本发明涉及网格布领域,特别涉及一种遮光单透网格布。
背景技术
网格布是一种强度高、耐碱性好,能持久抵制碱性物质的膜料,网格布有耐碱GRC玻纤网格布、耐碱墙体专用网片及石材网格布、大理石背贴网格布等,随着科技的不断发展,人们对于网格布的制造工艺要求也越来越高。
现有的网格布在使用时存在一定的弊端,首先,在进行使用的时候功能可能较为单一,使用强度较低,容易出现损坏的情况,防水阻燃效果较差,使用性能较差,不利于人们的使用,还有,在进行制备的过程中较为麻烦,成型效果较差,降低工作效率,给人们的使用过程带来了一定的不利影响,为此,我们提出一种遮光单透网格布。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种遮光单透网格布,制备工艺简单快速,由无碱玻纤维纱料、耐碱高分子乳液制备、增加透明PET膜、可撕油墨、遮光热熔胶膜,具有遮光单透的性能,增加复合式纤维综合层,增加使用功能,具有防水、阻燃与加强的效果,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种遮光单透网格布,包括无碱玻纤维纱料、耐碱高分子乳液、透明PET膜、可撕油墨、遮光热熔胶膜、玻璃纤维自粘带与复合式纤维综合层,所述无碱玻纤维纱料的份额为20~35%,所述耐碱高分子乳液的份额为9~16%,所述透明PET膜的份额为15~28%,所述可撕油墨的份额为10~18%,所述遮光热熔胶膜的份额为12~25%,所述玻璃纤维自粘带的份额为11~21%,所述复合式纤维综合层的份额为10~20%。

S3:将无碱玻纤维纱料、耐碱高分子乳液、透明PET膜、可撕油墨、遮光热熔胶膜、玻璃纤维自粘带进行叠合涂覆操作,通过机器进行挤出、吹膜、流延等加工操作,得到初步的遮光单透网格布;
S4:将初步的遮光单透网格布与复合式纤维综合层通过机器进行加热层压操作,加热温度为80~99摄氏度,得到遮光单透网格布;
S5:对成型的遮光单透网格布进行冷却、切边、加压收卷操作,制备完成。

进一步的,无碱玻纤维纱料的份额为22%,耐碱高分子乳液的份额为10%,透明PET膜的份额为16%,可撕油墨的份额为13%,遮光热熔胶膜的份额为13%,玻璃纤维自粘带的份额为12%,复合式纤维综合层的份额为14%。

整个遮光单透网格布包括以下制备步骤:
S1:准备制备遮光单透网格布所需要使用到的材料,包括无碱玻纤维纱料、耐碱高分子乳液、透明PET膜、可撕油墨、遮光热熔胶膜、玻璃纤维自粘带与复合式纤维综合层,以无碱玻纤维纱料为基材;
S2:对复合式纤维综合层进行单独制备,复合式纤维综合层包括复合纤维膜料、聚四乙烯树脂膜、脂肪族聚酯降解料、防水膜、阻燃膜与透气膜,以复合纤维膜料为基材,聚四乙烯树脂膜、脂肪族聚酯降解料、防水膜、阻燃膜与透气膜层压制备成型;
S3:将无碱玻纤维纱料、耐碱高分子乳液、透明PET膜、可撕油墨、遮光热熔胶膜、玻璃纤维自粘带进行叠合涂覆操作,通过机器进行挤出、吹膜、流延等加工操作,得到初步的遮光单透网格布;
S4:将初步的遮光单透网格布与复合式纤维综合层通过机器进行加热层压操作,加热温度为80~99摄氏度,得到遮光单透网格布;
S5:对成型的遮光单透网格布进行冷却、切边、加压收卷操作,制备完成。

1.一种遮光单透网格布,包括无碱玻纤维纱料、耐碱高分子乳液、透明PET膜、可撕油墨、遮光热熔胶膜、玻璃纤维自粘带与复合式纤维综合层,其特征在于:所述无碱玻纤维纱料的份额为20~35%,所述耐碱高分子乳液的份额为9~16%,所述透明PET膜的份额为15~28%,所述可撕油墨的份额为10~18%,所述遮光热熔胶膜的份额为12~25%,所述玻璃纤维自粘带的份额为11~21%,所述复合式纤维综合层的份额为10~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种遮光单透网格布,其特征在于:所述无碱玻纤维纱料的份额为22%,所述耐碱高分子乳液的份额为10%,所述透明PET膜的份额为16%,所述可撕油墨的份额为13%,所述遮光热熔胶膜的份额为13%,所述玻璃纤维自粘带的份额为12%,所述复合式纤维综合层的份额为14%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种遮光单透网格布,其特征在于:所述无碱玻纤维纱料的份额为25%,所述耐碱高分子乳液的份额为9%,所述透明PET膜的份额为15%,所述可撕油墨的份额为10%,所述遮光热熔胶膜的份额为12%,所述玻璃纤维自粘带的份额为11%,所述复合式纤维综合层的份额为18%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种遮光单透网格布,其特征在于:所述复合式纤维综合层包括复合纤维膜料、聚四乙烯树脂膜、脂肪族聚酯降解料、防水膜、阻燃膜与透气膜,以复合纤维膜料为基材,所述聚四乙烯树脂膜、脂肪族聚酯降解料、防水膜、阻燃膜与透气膜层压制备成型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种遮光单透网格布,其特征在于:所述复合纤维膜料的份额为25~38%,所述聚四乙烯树脂膜的份额为10~16%,所述脂肪族聚酯降解料的份额为15~28%,所述防水膜的份额为10~18%,所述阻燃膜的份额为12~20%,所述透气膜的份额为8~18%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种遮光单透网格布,其特征在于:所述复合纤维膜料的份额为30%,所述聚四乙烯树脂膜的份额为13%,所述脂肪族聚酯降解料的份额为17%,所述防水膜的份额为13%,所述阻燃膜的份额为15%,所述透气膜的份额为12%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种遮光单透网格布,其特征在于:所述复合纤维膜料的份额为35%,所述聚四乙烯树脂膜的份额为12%,所述脂肪族聚酯降解料的份额为16%,所述防水膜的份额为12%,所述阻燃膜的份额为14%,所述透气膜的份额为11%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种遮光单透网格布,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
S1:准备制备遮光单透网格布所需要使用到的材料,包括无碱玻纤维纱料、耐碱高分子乳液、透明PET膜、可撕油墨、遮光热熔胶膜、玻璃纤维自粘带与复合式纤维综合层,以无碱玻纤维纱料为基材;
S2:对复合式纤维综合层进行单独制备,复合式纤维综合层包括复合纤维膜料、聚四乙烯树脂膜、脂肪族聚酯降解料、防水膜、阻燃膜与透气膜,以复合纤维膜料为基材,所述聚四乙烯树脂膜、脂肪族聚酯降解料、防水膜、阻燃膜与透气膜层压制备成型;
S3:将无碱玻纤维纱料、耐碱高分子乳液、透明PET膜、可撕油墨、遮光热熔胶膜、玻璃纤维自粘带进行叠合涂覆操作,通过机器进行挤出、吹膜、流延等加工操作,得到初步的遮光单透网格布;
S4:将初步的遮光单透网格布与复合式纤维综合层通过机器进行加热层压操作,加热温度为80~99摄氏度,得到遮光单透网格布;
S5:对成型的遮光单透网格布进行冷却、切边、加压收卷操作,制备完成。
