Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for an eye patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Myopia is a kind of ametropia, under the premise of refraction stillness, objects at a distance cannot converge on the retina, and a focus is formed in front of the retina, so that visual deformation is caused, the object at the distance is blurred when the object is observed at the distance, most of myopia occurs in teenagers, reading of myopia is deepened year by year in the development and growth stage, and the myopia develops slowly or does not develop any more after the myopia matures. In recent years, the incidence rate of myopia in China is on the rise obviously, myopia becomes a major public health problem affecting the eye health of the national people, especially teenagers, and the pathogenesis of the myopia of the teenagers is still not very clear up to now, but the occurrence of the myopia is mainly related to a plurality of factors such as heredity, development and environment, the internal and external burdens of primary and secondary school students are too heavy, the outdoor activity time of the teenagers is greatly reduced, and the eye using strength of the teenagers is also greatly improved due to the overuse of electronic products.
In recent years, traditional Chinese medicines have achieved certain performance in the aspects of relieving visual fatigue, preventing and controlling myopia and the like, but most of the traditional external traditional Chinese medicines are pasty medicines, more pasty traditional Chinese medicines are left around eyes after the traditional Chinese medicines are applied, the cleaning steps are complicated, the skin around the eyes is fragile, and the complicated cleaning method also brings burden to the skin around the eyes; in addition, some traditional Chinese medicines for oral administration exist at present, but the traditional Chinese medicines for oral administration have large side effects, and meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicines have large smell and bad taste, so that many students are reluctant to try the traditional Chinese medicines for oral administration.

s2: and filtering the fermentation liquor to remove filter residues, wherein the liquid obtained by filtering is the ferment liquid.
Preferably, the auxiliary materials added in step S1 include the following components in parts by weight: 15000 parts of water, 2500 parts of white sugar, 1000 parts of mint and 300 parts of borneol.
Preferably, the fermentation tank is maintained at an ambient temperature of 42-48 deg.C during fermentation.
Preferably, the fermentation process of step S1 is performed by stirring the materials in the fermentation tank once every 8-12 days, and the filtration of step S2 is performed by overlapping multiple layers of gauze.
Preferably, the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing the traditional Chinese medicine composition of any one of claims 1 to 3, placing the traditional Chinese medicine composition in a fermentation tank, and adding auxiliary materials, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 15000 parts of water, 2500 parts of white sugar, 1000 parts of mint and 300 parts of borneol, uniformly stirring, sealing and fermenting at the ambient temperature of 45 ℃, wherein the fermentation time is 90 days, and stirring the materials in the fermentation tank once every 10 days in the fermentation process to obtain fermentation liquor;
s2: and (3) overlapping 100 layers of gauze, filtering the fermentation liquor to remove filter residues, and obtaining liquid as enzyme liquid for later use after filtering.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention is an external eye patch, and the medicine of the eye patch is in a liquid state, so that the eye patch can not cause cleaning trouble because the medicine remains around the eyes of a patient, and meanwhile, the eye patch can activate blood circulation to dissipate stagnation, warm and dredge for resuscitation, nourish liver to improve eyesight, has a certain relieving effect on eye fatigue, has a treatment effect on keratitis and conjunctivitis, and has certain prevention, control, relief and treatment effects on myopia and amblyopia. Wherein, the pork liver can nourish essence and blood, nourish liver yin to improve eyesight, so it is a monarch drug; tribulus terrestris, fructus Tribuli, as an adjuvant drug for calming liver wind, eliminating wind-heat, improving eyesight and inducing resuscitation; the bitter orange has the functions of relieving epigastric distention, regulating qi, and promoting blood circulation to ascend, and is used as a guiding drug; jingzi, for removing wind-heat and improving vision, and clearing head wind, is a ministerial drug. The traditional Chinese medicine composition of the eye patch has complementary effects among all components, can generate better synergistic effect, has obvious curative effect, short administration period and small side effect, and is safe and reliable.

Experimental data
According to the voluntary principle, on the premise of signing an informed consent, 200 pupils are selected to conduct observation for 3 months, wherein 100 eye patches prepared in the embodiment 3 are adopted for intervention treatment, the group is marked as an intervention group, other 100 eye patches are applied by using blank gauze, the group is marked as a blank group, students are subjected to naked eye visual inspection before and after the eye patches are used, the average value of 3 times is obtained in each naked eye visual inspection, the final visual condition value is the average value of the left eye and the right eye, and the specific results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
According to the results, the vision of the blank group is obviously reduced, and the intervention group is improved to a certain extent, which shows that the eye patch has the function of obviously slowing down the vision reduction of students.
Meanwhile, the product is also suitable for patients with amblyopia, astigmatism, keratitis and conjunctivitis.
At present, 106 patients are diagnosed with keratitis due to eye pain, photophobia and lacrimation and simultaneously have different degrees of blurred vision, and the symptoms completely disappear and recover quickly after 3 days by using the eye patch described in example 3 for 3 days.
In addition, 145 patients were diagnosed with conjunctivitis due to symptoms such as redness, dryness, and excessive secretion of the eyes, and the recovery time was short because the symptoms disappeared after the 3-day eye patch was applied.
