70 to 72 parts of wood chips, 8 to 10 parts of bamboo powder, 10 to 12 parts of wheat bran, 3 parts of corn flour, 2 parts of soybean flour, 1 part of white sugar and KH 2 PO 4 0.1 to 0.2 part by weight of MgSO 4 0.03 to 0.05 portion of gypsum powder and 1 to 1.5 portions of gypsum powder.
2. The dictyophora rubrovolvata cultivation fungus stick formula according to claim 1, wherein the wood chips are fresh wood chips, do not mildew, have a water content of 30-40% and have a particle size of 0.8-1cm.

(3) And (3) sterilization: sterilizing the strain in the same day by high pressure steam sterilization at 121 deg.C under 0.135Mpa for 3 hr;
(4) And (3) cooling: transferring the sterilized fungus stick cultivation bags obtained in the step (3) to a forced-ventilated cooling room in time, and inoculating when the cultivation bags are cooled to room temperature;
(5) Inoculation: inoculation needs to be completed within 24 hours, and the inoculation is carried out in an inoculation box or an ultra-clean workbench; the inoculation method comprises wiping hands and inoculating tweezers with sterilized alcohol, taking out the perforating stick from the inoculation end of the fungus stick, inoculating the solid fungus blocks into the holes with the tweezers, filling the whole holes, and sealing with sterilized sponge;
(6) Spawn running culture: and (3) transferring the inoculated cultivation bag into a culture room for cultivation and fungus growing, controlling the temperature in a fungus growing period to be kept at 24-26 ℃ at room temperature, keeping the temperature dry, and keeping the general natural humidity, wherein the cultivation is required to be carried out in a dark environment, ventilating for 30-60min every day, checking the germination and pollution conditions of strains after inoculation for 7 days, timely cleaning the fungus sticks without germination and pollution, cleaning for 2-3 times in the whole fungus growing process, and obtaining the dictyophora rubrovolvata fungus sticks to be cultivated after the hyphae overgrows.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the perforated stick is 2cm in diameter, 16cm in length, has a hole at its tip, and is packed with non-absorbent cotton.
