A multifunctional ecological cleaning particle comprises a first water-soluble film, a second water-soluble film, sodium carbonate peroxide, glyceryl caprylate, edible baking soda, sodium citrate, sodium chloride and tea seed powder, wherein the inner cavity of the first water-soluble film is coated with the sodium carbonate peroxide, the glyceryl caprylate and the edible baking soda, the second water-soluble film is sleeved outside the first water-soluble film, and the sodium citrate, the sodium chloride and the soapnut saponin are filled between the second water-soluble film and the first water-soluble film; the inner diameter of the second water-soluble film is 0.8cm, and the inner diameter of the first water-soluble film is 0.3cm. The inner diameter of the second water-soluble film is 90s, and the inner diameter of the first water-soluble film is 600s.
In the embodiment, the weight parts of the raw materials are as follows: 35 parts of sodium percarbonate, 12 parts of caprylic capric glyceride, 12 parts of edible baking soda, 20 parts of sodium citrate, 30 parts of sodium chloride and 30 parts of tea seed powder. The tea seed powder contains 18 percent of natural tea saponin by weight percentage.
The preparation method of the multifunctional ecological cleaning particle in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing sodium percarbonate and caprylic capric glyceride to form a mixture A, rolling the mixture A in edible baking soda to make the edible baking soda adhere to the surface of the mixture A as much as possible to form a mixture B, packaging the mixture B through a first water-soluble film, and filling the edible baking soda which is not adhered to the surface of the mixture A into the first water-soluble film;
(2) Mixing sodium citrate, sodium chloride and tea seed powder uniformly, doping with the first water-soluble film encapsulating the mixture B to form a composition C, and encapsulating the composition C through the second water-soluble film.
Comparative example 1
The weight parts of the raw materials in the comparative example 1 are as follows: 27 parts of sodium peroxycarbonate, 10 parts of caprylic capric acid glyceride, 8 parts of edible baking soda, 15 parts of sodium citrate, 22 parts of sodium chloride and 26 parts of tea seed powder. The tea seed powder contains 15 percent of natural tea saponin by weight percentage. The same as example 1, but without the first and second dissolving films.
The preparation method of comparative example 1 is to mix the components together and stir them evenly.
Test example 1
And (4) testing the storage stability: examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 storage stability tests were carried out to examine the loss of sodium percarbonate content after 18 months of storage at normal temperature, and the detergency and antibacterial properties when washing clothes were examined for each group before the start of the experiment and after the end of the experiment, respectively. The test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the multifunctional ecological cleaning particle of the invention has good storage stability, strong detergency and strong bactericidal performance.
The invention can be used for washing clothes, tableware, clamps and household appliances.

Claims (7)

A multifunctional ecological cleaning particle is characterized in that: the tea seed coating comprises a first water-soluble film, a second water-soluble film, sodium percarbonate, caprylic capric acid glyceride, edible baking soda, sodium citrate, sodium chloride and tea seed powder, wherein the inner cavity of the first water-soluble film is coated with the sodium percarbonate, the caprylic capric acid glyceride and the edible baking soda, the second water-soluble film is sleeved outside the first water-soluble film, and the sodium citrate, the sodium chloride and the soapnut saponin are filled between the second water-soluble film and the first water-soluble film; the dissolving time of the second water-soluble film is N seconds, the dissolving time of the first water-soluble film is M seconds, and N is less than M.

The multifunctional ecological cleaning particle of claim 1, wherein: the weight parts of the raw materials are as follows: 20-35 parts of sodium peroxycarbonate, 8-12 parts of caprylic capric glyceride, 5-12 parts of edible sodium bicarbonate, 10-20 parts of sodium citrate, 20-30 parts of sodium chloride and 20-30 parts of tea seed powder.

The multifunctional ecological cleaning particle of claim 2, wherein: the weight parts of the raw materials are as follows: 27 parts of sodium peroxycarbonate, 10 parts of caprylic capric acid glyceride, 8 parts of edible baking soda, 15 parts of sodium citrate, 22 parts of sodium chloride and 26 parts of tea seed powder.
4. A multi-functional ecological cleaning particle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the tea seed powder contains 12-18 wt% of natural tea saponin.
5. A multi-functional ecological cleaning particle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the inner diameter of the second water-soluble film is 0.5-0.8cm, and the inner diameter of the first water-soluble film is 0.2-0.3cm.
6. A multi-functional ecological cleaning particle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the inner diameter of the second water-soluble film is 30-90 seconds, and the inner diameter of the first water-soluble film is 300-600 seconds.
7. The method for preparing a multifunctional ecological cleaning particle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
