At present, dish washers in the market all have a function of drying tableware. Generally, most dish washing machines dry dishes by using residual heat in a cavity after washing or dry dishes by opening a fan to accelerate air flow in the cavity. However, the humidity in the cavity after washing is very high, the drying method has long drying time, and a lot of condensed water remains in the cavity of the dishwasher and on the tableware, so that the drying effect is not good and the storage of the tableware in the later period is not facilitated. Dish washer on the market just opens the fan before automatic opening door generally, can lead to cold air to get into the cavity fast, and the wait forms the comdenstion water on the inner wall, and drying effect is poor.
Based on the above, the control method, the control device and the electronic equipment of the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention can improve the drying effect of the dishwasher.
For the understanding of the present embodiment, a detailed description will be given to a control method of a dishwasher disclosed in the present embodiment.
The first embodiment is as follows:
an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of a dishwasher, referring to a flowchart of the control method of the dishwasher shown in fig. 1, the control method of the dishwasher includes the following steps:
step S102, when the dishwasher enters a drying stage, a heating module of the dishwasher is started.
The heating module in this embodiment may comprise a fan and a heater pipe, which are activated when the dishwasher enters the drying phase. Can improve dry initial temperature through inside the heating pipe blows in the cavity with hot-blast, accelerate inside air flow through the fan, make inside heat distribution even, more be favorable to promoting drying effect.
Step S104, a first temperature within a cavity of a dishwasher is obtained.
The dishwasher of the present embodiment may be provided with a temperature sensor, which may be disposed in a cavity of the dishwasher, to detect a first temperature in the cavity of the dishwasher through the temperature sensor.
And step S106, if the first temperature reaches a preset temperature threshold value, opening a door body of the dishwasher.
If the first temperature reaches the preset temperature threshold value, the temperature in the cavity of the dish-washing machine is higher, and at the moment, the door body of the dish-washing machine is opened to prevent partial steam with the temperature reduced from condensing in the cavity, so that the drying effect is improved.
Step S108, acquiring a second temperature in the cavity of the dishwasher based on a preset time interval.
After the door of the dishwasher is opened, the second temperature in the cavity of the dishwasher is obtained once based on the preset time interval in the embodiment. Wherein, every time the second temperature is determined, the temperature may be collected a plurality of times, and an average value of the temperatures collected a plurality of times is taken as the second temperature.
And step S110, starting the heating module based on the second temperature.
Wherein, if there is great change in the second temperature of present period and the second temperature that acquires last time, then can regard as the air in the dish washer cavity and the air circulation nature decline outside the cavity, start-up heating module can accelerate the inside and outside circulation of air in dish washer cavity this moment to promote drying effect.
According to the control method of the dish-washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the dish-washing machine enters a drying stage, the heating module of the dish-washing machine is started, so that the initial drying temperature can be increased, and the drying effect of the dish-washing machine is improved; and, after opening the door body of dish washer, according to the second temperature start-up heating module in the cavity of dish washer, can start-up heating module when the circulation of the interior outer air of dish washer cavity descends, the circulation of the interior outer air of dish washer cavity is accelerated, reinforcing drying effect.
Example two:
the embodiment of the invention provides another control method of a dishwasher, which is executed on the basis of the method provided by the embodiment; referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of another method for controlling a dishwasher, the method comprising the steps of:
step S202, when the dishwasher enters a drying stage, a heating module of the dishwasher is started.
The heating module in this embodiment includes a fan and a heating pipe. Specifically, when the dishwasher enters a drying stage, a fan of the dishwasher is started; when the cavity or the tableware in the cavity is dried, a fan and a heating pipe of the dish washing machine are started.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a drying control logic of a dishwasher is shown, wherein a heating module is first activated when a washing program enters a drying phase. Can start earlier inside the residual water of fan on with the flabellum sprinkles the cavity, start the fan when cavity or tableware are dry once more and moisten tableware and cavity, start the heating pipe behind the fan simultaneously, blow in hot-blast inside the cavity that blows in for inside air flows, makes inside heat distribute evenly, more is favorable to promoting drying effect.
Step S204, a first temperature in a cavity of the dishwasher is obtained.
As shown in fig. 3, a first temperature T in the cavity may be obtained 1 . Specifically, the temperature in the dishwasher cavity may be detected by a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the water when the dishwasher is washing.
And step S206, if the first temperature reaches a preset temperature threshold value, opening a door body of the dishwasher.
As shown in fig. 3, if the first temperature T is set 1 And when the temperature is greater than the preset temperature threshold value T, the dishwasher is controlled to execute an automatic door opening command, and a door body of the dishwasher is opened, so that the water vapor in the cavity of the dishwasher can be diffused to the outside of the cavity of the dishwasher. At the moment, the automatic door opening is executed, so that partial steam with reduced temperature can be prevented from being condensed in the cavity, and a better drying effect is achieved.
Step S208, when a preset time interval is reached, a plurality of second temperatures in the cavity of the dish-washing machine are obtained for a plurality of times; and taking the average value of the plurality of second temperatures as the current second temperature.
As shown in fig. 3, before the dishwasher executes the automatic door opening command, the temperature in the dishwasher cavity is obtained once, and then the temperature in the dishwasher cavity is obtained once as the second temperature at time intervals t. Each time the second temperature is obtained, the temperature in the dishwasher cavity can be continuously detected n times (n is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2), and the average value is taken as the current second temperature.
And step S210, starting the heating module based on the second temperature.
Specifically, calculating an absolute value of a difference between the current second temperature and the last acquired second temperature; and if the absolute value is smaller than the preset temperature change threshold value, starting the heating module.
If the difference value delta T of the last acquired second temperature minus the current acquired second temperature is smaller than the set temperature change threshold value delta T 0 When the dish washer is used, the air in the cavity of the dish washer and the air outside the cavity are explainedThe air circulation is reduced, and at the moment, the fan and the heating pipe are opened, so that the circulation of air inside and outside the dishwasher cavity is accelerated, and the drying effect is enhanced.
Specifically, the fan may be started based on the second temperature; alternatively, the fan and the heating duct are activated based on the second temperature. At this moment, the heating pipe is not required to be opened, the temperature is higher after the heating pipe is opened, the effect of accelerating circulation is better, and a better dry noise effect can be achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, when the dishwasher ends the drying stage, the heating module of the dishwasher is turned off, and the door body of the dishwasher is closed. When the drying stage is finished, the fan is closed, the automatic door closing command is executed to close the door body of the dish washing machine, and the tableware can be prevented from being exposed in the external air for a long time and being polluted by dust, bacteria and the like.
In addition to the above-described manner of controlling the heating modules by temperature, the present embodiment also provides a manner of controlling the heating modules by humidity, for example: acquiring a first humidity in a cavity of the dishwasher and a second humidity of an external environment based on a preset time interval; the heating module is activated based on the first humidity and the second humidity.
Referring to fig. 4, another schematic diagram of a drying control logic of a dishwasher may be shown, when a washing program enters a drying stage, the dishwasher is controlled to execute an automatic door opening command, and a door is opened to diffuse water vapor in a cavity of the dishwasher to the outside of the cavity of the dishwasher. First humidity H in dishwasher cavity can be acquired through humidity sensor 1 And a second humidity H of the external environment 2
Specifically, a difference between the first humidity and the second humidity may be calculated; and if the difference value is smaller than a preset humidity change threshold value, starting the heating module. When H is present 1 -H 2 <When the temperature is delta H (delta H is a humidity change threshold), the difference between the humidity in the cavity of the dish-washing machine and the ambient humidity is small, the water vapor in the cavity is not favorably dispersed, and the fan is turned on to accelerate the drying in the cavity of the dish-washing machine. And when the drying stage is finished, closing the fan, and executing an automatic door closing command to close the door body of the dishwasher.
In summary, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention can open the heating module before the door is opened to increase the initial drying temperature, start the fan to spray the residual water on the fan blades into the cavity, start the branch to moisten the tableware again when the cavity or the tableware is dried, and blow the hot air into the cavity through the heating pipe to increase the initial drying temperature, accelerate the internal air flow, make the internal heat distributed uniformly, and is more favorable for improving the drying effect.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fan can be started after a certain temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the cavity is achieved, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the cavity is larger in a period of time before the dish-washing machine automatically opens the door, the fan is not started firstly, and the fan is started after the constant temperature difference is small, so that cold air can be prevented from entering the cavity to form condensate water, and the drying effect is improved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fan can be started when the humidity inside and outside the cavity reaches a certain value, and the fan is started when the humidity difference is small by comparing the humidity difference between the inside and outside environments, so that the drying effect is favorably improved.
The embodiment of the invention can improve the initial drying temperature, accelerate the air flow when the door is opened and has better drying effect. After a period of time after opening the door, the fan is started again, so that the heat loss can be prevented from being too fast, condensed water is formed, the air flow difference is explained when the detection temperature is reduced slowly, the fan and the heating pipe are started at the moment, the air flow can be accelerated, the lost heat is supplemented, and the drying effect is improved.
