Abstract

Meanwhile, the series can be calculated in the proportion of the repeated sample-out series (the number of the repeated sample-out series/the number of the sample-out series is 100 percent), and the number of sample-out stations can be reduced in consideration of sample-out cost.

By adopting the invention, the sampling cost of I selects to be reduced by 35.86 percent in 2016, and the sampling quantity is reduced

In the current manual sample planning and management process, the commodity lacks the support of data analysis in the sample planning and management process, a lot of data need to be manually analyzed and reported for data summarization, and the problems of sample management confusion, SKU redundancy and the like often occur. And the artificial sample efficiency analysis mode is to count the sample output effectiveness according to the single product dimension on line, lacks data analysis support, has high error rate of decision, and cannot comprehensively calculate the overall sample output effectiveness in enterprises, thereby easily causing the problems of redundant samples in the entity storefront and inconsistent actually used sample number and account. According to the embodiment of the invention, the sample application message sent by the sample terminal and the extracted preset rule are used for automatically generating the transfer message and sending the transfer message to the purchasing platform, so that the automatic processing and automatic transfer of the sample declaration information are completed. The problems of sample redundancy, sample inventory and account incompact and the like caused by human factors in the prior art are alleviated, so that the effectiveness of the used samples is improved, and the operating cost is reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a sample information processing system as shown in fig. 1, including:
the sample output terminal is used for sending a sample output application message to the analysis server, wherein the sample output application message is at least used for identifying the commodity category and the quantity of the sample;
the analysis server is configured to detect whether the sample application message conforms to a preset rule after receiving the sample application message sent by the sample terminal, where the preset rule includes: sampling rules, store information, supplier information and contract information;
the analysis server is also used for generating a transfer message according to the sample application message and sending the transfer message to a purchasing platform;
and the purchasing platform is used for carrying out sample allocation on the stores pointed by the sample application message according to the allocation message sent by the analysis server.
According to the sample information processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sample application message sent by the sample terminal and the extracted preset rule are used for automatically generating the transfer message, and the transfer message is sent to the purchasing platform, so that the automatic processing and automatic transfer of the sample declaration information are completed. In this embodiment, the analysis server is specifically configured to extract data to be detected from the sampling application message, where the data to be detected includes at least one of the store information, the provider information, and the contract information; detecting whether the data to be detected has a part which does not meet the sampling rule, if so, judging that the sampling application message does not meet the preset rule;
the analysis server is specifically further configured to determine the categories and the quantities of the commodities needing to be sampled according to the sampling application message, and generate the transfer message;
after the transfer message is sent to the purchasing platform, the purchasing platform transfers samples according to the commodity types and the quantity required to be sampled; the store information includes: store code, store status, store area, floor, and store level; the supplier information includes: supplier basic information; the contract information includes: contract information signed with a supplier; the sample output rule comprises: the upper limit of the brand sku, the upper limit of the category sku, the total sample output quantity, the sample output cost, the commodity series and the sample output area.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes:
the inventory system is used for executing a warehouse-out process according to the type and the quantity of the goods needing to be sampled according to the order message and carrying out logistics transportation to the store pointed by the sampling application message;
and the purchasing platform is also used for sending order information to the inventory system.
The analysis server is further configured to determine, according to the sampling application message, inventory information and sales credits of the sample corresponding to the sampling application message in the store to which the sampling application message is directed
Information is obtained; according to the inventory information and the sales information of the store to which the sample-drawing application message points, carrying out sample-drawing effectiveness analysis on the sample corresponding to the sample-drawing application message, and obtaining an analysis result; and then sending the analysis result to the sampling terminal.
Wherein, the analysis server is specifically configured to: aiming at the sample corresponding to the sample application message: determining a commodity series corresponding to the sample according to the inventory information of the store pointed by the sampling application message; then obtaining a statistical result according to the sales information of the store pointed by the sampling application message; then, the effectiveness of the sample corresponding to the commodity series is analyzed according to the statistical result, and the analysis result is obtained;
wherein the series of commodities includes at least one commodity sold in a store to which the sampling request message is directed, and the statistical result includes: the ratio of the sales of each commodity in the commodity series to the total sales of the commodity series;
the analysis results include at least one of: in each sales cycle, there is both the sample and the series of items for the sales record; and, in the series of commodities for which both the sample and the sales record exist, the number of samples is greater than 1; and, a series of goods for which the sample is present but no sales record exists; and, in the commercial product series in which the sample is present but no sales record is present, the commercial product series in which the number of samples is greater than 1.
In the current manual sample planning and management process, the commodity lacks the support of data analysis in the sample planning and management process, a lot of data needs to be manually analyzed and reported to summarize data, and the problems of disordered sample management, SKU redundancy and the like often occur. 1. A sample information processing method characterized by comprising:
receiving a sample application message sent by a sample terminal, wherein the sample application message is at least used for identifying the commodity category and the quantity of a sample;
detecting whether the sample application message conforms to a preset rule, wherein the preset rule comprises: sampling rules, store information, supplier information and contract information;
if the sampling application message meets the preset rule, generating a transfer message according to the sampling application message, and sending the transfer message to a purchasing platform;
further comprising: according to the sampling application message, determining inventory information and sales information of a sample corresponding to the sampling application message in a store pointed by the sampling application message; according to the inventory information and the sales information of the store to which the sample-drawing application message points, carrying out sample-drawing effectiveness analysis on the sample corresponding to the sample-drawing application message, and obtaining an analysis result; sending the analysis result to the sample output terminal;
preprocessing inventory information and sales information prior to performing the effectiveness analysis, including: according to the sales conditions of commodities in different stores in different sales cycles, carrying out commodity sales collection, and classifying the commodities according to the order of sales volumes from large to small; distinguishing stores according to the sales principle of each store; planning the sampling of different commodity types in a store, comprising: the distribution area of the floor where the sample is located, the brand of the commodity group, the upper limit of the inventory of the brand, the sample outlet quantity of the same brand and the sample cost;
the store information includes: store code, store status, store area, floor, and store level;
the supplier information includes: supplier basic information;
the contract information includes: contract information with the supplier;
the sample output rule comprises: the upper limit of brand stock, the upper limit of class stock, the total number of sample outlet, the sample outlet cost, the commodity series and the sample outlet area;
the detecting whether the sampling application message accords with a preset rule comprises the following steps:
extracting data to be detected from the sample application message, wherein the data to be detected comprises at least one of store information, supplier information and contract information;
detecting whether the data to be detected has a part which does not meet the sampling rule, if so, judging that the sampling application message does not meet the preset rule;
generating a transfer message according to the sampling application message, and sending the transfer message to a purchasing platform, wherein the transfer message comprises:
determining the categories and the quantity of commodities needing sampling according to the sampling application message, and generating the transfer message;
after the transfer message is sent to the purchasing platform, the purchasing platform transfers samples according to the commodity types and the quantity required to be sampled;
further comprising:
after the transfer message is sent to the purchasing platform, the purchasing platform sends an order message to an inventory system, wherein the order message is used for triggering the inventory system to execute an ex-warehouse process according to the category and the quantity of goods needing to be sampled, and logistics transportation is carried out on a store to which the out-sampling application message points;
the analyzing the sample-taking effectiveness of the sample corresponding to the sample-taking application message according to the inventory information and the sales information of the store to which the sample-taking application message points, and obtaining an analysis result includes:
determining a commodity series corresponding to a sample corresponding to the sampling application message according to inventory information of the store pointed by the sampling application message, wherein the commodity series comprises at least one commodity sold in the store pointed by the sampling application message;
obtaining a statistical result according to the sales information of the store to which the sampling application message points, wherein the statistical result comprises: a ratio of sales of individual ones of the series of items to a total sales of the series of items;
analyzing the effectiveness of the sample corresponding to the commodity series according to the statistical result, and obtaining the analysis result;
the analysis results include at least one of:
in each sales cycle, there is both the sample and the series of items for the sales record;
and, a commercial series in which the sample is present but no sales record exists.
2. A sample information processing system, comprising:
the sample output terminal is used for sending a sample output application message to the analysis server, wherein the sample output application message is at least used for identifying the commodity category and the quantity of the sample;
the analysis server is configured to detect whether the sample application message conforms to a preset rule after receiving the sample application message sent by the sample terminal, where the preset rule includes: sampling rules, store information, supplier information and contract information;
the analysis server is also used for generating a transfer message according to the sampling application message and sending the transfer message to a purchasing platform if the analysis server accords with a preset rule;
the purchasing platform is used for carrying out sample allocation to the store pointed by the sample-taking application message according to the allocation message sent by the analysis server;
further comprising: according to the sampling application message, determining inventory information and sales information of a sample corresponding to the sampling application message in a store pointed by the sampling application message; according to the inventory information and the sales information of the store pointed by the sampling application message, carrying out sampling validity analysis on the sample corresponding to the sampling application message, and obtaining an analysis result; sending the analysis result to the sample output terminal;
