技术领域
本发明属于太阳能电池技术领域,具体涉及一种用于HJT光伏组件的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜。
背景技术
随着光伏电池技术的发展,HJT电池片由于其发电效率高以及无PID现象被光伏界寄予厚望,但是HJT电池技术也存在以下问题,1)难以被粘结,2)电池薄,易隐裂,3)电池片无主栅,光伏焊带用点胶铺设于电池片上,层压过程易被胶膜的热熔流动挤压变形或移位4)焊带易在紫外线照射下变黄。同时添加紫外吸收剂可以保护焊带,但是会降低一定的组件发电功率。
目前行业内普遍看好紫外转光剂的应用,但是无机转光剂会阻挡部分可见光,反而可能降低组件发电功率,有机紫外吸收剂又不耐老化,从而成为一个矛盾体。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于HJT光伏组件的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜,以解决HJT光伏组件中有机紫外吸收剂不耐老化的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于HJT光伏组件的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜,包括:热塑转光层和交联层;其中所述热塑转光层包括稀土有机转光剂。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的用于HJT光伏组件的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜分设交联层和热塑转光层,并在热塑转光层中加入稀土有机转光剂以避免与交联层中的过氧化物交联剂释放出的氧自由基反应造成稀土有机转光剂的老化;同时在热塑转光层中添加稀土有机转光剂既保护了焊带,也与直接加入紫外吸收剂相比,通过将紫外光转换为可见光的方式增加了组件功率。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种用于HJT光伏组件的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜,包括:热塑转光层和交联层;其中所述热塑转光层包括稀土有机转光剂。因为交联层存在的过氧化物交联剂释放的氧自由基是有机转光剂老化的直接诱因,通过将热塑转光层和交联层分设,在热塑转光层中不添加助交联剂,极大提高了稀土有机转光剂的耐老性能。
如图2所示,所示稀土有机转光剂中RE为Sm和Eu中的任意一种,通过中心稀土离子周边的高吸收率有机物吸收光能,而后将这部分能量间接高效的传递给中心稀土离子,并以RE为中心发光离子,通过将太阳光谱中的部分紫外光转化为可见光,进而实现光伏胶膜的光转换。
在本实施例中,具体的,所述热塑转光层还包括:转光层树脂;以及所述转光层树脂与有机转光剂的质量份数之比为99.95~99.7:0.05~0.3;其中所述转光层树脂包括EVA、POE、POP、PE、PP、EAA、EMA、SEBS中的至少一种,有机转光剂份数对紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜的性能影响如下表1:

可见在实施例1-6中,当有机转光剂与转光层树脂的质量份数之比为0.15:99.85时功率增益达到峰值,而大于0.3:99.7时则开始出现负增益,因此需严控有机转光剂与转光层树脂的质量份数之比在限定范围内。
可选的,将热塑转光层中稀土有机转光剂换为紫外吸收剂327,紫外吸收剂对紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜的性能影响如下表2:

可见在实施例7-9中,紫外吸收剂327仅是将紫外光吸收,而无法将紫外光转化为可见光并用来增加组件功率,故而均为负增益。
可选的,将热塑转光层中的有机转光剂转移至交联层中,使稀土有机转光剂处于过氧化物交联剂环境中,以验证氧自由基对紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜的性能影响如下表3:

可见在实施例10-15中,稀土有机转光剂的初始功率增益与在热塑转光层中大致相当,但因氧自由基易对其造成老化影响,其老化功率增益均出现了大幅度的衰减并均呈现为负增益,选用稀土有机转光剂也解决了焊带变黄的问题。
在本实施例中,具体的,所述转光层树脂的熔指为0.5~5.0g/10min;所述转光层树脂的熔点为85~100℃,相较于普通胶膜(熔指10~25g/10min;熔点65~75℃),低熔指高熔点的转光层树脂可以起到防止组件层压过程中焊带被胶膜挤压变形或移位的作用,同时也保证了电池片不发生隐裂和组件的耐热性,转光层树脂的熔指和熔点在选用POE树脂时对紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜的性能影响如下表4:

可见在实施例16-24中,当熔点低于85℃如实施例20和21,将会发生焊带移位,即普通胶膜所常见的层压问题,而若高于100℃如实施例16和17则会因熔点过高发生隐裂问题;同样,熔指也是影响到焊带移位和隐裂的关键数值。
在本实施例中,具体的,所述转光层树脂包括三甲基硅氧烷聚合物,优选北欧化工BPO8828F,热塑转光层与电池片直接粘结,通过添加本体含有三甲基硅氧烷聚合物的转光层树脂,以确保对HJT电池的粘结力和老化粘结力,将不同树脂进行实验,验证对HJT电池片粘结力性能的影响如下表5:

可见实施例25-27中,实施例26和27的接枝反应程度很难达到100%,因此易发生副反应,且接枝物硅烷KH570在POE树脂中分布不均,无法达到先天合成的效果。
在本实施例中,具体的,所述热塑转光层的厚度为200~300μm,优选250μm。
在本实施例中,具体的,所述交联层为EVA胶膜层和POE胶膜层中的任意一种;所述交联层包括交联层树脂、交联剂、助交联剂、抗氧剂和硅烷偶联剂,助交联剂的加入可起到抗PID的效果。
在本实施例中,具体的,所述交联层的厚度为200~300μm,优选250μm。
综上所述,本发明的用于HJT光伏组件的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜分设交联层和热塑转光层,并在热塑转光层中加入稀土有机转光剂以避免与交联层中的过氧化物交联剂释放出的氧自由基反应造成稀土有机转光剂的老化;同时在热塑转光层中添加稀土有机转光剂既保护了焊带,也与直接加入紫外吸收剂相比,通过将紫外光转换为可见光的方式增加了组件功率。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于HJT光伏组件的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜,
其特征在于,包括:
热塑转光层和交联层;其中
所述热塑转光层包括稀土有机转光剂;
所述热塑转光层不包括助交联剂;
所述热塑转光层还包括:转光层树脂;以及
所述转光层树脂与有机转光剂的质量份数之比为99.95~99.7:0.05~0.2;其中
所述转光层树脂包括EVA、POE、POP、PE、PP、EAA、EMA、SEBS中的至少一种;
所述交联层为EVA胶膜层和POE胶膜层中的任意一种;
所述转光层树脂的熔指为0.5~5.0g/10min;
所述转光层树脂的熔点为85~100℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜,其特征在于,
所述转光层树脂包括三甲基硅氧烷聚合物。
3.如权利要求1-2中任意一项所述的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜,其特征在于,所述热塑转光层的厚度为200~300μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜,其特征在于,
所述交联层包括交联层树脂、交联剂、助交联剂、抗氧剂和硅烷偶联剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的紫外转光型耐老化光伏胶膜,其特征在于,
所述交联层的厚度为200~300μm。
