Abstract
本申请公开了一种保温隔热建材,其包括:编织布;以及通过粘结剂负载于编织布上的隔热填料和阻燃剂;负载粘结剂前,于碱性的缓冲溶液中,采用整理剂对所述编织布进行预处理,所述整理剂包括质量比为(1~2.5):1的氨基硅烷偶联剂和茶多酚。本申请制得的保温隔热建材具有良好的保温隔热效果和阻燃效果,且具有较为突出的耐久性。

技术领域
本申请涉及保温建材领域,尤其是涉及一种保温隔热建材及其制备方法。
背景技术
保温隔热性能是建筑构造设计的重要内容,为了维持室内的热稳定性,降低室内温度的波动幅度,节省能耗,建筑外围构件中通常采用导热系数低的隔热材料,以抑制室内室外的热传导作用。
常用的建筑保温材料有铝箔、泡棉或其复合材料,其不仅具备较优异的隔热性,还具有突出的延展性和柔软性,能够铺设于屋顶、墙面、地板等位置,施工方便。除此之外,通过粘合剂将无机保温填料附着在PE、PP等编织布表面,并与其它保温材料复合形成的新型保温材料也受到广泛的应用。但是,PE与PP因分子链中缺乏极性基团,导致粘合剂在编织布表面附着力较低,致使无机保温填料容易剥落,不利于维持其保温隔热效果。
发明内容
为提高无机填料在编织布表面的附着力,本申请提供一种保温隔热建材及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种保温隔热建材,其包括:
编织布;
通过粘结剂负载于编织布上的隔热填料和阻燃剂;
负载粘结剂前,于碱性的缓冲溶液中,采用整理剂对所述编织布进行预处理,所述整理剂包括质量比为(1~2.5):1的氨基硅烷偶联剂和茶多酚。
上述技术方案中,茶多酚分子含有大量的酚羟基、醇羟基、羰基等基团,其在碱性条件下能够与氨基硅烷偶联剂的缩聚产物发生迈克尔加成以及席夫碱反应,并利用分子间的氢键和范德华力等作用力,在编织布纤维及纤维的孔隙间形成含有羟基、氨基等极性基团的纳米微球层。该纳米微球比表面积大,且与粘结剂具有极高的反应活性,从而能够有效促进隔热填料和阻燃剂在PE、PP等编织布表面的粘接强度。
典型但非限制性的,本申请的缓冲溶液可采用pH为8~9的磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液、磷酸二氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲液、Tris-HCL缓冲溶液。
典型但非限制性的,本申请的隔热填料可采用空心玻璃微珠、膨胀珍珠岩、膨胀蛭石、膨胀石墨、海泡石等。
需要说明的是,本申请的保温隔热建材可以单独为负载有隔热填料和阻燃剂的编织布,但通常编织布会与铝箔、聚酯铝箔、EPE珍珠棉、泡棉等材料复合使用,保护填料的同时,提高其保温隔热效果。
优选的,所述预处理的操作如下:
预浸渍:将茶多酚溶解于缓冲溶液中,得到预混液,再将编织布浸渍于预混液中;
反应:将氨基硅烷偶联剂溶解于醇溶剂中,然后加入预混液中,混合反应,得到预处理后的编织布。
通过采用上述技术方案,在碱性缓冲液中,氨基硅烷偶联剂水解缩聚产物能够与茶多酚反应,从而在编织布表面形成大量纳米微球,其表面含有大量的氨基、羟基等活性基团,能够与粘结剂形成良好的化学键合或氢键键合,从而有效提高无机填料附着的牢固性。
需要说明的是,氨基硅烷偶联剂的醇溶剂根据其支链类型进行选择,例如其分子链中含有甲氧基硅烷,则选用甲醇;若含有乙氧基硅烷则选用乙醇。
优选的,所述氨基硅烷偶联剂采用N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷γ―氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷和γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
上述氨基硅烷偶联剂均能够发生水解缩合,并与茶多酚在编织布表面反应形成带有良好反应活性的纳米微球涂层。本申请氨基硅烷偶联剂可采用任一氨基硅烷偶联剂或其混合物,但实验表明,单体分子链越短,交联密度相对越高,最终粘结剂与编织布的粘接强度越高。
优选的,所述粘结剂包括质量比为醛类交联剂和氨基丙烯酸乳液,所述醛类交联剂的用量占粘结剂质量的1~2%。
上述氨基丙烯酸乳液为采用了含氨基单体聚合得到的丙烯酸乳液,其乳液粒子中含有活性氨基,能够在醛类交联剂的交联作用下与编织布表面的纳米微球形成化学键合,从而显著地提高粘结剂在编织布表面的附着力,防止阻燃剂和隔热填料的剥落。另外,戊二醛的交联作用能够有效消耗纳米微球上的亲水基团,实现提高粘接强度的前提下,降低保温隔热材料的亲水性。
优选的,所述氨基丙烯酸乳液按照如下方法制备得到:
乳化:将丙烯酸聚合单体加入乳化剂溶液中,搅拌均匀,制备得到反应溶液;所述丙烯酸聚合单体中包括5~10wt%的含环氧基单体以及5~15wt%的含伯胺基单体;
聚合:于搅拌条件下,向反应溶液中加入缓冲剂溶液和引发剂溶液,滴加完毕后加热升温进行聚合反应,反应完成后降温冷却,得到氨基丙烯酸乳液。
通过采用含环氧基单体和含氨基单体,在乳液中共聚得到含有环氧基和氨基的乳液微粒,环氧基能够与氨基或羟基等活性基团反应键合,而氨基能够在醛类交联剂的作用下与编制布表面含有氨基的纳米微球交联键合,从而形成稳定的化学连接。
优选的,所述含环氧基单体采用丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯中的一种或几种。
通过采用上述聚合单体,为丙烯酸乳液的聚合提供环氧基供体。
优选的,所述含伯胺基单体采用γ―氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷或其组合物。
本申请含伯胺基单体为分子链中同时含有伯胺基和其他如羟基、环氧基等活性基团的单体。
优选的,所述阻燃剂采用改性氢氧化铝和/或改性氢氧化镁,且按照方法制备得到:溶解:在酸性条件下,将铝盐和/或镁盐、壳聚糖溶解于水中,加入表面活性剂,混合均匀,得到反应液;
沉淀:向反应液中滴加氨水,反应得到沉淀物,经过滤、洗涤、烘干,制得阻燃剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,在氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁的沉淀制备过程中加入壳聚糖,能够使壳聚糖有效包覆或掺杂于氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁表面。利用壳聚糖中含有的氨基等活性基团,在醛类交联剂的作用下,有效促进阻燃剂与编织布的粘接强度。另外,壳聚糖具有成炭作用,能够起到一定的阻燃作用。
优选的,所述铝盐和/或镁盐与壳聚糖的质量比为(4~6):1。
通过采用上述技术方案,适量壳聚糖的加入,有利于在保障氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁阻燃性能的前提下,提高其附着力。
第二方面,本申请提供一种保温隔热建材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将隔热填料、阻燃剂和粘结剂加入水中,混合后得到涂覆料,取涂覆料涂布于编织布表面,经烘干干燥,得到保温隔热建材。
通过采用上述技术方案,可在编织布上得到具有优异附着力的阻燃保温隔热层。另外,上述涂覆料涂覆后,可先在编织布表面复合其他保温材料或其他功能性材料,如铝箔、泡棉等,然后再进行烘干干燥。
综上所述,本申请具有如下有益效果:
1、本申请通过采用氨基硅烷偶联剂与茶多酚对编织布进行预处理,并在编织布表面形成含有氨基、羟基等活性基团的纳米微球,从而有效的促进了粘结剂与编织布的牢固连接,有效降低了阻燃剂和隔热填料剥落的概率。
2、本申请通过采用醛类交联剂和氨基丙烯酸乳液作为粘结剂,使得其能够与预处理后的编织布配合,显著的提高阻燃剂和隔热填料的粘接强度。
3、本申请通过采用壳聚糖修饰的改性氢氧化铝和/或改性氢氧化镁作为阻燃剂,进一步的提高了阻燃剂的附着力,保障了其阻燃性能的长效性。
具体实施方式
氨基丙烯酸乳液的制备例
制备例1-1,一种氨基丙烯酸乳液,按照如下方法制备得到:
乳化:取0.6㎏叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、1㎏γ―氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、2㎏丙烯酸以及6.4㎏甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入3wt%十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠水溶液中,搅拌30min,制备得到反应溶液。
聚合:于搅拌条件下,向反应溶液中加入5L碳酸氢钠溶液(10wt%)和1㎏过硫酸铵溶液(10wt%),滴加完毕后加热升温至80℃,进行聚合反应,1.5h后将乳液降温冷却至室温,氨水调节pH值至7~8,得到氨基丙烯酸乳液。
制备例1-2,一种氨基丙烯酸乳液,按照如下方法制备得到:
乳化:取0.5㎏丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、1.5㎏γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、1.5㎏丙烯酸羟乙酯以及6.5㎏甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入3wt%十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠水溶液中,搅拌30min,制备得到反应溶液。
聚合:于搅拌条件下,向反应溶液中加入5L碳酸氢钠溶液(10wt%)和1㎏过硫酸铵溶液(10wt%),滴加完毕后加热升温至85℃,进行聚合反应,2h后将乳液降温冷却至室温,氨水调节pH值至7~8,得到氨基丙烯酸乳液。
制备例1-3,一种氨基丙烯酸乳液,按照如下方法制备得到:
乳化:取1㎏甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、0.5㎏γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、1.5㎏甲基丙烯酸以及6㎏甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入3wt%十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠水溶液中,搅拌30min,制备得到反应溶液。
聚合:于搅拌条件下,向反应溶液中加入5L碳酸氢钠溶液(10wt%)和2㎏过硫酸铵溶液(10wt%),滴加完毕后加热升温至80℃,进行聚合反应,2h后将乳液降温冷却至室温,氨水调节pH值至7~8,得到氨基丙烯酸乳液。
制备例1-4,一种氨基丙烯酸乳液,与制备例1-1的区别在于,采用等量叔碳酸缩水甘油酯替换γ―氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
制备例1-5,一种氨基丙烯酸乳液,与制备例1-1的区别在于,采用等量γ―氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷替换叔碳酸缩水甘油酯。
阻燃剂的制备例
制备例2-1,一种改性氢氧化铝,按照如下方法制备得到:
溶解:配制3L pH为4~5的盐酸溶液,加入250g氯化铝和50g壳聚糖(脱乙酰度90%),搅拌使壳聚糖充分溶解,加入30g OP-10,混合均匀,得到反应液;
沉淀:向反应液中滴加20wt%的氨水,直至溶液pH值至7~8,反应得到沉淀物,经过滤、洗涤、烘干,制得改性氢氧化铝。
制备例2-2,一种改性氢氧化铝,按照如下方法制备得到:
溶解:配制3L pH为4~5的盐酸溶液,加入120g氯化铝和30g壳聚糖(脱乙酰度85%),搅拌使壳聚糖充分溶解,加入60g OP-10,混合均匀,得到反应液;
沉淀:向反应液中滴加氨水,直至溶液pH值至7~8,反应得到沉淀物,经过滤、洗涤、烘干,制得改性氢氧化铝。
制备例2-3,一种改性氢氧化镁,按照如下方法制备得到:
溶解:配制3L pH为4~5的盐酸溶液,加入300g氯化镁和50g壳聚糖(脱乙酰度85%),搅拌使壳聚糖充分溶解,加入50g OP-10,混合均匀,得到反应液;
沉淀:向反应液中滴加10wt%的氨水,直至溶液pH值至7~8,反应得到沉淀物,经过滤、洗涤、烘干,制得改性氢氧化镁。
实施例
实施例1,一种保温隔热建材,按照如下步骤制得:
预浸渍:取1㎏茶多酚溶解于1㎏ pH为8的磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液中,得到预混液,再将PE编织布(120g/㎡)浸渍于预混液中。
反应:取1.5㎏ N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷溶解于1㎏甲醇中,然后加入浸渍有PE编织布的预混液中,进行超声振荡,30min后取出在60℃下干燥,得到预处理后的PE编织布。
涂覆:取1㎏膨胀珍珠岩(容重100㎏/m3、导热率系数为0.05W/(m·K))、1㎏制备例2-1所得改性氢氧化铝和4.9㎏制备例1-1所得氨基丙烯酸乳液加入25L水中,搅拌20min,再加入0.1㎏戊二醛,继续搅拌10min,得到涂覆料,将涂覆料涂布于预处理后的PE编织布表面,在80℃下烘干,得到涂覆量为45g/㎡的保温隔热建材。
实施例2,一种保温隔热建材,按照如下步骤制得:
预浸渍:取1㎏茶多酚溶解于1㎏pH为8.5的Tris-HCL缓冲溶液中,得到预混液,再将PP编织布(100g/㎡)浸渍于预混液中。
反应:取1㎏N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶解于1㎏乙醇中,然后加入浸渍有PP编织布的预混液中,进行超声振荡,30min后取出在60℃下干燥,得到预处理后的PP编织布。
涂覆:取0.75㎏膨胀蛭石(容重100㎏/m3、导热率系数为0.05W/(m·K))、0.5㎏氨基磺酸胍、0.5㎏制备例2-2所得改性氢氧化铝和4.95㎏制备例1-2所得氨基丙烯酸乳液加入25L水中,搅拌20min,再加入0.05㎏己二醛,继续搅拌10min,得到涂覆料,将涂覆料涂布于预处理后的PP编织布表面,在70℃下烘干,得到涂覆量为30g/㎡的保温隔热建材。
实施例3,一种保温隔热建材,按照如下步骤制得:
预浸渍:取1㎏茶多酚溶解于1㎏pH为9的磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液中,得到预混液,再将PE编织布(120g/㎡)浸渍于预混液中。
反应:取2.5㎏γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶解于1.5㎏甲醇中,然后加入浸渍有PE编织布的预混液中,进行超声振荡,30min后取出,在60℃下干燥,得到预处理后的PE编织布。
涂覆:取1.5㎏膨胀珍珠岩(容重100㎏/m3、导热率系数为0.05W/(m·K))、0.5㎏制备例2-2所得改性氢氧化铝、0.5㎏制备例2-3所得改性氢氧化镁和4.9㎏制备例1-3所得氨基丙烯酸乳液加入25L水中,搅拌20min,再加入0.1㎏戊二醛,继续搅拌10min,得到涂覆料,将涂覆料涂布于预处理后的PE编织布表面,在80℃下烘干,得到涂覆量为50g/㎡的保温隔热建材。
实施例4,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例1的区别在于,采用等量制备例1-4所得氨基丙烯酸乳液替代制备例1-1所得氨基丙烯酸乳液。
实施例5,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例1的区别在于,采用等量制备例1-5所得氨基丙烯酸乳液替代制备例1-1所得氨基丙烯酸乳液。
实施例6,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例1的区别在于,采用等量制备例1-1所得氨基丙烯酸乳液替代戊二醛。
实施例7,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例1的区别在于,采用等量制备例1-4所得氨基丙烯酸乳液替代戊二醛。
实施例8,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例1的区别在于,采用等量氢氧化铝替代制备例2-1所得改性氢氧化铝。
实施例9,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例3的区别在于,采用等量氢氧化镁替代制备例2-3所得改性氢氧化镁。
实施例10,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例4的区别在于,采用等量氢氧化铝替代制备例2-3所得改性氢氧化铝。
对比例
对比例1,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例1的区别在于,在预处理工序中,采用等量N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷替代茶多酚,且预处理的操作如下:
将2.5㎏N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷溶解于1㎏甲醇中,将编织布浸渍于甲醇溶液中,然后在滴入0.5㎏和0.2㎏水的混合溶液,滴加完毕后,继续超声振荡20min,取出在60℃下干燥,得到预处理后的编织布。
对比例2,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例1的区别在于,在预处理工序中,采用等量茶多酚替代N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,且预处理的操作如下:
取2.5㎏茶多酚溶解于2㎏pH为8的磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液中,得到预混液,再将编织布浸渍于预混液中,进行超声振荡,30min后取出,在60℃下干燥,得到预处理后的编织布。
对比例3,一种保温隔热建材,与实施例1的区别在于,不对编织布进行预处理,直接涂布涂覆料,干燥后即得。
性能检测试验
试验1:保温性能测试
试验方法:按照GB/T 10294—2008中的双平板测量法进行测试,将规格为150mm*150mm*15mm的保温建材试样固定于试板上,采用MHY-19714导热系数测试仪测量其导热系数,取10次测量的平均值作为测量结果,试验结果如表1所示。
试验2:阻燃性能测试
试验方法:按照GB/T2409-84《垂直燃烧法》中的规定对上述所得保温隔热建材进行阻燃等级测试,试验结果如表1所示。
试验3:粘接强度测试
试验方法:按照ISO-2409《色漆和清漆一划格试验》中的规定进行测试,采用430P型耐刮擦仪对上述制得的保温隔热建材试样进行刮擦,完成后再次测量其导热系数和阻燃性能,试验结果如表1所示。

试验结果分析:
(1)结合实施例1-10和对比例1-3并结合表1可以看出,本申请通过茶多酚和氨基硅烷偶联剂之间的化学键合作用和物理力的作用,在编织布表面形成含有大量亲水基团的纳米微球,从而促进了粘结剂与编织布的反应活性,提高了其粘接强度,进而增强了阻燃剂和隔热填料的附着力,使其不易脱落。
(2)结合实施例1和实施例4-7并结合表1可以看出,本申请通过采用戊二醛和氨基丙烯酸乳液作为粘结剂,利用戊二醛的醛基与氨基的化学反应起到交联氨基丙烯酸乳液和编织布上纳米微球层的作用,能够进一步的提高粘结剂和编织布的连接强度,降低阻燃剂和隔热填料脱落的概率。

Claims (8)
1.一种保温隔热建材,其特征在于,包括:
编织布;
通过粘结剂负载于编织布上的隔热填料和阻燃剂;
负载粘结剂前,于碱性的缓冲溶液中,采用整理剂对所述编织布进行预处理,所述整理剂包括质量比为(1~2.5):1的氨基硅烷偶联剂和茶多酚;
所述预处理的操作如下:
预浸渍:将茶多酚溶解于缓冲溶液中,得到预混液,再将编织布浸渍于预混液中;
反应:将氨基硅烷偶联剂溶解于醇溶剂,然后加入预混液中,混合反应,干燥后得到预处理后的编织布;
所述粘结剂包括醛类交联剂和氨基丙烯酸乳液,所述醛类交联剂的用量占粘结剂质量的1~2%;所述氨基丙烯酸乳液的丙烯酸聚合单体中包括5~10wt%的含环氧基单体以及5~15wt%的含伯胺基单体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热建材,其特征在于,所述氨基硅烷偶联剂采用N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ―氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷和γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热建材,其特征在于,所述氨基丙烯酸乳液按照如下方法制备得到:
乳化:将丙烯酸聚合单体加入乳化剂溶液中,搅拌均匀,制备得到反应溶液;所述丙烯酸聚合单体中包括5~10wt%的含环氧基单体以及5~15wt%的含伯胺基单体;
聚合:于搅拌条件下,向反应溶液中加入缓冲剂溶液和引发剂溶液,滴加完毕后加热升温进行聚合反应,反应完成后降温冷却,得到氨基丙烯酸乳液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温隔热建材,其特征在于,所述含环氧基单体采用丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温隔热建材,其特征在于,所述含伯胺基单体采用γ―氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷或其组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热建材,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂采用改性氢氧化铝和/或改性氢氧化镁,且按照方法制备得到:
溶解:在酸性条件下,将铝盐和/或镁盐、壳聚糖溶解于水中,加入表面活性剂,混合均匀,得到反应液;
沉淀:向反应液中滴加氨水,反应得到沉淀物,经过滤、洗涤、烘干,制得阻燃剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种保温隔热建材,其特征在于,所述铝盐和/或镁盐与壳聚糖的质量比为(4~6):1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热建材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将隔热填料、阻燃剂和粘结剂加入水中,混合后得到涂覆料,取涂覆料涂布于编织布表面,经烘干干燥,得到保温隔热建材。
