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the target pairing rule in the store management server 100a corresponding order to obtain a pairing rule, and a corresponding pairing rule in the inventory SKU pairing rule or the pairing rule in the pairing rule, and/or the pairing rule in the target pairing rule execution order to obtain a pairing rule, and a pairing rule in the pairing rule. Therefore, the plurality of SKU pairing rules can be executed according to the rule parameters and the priority of the rules set by the user, the pairing of the on-line product SKU and the stock commodity SKU is realized, and the improvement of the user experience is facilitated.
It should be noted that, in the present application, a plurality may refer to two or more, and details are not described later.
Referring to fig. 2a, fig. 2a is a schematic flowchart of a data pairing method based on stock-keeping unit SKU according to an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to a store management server of a cross-border e-commerce management system, where the cross-border e-commerce management system includes the store management server, a cross-border e-commerce platform server, and a client device, the store management server is in communication connection with the cross-border e-commerce platform server, the client device is in communication connection with the store management server, the store management server is configured to obtain a plurality of stock-keeping product SKUs and pairing rule information sent by the client device and synchronize product information in the cross-border e-commerce platform server, and the product information is used for the store management server to generate an online product.
S201, obtaining the on-line product SKU, the plurality of stock product SKUs and the pairing rule information, wherein the on-line product SKU comprises M characters, M is a positive integer larger than 1, each stock product SKU comprises N characters, and N is a positive integer larger than 1.
The pairing rule information specifically includes a first pairing rule and/or a second pairing rule and/or a third pairing rule.
The shop management server can acquire ASIN, a plurality of stock commodity SKUs and pairing information from the client equipment, acquire commodity information related to the ASIN from a cross-border e-commerce platform server such as an Amazon platform according to the ASIN, and further generate an online product SKU according to the commodity information.
Wherein, the commodity information may include at least one of: brand, model, commodity category, inventory address, quality inspection process, transportation of hazardous materials, size, weight, box size, single box weight, purchase duration, purchaser, developer, remark, price, date of manufacture, place of manufacture, color, grade, use, and the like.
Wherein, the on-line product SKU and stock product SKU are both SKU codes, i.e. a string of characters consisting of a plurality of numbers, letters and symbols, each of which may comprise a plurality of fields, each of which may consist of a plurality of numbers and letters, the fields being for indicating at least one of: brand information, model information, commodity category information, stock address information, shop information, price information, production date information, place of production information, color information, grade information, usage information, and the like, for example: SKU1:1-phone-1234-9, where field 9 indicates that the inventory address is warehouse number 9, field 1234 indicates that the brand code is 1234, field 1 indicates store number 1, and field phone indicates that the goods category is cell phone.
The stock product SKU is a SKU code which is set by a user in the store management server in a user-defined manner according to the product information, namely, the stock product SKU, and the on-line product SKU and the stock product SKU may be the same or different, and when the on-line product SKU and the stock product SKU are different, the length of the character string of the on-line product SKU is greater than the length of the stock product SKU, for example: the online product SKU may include a store field indicating store information, while the stock item SKU does not include a field indicating store information.
The store management server can store the obtained ASIN, stock commodity SKU and online product SKU in an ASIN database, a stock commodity SKU database and an online product SKU database in the store management server respectively.
S202, determining parameter information corresponding to the pairing rule information, wherein the parameter information at least comprises one of the following: first parameter information, second parameter information, and third parameter information.
The first parameter information corresponds to the first pairing, the second parameter information corresponds to the second pairing, and the third parameter information corresponds to the third pairing rule.
The first parameter information refers to that all characters are completely consistent, the second parameter information refers to an appointed symbol in an online product, namely a preset character, and the third parameter information refers to the number of characters intercepted from which character of an online product SKU.
Wherein the parameter information is also sent by the client device to the store management server.
S203, adjusting parameters of a preset pairing rule according to the parameter information to obtain a pairing rule, wherein the pairing rule comprises a first pairing rule, a second pairing rule and a third pairing rule, the first pairing rule corresponds to the first parameter information, the second pairing rule corresponds to the second parameter information, and the third pairing rule corresponds to the third parameter information.
The preset matching rules are preset by the shop management server, the preset matching rules can be the same or different for different users, the preset matching rules can be different in number and matching rule parameters, the difference of online product SKUs can be different due to the fact that the different types of commodities in the user shop are considered, the difference can include the difference of the number of character digits and the difference of characters, and therefore the shop management server can preset the preset rules suitable for the users according to the types of the commodities in the user shop.
The shop management server can adjust the first matching rule according to the first parameter information, adjust the second matching rule according to the second parameter information, and adjust the third matching rule according to the third parameter information.
S204, selecting and recombining the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule included in the pairing rule to obtain a target pairing rule;
the shop management server can select and reconfigure the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the pairing rules according to the pairing rule information, so that the user can select the pairing rule to be executed according to the requirement.
The target pairing rule may be a first pairing rule, may be a second pairing rule, may be a third pairing rule, may be a first pairing rule and a second pairing rule, may be a third pairing rule and a first pairing rule, may be a second pairing rule and a second pairing rule, and may be a first pairing rule, a second pairing rule and a third pairing rule.
S205, determining the execution sequence of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the target pairing rule according to the rule priority of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule.
The priority of the pairing rule determines the execution sequence of the pairing rule, for example: if the first pairing rule is larger than the second pairing rule, the first pairing rule is preferentially executed, the second pairing rule is executed only when the target inventory commodity SKU cannot be screened, if the second pairing rule is larger than the third pairing rule at the same time, the first pairing rule is preferentially executed, the second pairing rule is executed again when the target inventory commodity SKU cannot be screened, and finally the third pairing rule is executed if the target inventory commodity SKU cannot be screened.
S206, executing the target pairing rule according to the execution sequence of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the target pairing rule, and screening the multiple stock-keeping goods SKUs to obtain a target stock-keeping goods SKU corresponding to the on-line product SKU.
After a target inventory commodity SKU corresponding to the online product SKU is screened from the multiple inventory commodity SKUs, the association relationship between the online product SKU and the target inventory commodity SKU is established, that is, a user can find the corresponding target inventory commodity SKU according to the online product SKU in the commodity order and find the inventory commodity corresponding to the online product in the commodity order in the local warehouse according to the target inventory commodity SKU for delivery.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, the store management server can obtain an online product SKU, multiple stock product SKUs, and pairing rule information, and determine parameter information corresponding to the pairing rule information, where the parameter information at least includes one of the following: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a pairing rule by adjusting parameters of preset pairing rules according to the parameter information, wherein the pairing rule comprises a first pairing rule, a second pairing rule and a third pairing rule, the first pairing rule corresponds to first parameter information, the second pairing rule corresponds to second parameter information, the third pairing rule corresponds to third parameter information, selecting the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule included in the pairing and reassembling rule to obtain a target pairing rule, determining the execution sequence of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the target pairing rule according to the rule priority of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule, executing the target pairing rule according to the execution sequence of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the target pairing rule, and finally, selecting commodities from a plurality of commodities to obtain a target SKU inventory product corresponding to the SKU on-line. Therefore, the multiple SKU pairing rules can be executed according to the rule parameters set by the user and the priority of the rules, the pairing of the on-line product SKU and the stock product SKU is realized, and the user experience is favorably improved.
In one possible example, if the target pairing rule comprises the first pairing rule; in the aspect of executing the target pairing rule, the method may include the following steps: and comparing all the characters in the on-line product SKU and each stock keeping product SKU in the plurality of stock keeping product SKUs one by taking the first character in the on-line product SKU and each stock keeping product SKU in the plurality of stock keeping product SKUs as a comparison benchmark, and screening the stock keeping product SKUs which are the same as all the characters in the on-line product SKU from the plurality of stock keeping product SKUs as the target stock keeping product SKU.
Wherein, considering that the user sets the online product SKU and the stock commodity SKU to be identical for the convenience of management, the first pairing rule is to pair the stock commodities identical to all characters in the online product SKU.
In a specific implementation, the store management server compares each character from left to right one by one from a first character in each stock product SKU in an online product SKU and a plurality of stock product SKUs, if the existing characters are different, the comparison is stopped, and if the online product SKU is the same as all the characters in the stock product SKU compared with the online product SKU, the stock product SKU is used as a target stock product SKU.
Optionally, the first pairing rule in the store management server is that all characters in the online product SKU and each stock item SKU in the multiple stock item SKUs are compared one by one with a first character in the online product SKU as a comparison reference, the same number of characters is recorded, and the stock item SKU in the multiple stock item SKU, in which the number of characters is greater than a preset threshold value, is used as a target stock item SKU, where the preset threshold value may be set by a user or a store management server.
In this example, the store management server can execute the first pairing rule, compare each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs with all characters in the online product SKU one by one, and screen out the target stock product SKU, which is beneficial to accurately determining the target stock product SKU.
In one possible example, if the target pairing rule includes the second pairing rule; in the aspect of executing the target pairing rule, the method may include: identifying a preset symbol in the online product SKU, and extracting at least one character behind the preset symbol in the online product SKU to obtain a first target field; and taking the first target field and the first character in each stock keeping product SKU in the stock keeping product SKUs as a comparison benchmark, comparing all the characters in the first target field and each stock keeping product SKU in the stock keeping product SKUs one by one, and screening the stock keeping product SKUs which are the same as all the characters in the first target field from the stock keeping product SKUs to serve as the target stock keeping product SKU.
Wherein the preset symbol may be a symbol of, "&", "#", "/", "-", etc.
The shop management server may identify the preset symbol in the online product SKU from a first character on the left side of all characters in the online product SKU, or identify the preset symbol in the online product SKU from a first character on the right side of all characters in the online product SKU.
Considering that the number of characters of an online product SKU is greater than that of stock product SKU, when the store management server generates the online product SKU, the characters indicating different information in the online product SKU and the stock product SKU are placed on the left side or the right side of the online product SKU, and the characters indicating different information in the online product SKU and other characters are separated by preset symbols, for example: the characters corresponding to the store information and other characters are separated by "&", that is, the left side of "&" is the character indicating the store information, the right side is the other characters or that is, the left side of "&" is the other characters, and the right side is the character indicating the store information.
In specific implementation, the shop management server identifies a preset symbol from a first character on the left or right in an on-line product SKU, after the preset symbol is found, at least one character is selected from the next character of the preset symbol, the at least one character forms a first target field, the first target field and the first character in each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs are taken as a comparison benchmark, all characters in the first target field and each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs are compared one by one, and stock product SKUs identical to all characters in the first target field are screened from the stock product SKUs to serve as the target stock product SKU.
In this example, the store management server provides a second targeted matching rule according to the difference between the on-line product SKU and the stock product SKU, and executes the second matching rule, which is favorable for improving the matching success rate.
In one possible example, if the target pairing rule comprises the third pairing rule; in the aspect of executing the target pairing rule, the method may further include: selecting M characters from the nth character in the SKU of the online product to obtain a second target field, wherein n is a positive integer smaller than M, and M is a positive integer smaller than M; and taking the second target field and the first character in each stock keeping product SKU in the stock keeping product SKUs as a comparison benchmark, comparing all the characters in the second target field and each stock keeping product SKU in the stock keeping product SKUs one by one, and screening the stock keeping product SKUs which are the same as all the characters in the second target field from the stock keeping product SKUs as the target stock keeping product SKU.
Wherein n + M < M, n is a positive integer less than M, and M is a positive integer less than M.
The system comprises a client device, a shop management server and a system management server, wherein the shop management server comprises an online product SKU generation rule, the client device can send online product SKU generation rule parameter information to the shop management server, and the shop management server can adjust the online product SKU generation rule according to the online product SKU generation rule parameter information.
Considering that the user does not set characters and other characters indicating different information in the on-line product SKU isolated by the preset symbols or the set positions of the preset symbols are disordered, at this time, after the store management server adjusts the on-line product SKU generation rule according to the on-line product SKU generation parameter information, the generated on-line product SKU cannot be screened to obtain the target stock product SKU by executing the second pairing rule. In order to deal with the situation, the store management server provides a third pairing rule, and can select characters which indicate the same information as the stock product SKUs from the online product SKUs to form a second target field, and compare the second target field with all the characters in each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs to obtain the target stock product SKU in a screening mode.
If the nth character is the last character in the SKU, the shop management server sends a rule setting error prompt to a user corresponding to the user end equipment so as to prompt the user to adjust the parameter information.
In the specific implementation, the store management server selects m characters from the nth character in the on-line product SKU, the m characters form a second target field, the store management server compares the second target field with all characters in each stock product SKU one by taking the first character on the left side in each stock product SKU in the second target field and the stock product SKUs as a comparison standard, and selects the stock product SKU with the same characters as all characters in the second target field from the stock product SKUs as the target stock product SKU.
In this example, the store management server provides a third targeted pairing rule according to the difference between the online product SKU and the stock product SKU caused by the participation of the user in setting the online product generation rule, and executes the third pairing rule, which is favorable for improving the pairing success rate.
In one possible example, the priority of the first pairing rule is greater than the priority of the second pairing rule, which is greater than the priority of the third pairing rule; when the target pairing rule includes the first pairing rule, the second pairing rule, and the third pairing rule, in the aspect of executing the target pairing rule according to the execution sequence of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the target pairing rule, the method may further include the following steps: executing the first pairing rule, and if stock product SKUs with the same characters as all the on-line product SKUs are screened out from the stock product SKUs to serve as the target stock product SKU, terminating executing the target pairing rule; if the stock product SKU with the same characters as all the on-line product SKUs is not screened out from the stock product SKUs, the second pairing rule is executed; if stock product SKUs which are the same as all the characters in the first target field are screened out from the plurality of stock product SKUs to serve as the target stock product SKU, terminating execution of the target pairing rule; and if the stock product SKUs with the same characters as all the characters in the first target field are not screened out from the stock product SKUs, executing the third pairing rule.
In a specific implementation, the store management server compares each character from left to right one by one from a first character in an online product SKU and each stock product SKU in a plurality of stock product SKUs, if all characters in the online product SKU and the stock product SKU compared with the online product SKU are the same, taking the stock product SKU as a target stock product SKU, if the existing character comparison is different, identifying a predetermined symbol starting with the first character to the left or right in the line product SKU, after finding the predetermined symbol, selecting at least one character starting with the next character of the predetermined symbol, the at least one character forms a first target field, the first target field and a first character in each stock keeping item SKU in the stock keeping item SKUs are taken as comparison reference, all characters in the first target field and each stock keeping item SKU in the stock keeping item SKUs are compared one by one, if the stock keeping item SKU with the same characters as all the characters in the first target field can be screened out from the stock keeping item SKUs to be taken as the target stock keeping item SKU, terminating the execution of the target pairing rule, if the stock commodity SKU with the same characters as all the characters in the first target field cannot be screened from the stock commodity SKUs to serve as the target stock commodity SKU, selecting m characters from the nth character in the on-line product SKU, the m characters form a second target field, the store management server takes the second target field and the first left character in each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs as a comparison standard, compares the second target field with all characters in each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs one by one, and selects the stock product SKU which is the same as all characters in the second target field from the stock product SKUs as the target stock product SKU.
As can be seen, in this example, the store management server may execute the target pairing rule according to the priority of the pairing rule, which is beneficial to accurate pairing of an online product SKU and an inventory product SKU and is beneficial to improving user experience.
In one possible example, before executing the target pairing rule, the method may further include the following steps: acquiring an online product test SKU and an inventory commodity test SKU sent by the client equipment; testing the target pairing rule according to the on-line product test SKU and the inventory commodity test SKU to obtain a first test result; if the first test result indicates that the on-line product test SKU and the inventory commodity test SKU are successfully paired, sending a pairing success prompt to the client device; and if the first test result indicates that the pairing of the on-line product test SKU and the inventory commodity test SKU is unsuccessful, sending a rule parameter adjustment prompt to the client device, wherein the rule parameter adjustment prompt is used for prompting a user corresponding to the client device to adjust the parameter information.
As shown in fig. 1b, before executing the target pairing rule, the user may click to test and input the on-line product test SKU and the stock commodity test SKU to test whether the target pairing rule can realize the pairing between the on-line product test SKU and the stock commodity test SKU, so as to determine whether to adjust the parameters of the target pairing rule.
After receiving the rule parameter adjustment prompt, the user corresponding to the client device can adjust the parameter information to obtain target parameter information, and the target parameter information is sent to the shop management server.
In the concrete implementation, the client device sends an online product test SKU and an inventory commodity test SKU to the store management server, after the store management server receives the online product test SKU and the inventory commodity test SKU, a target matching rule is executed according to the online product test SKU and the inventory commodity test SKU, a first test result is obtained, if the first test result indicates that the online product test SKU and the inventory commodity test SKU are successfully matched, a successful matching prompt is sent to the client device, if the first test result indicates that the online product test SKU and the inventory commodity test SKU are unsuccessfully matched, a rule parameter adjustment prompt is sent to the client device, and user adjustment parameter information corresponding to the client device is prompted.
Therefore, in the example, the shop management server provides a target matching rule test for the user corresponding to the client, so that the user can find the defects of the target matching rule in time, the SKU matching efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In one possible example, the method may further include the steps of: storing historical parameter information in a parameter database in the store management server, wherein the store management server is further configured to send a plurality of parameter recommendation information to the client device, wherein the parameter recommendation information is used to determine the parameter information; the historical parameter information comprises a plurality of parameters; if the store management server is configured to resynchronize the merchandise information in the cross-border e-commerce platform server and/or the first test result indicates that the pairing of the online product test SKU and the stock merchandise test SKU is unsuccessful, the method may further include: acquiring a plurality of historical parameter information from the parameter database; according to a plurality of pieces of historical parameter information, the parameter recommendation information is adjusted to obtain a plurality of pieces of target parameter recommendation information; and when the client equipment sends the parameter information to the shop management server, sending the target parameter recommendation information to the client equipment.
In order to improve user experience, the shop management server may obtain commodity type information included in the commodity information, and recommend, according to the commodity type information, parameter recommendation information generated by other users having similar commodity types in a parameter database or the shop management server itself to the user corresponding to the client, so that the user can determine the parameter information or adjust the parameter information according to the parameter recommendation information.
The shop management server can adjust a plurality of parameter recommendation information according to the historical parameter information to obtain target parameter recommendation information more in line with the use of the user, and sends the target parameter recommendation information to the user corresponding to the client.
Therefore, the shop management server can recommend target parameter recommendation information suitable for the user to use for the user corresponding to the client, so that the user can conveniently determine the matching rule information and the parameter information, and the user experience can be improved.
In one possible example, the store management server comprises a default pairing rule and an alternative pairing rule, the store management server can obtain historical online product SKU and corresponding historical target inventory product SKU which are successfully paired historically from the online product SKU database and the inventory product SKU database, test the target pairing rule according to the historical online product SKU and the historical target inventory product SKU to obtain a second test result, if the second test result indicates that the historical online product SKU and the historical target inventory product SKU are successfully paired, the target pairing rule is set as the default pairing rule, and if the second test result indicates that the historical online product SKU and the historical target inventory product SKU are not successfully paired, the target pairing rule is set as the alternative pairing rule.
The shop management server can simultaneously store a plurality of target pairing rules, the target pairing rule for pairing the historical online product SKU successfully paired with the corresponding historical target inventory commodity SKU which is successfully paired at the same time is used as a default pairing rule, and the target pairing rule for pairing the historical online product SKU which is not successfully paired with the corresponding historical target inventory commodity SKU which is not successfully paired at the same time is used as a candidate pairing rule, so that the target pairing rule can be checked and selectively used by a user, and the user experience is improved.
In one possible example, fig. 2b is a schematic flowchart of another data pairing method based on SKU, provided by an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in the drawing, the priority of the first pairing rule is greater than the priority of the third pairing rule; when the target pairing rule includes the first pairing rule and the third pairing rule, in the aspect of executing the target pairing rule according to the execution sequence of the first pairing rule and/or the second pairing rule and/or the third pairing rule in the target pairing rule, the method may further include the following steps:
s207, comparing all characters in the on-line product SKU and each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs one by taking the first character in the on-line product SKU and each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs as a comparison standard, and terminating executing the target pairing rule if stock product SKUs identical to all characters in the on-line product SKU are screened out from the stock product SKUs as the target stock product SKU;
s208, if stock product SKUs which are the same as all characters in the on-line product SKU are not screened out from the stock product SKUs to serve as the target stock product SKU, selecting m characters from the nth character in the on-line product SKU to obtain the second target;
s209, taking the second target field and the first character in each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs as a comparison standard, comparing the second target field and all the characters in each stock product SKU in the stock product SKUs one by one, and screening the stock product SKUs which are the same as all the characters in the second target field from the stock product SKUs to serve as the target stock product SKU.
When the target pairing rule includes the first pairing rule and the third pairing rule, and does not include the second pairing rule, and the priority of the first pairing rule is greater than the priority of the third pairing rule, the step of executing the target pairing rule is to execute the steps S207 to S209 in sequence.
As can be seen, in this example, the store management server may execute the target pairing rule according to the priority of the pairing rule, which is beneficial to accurate pairing of an online product SKU and an inventory product SKU, and is beneficial to improving user experience.
