Description

Laundry treating apparatus, control method and device thereof, and storage medium
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of electrical equipment, and particularly relates to clothes treatment equipment, a control method and device thereof, and a storage medium.
Background
After the clothes treatment devices with drying function, such as clothes dryers, washing and drying integrated machines, dry the load, some moisture may still remain in the device, which may cause mildew or bacteria to grow easily.
In particular, a closed-cycle laundry treating apparatus such as a heat pump dryer does not discharge high-temperature and high-humidity steam during drying, but circulates inside and removes the steam. The evaporator condenses the high-temperature and high-humidity air into water, and the condenser converts the low-temperature and low-humidity air into high-temperature and low-humidity air. Since the air having much humidity is circulated in the internal system, the interior is liable to mold or bacteria. Particularly, the evaporator which condenses high-temperature and high-humidity water vapor into water often has condensed water remained thereon after the drying is finished, and finally, malodor is generated due to bacteria breeding.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
It is noted that unless otherwise indicated, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
A laundry treating apparatus, a control method, a device, and a storage medium thereof according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of clothes treatment equipment, which comprises the steps of starting a heating device and a fan in a drying tunnel after a drying program is finished and a load is taken out, heating the temperature in the drying tunnel to be higher than a preset temperature, maintaining a first preset time period, achieving a high-temperature sterilization effect, and avoiding the condition that the residual moisture in the drying tunnel is mildewed or bacteria are bred after drying.
Referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the steps of:
step 101: it is determined that the drying process is ended and the load has been taken out.
The execution main body of the embodiment of the application is clothes processing equipment with a drying function, such as a clothes dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine and the like. The user places the load in the tub of the laundry treating apparatus and starts the drying process. And after receiving an opening instruction of the drying program triggered by a user, the clothes processing equipment executes the drying program.
After the clothes treating apparatus determines that the current drying process is finished, it detects in real time whether the load in the tub is taken out by the user. Specifically, the laundry treatment apparatus acquires the number of times of opening and closing the door cover when determining that the drying process is ended. The clothes treatment equipment monitors the door cover in real time, and the recorded opening and closing times are increased by one every time the door cover is monitored to be opened or closed. If the currently acquired opening and closing times are 0, it is indicated that the door cover of the laundry treatment apparatus is not opened after the end of the drying process, and the load is necessarily still in the tub of the laundry treatment apparatus, thereby determining that the load is not taken out.
If the number of opening and closing times of the current door cover is greater than 0, it indicates that the door cover of the laundry treating apparatus is opened after the drying process is finished, and the load may still be in the tub or may have been taken out. In order to further determine whether the load has been taken out, a preset sensor is used to detect whether the load exists in the barrel. The preset sensor includes a weight sensor or an infrared sensor.
As for the weight sensor, the weight in the tub is detected by the weight sensor. If the detected weight in the barrel is larger than the preset empty barrel weight, determining that the load is not taken out. If the detected weight in the barrel is equal to the preset empty barrel weight, the loaded object is determined to be taken out.
For the infrared sensor, detecting a thermal image of the temperature in the barrel through the infrared sensor, and if the thermal image is consistent with a preset empty barrel thermal image, determining that the load is taken out. If the detected thermal image is inconsistent with the preset empty bucket thermal image, determining that the load is not taken out.
The step is to determine whether the load is taken out according to the opening and closing times of the door cover, and the load can be directly determined not to be taken out under the condition that the opening and closing times are 0, so that the time spent for determining is shortened. Under the condition that the opening and closing times are more than 0, whether the load is taken out or not is further determined through a preset sensor such as a weight sensor or an infrared sensor, accuracy of a determination result is improved, and the condition that the load is damaged due to high-temperature sterilization under the condition that the load is not taken out due to misjudgment is avoided.
Step 102: and controlling the heating device and the fan in the drying tunnel to be started.
After the drying procedure is determined to be finished and the load is taken out, the heating device and the fan in the drying tunnel are controlled to be started, and the fan blows air to enable the air to circularly flow in a channel formed by the drying tunnel and the barrel body. The air is heated as it passes through the heating means in the drying tunnel, thereby forming a heated air circulation.
Step 103: and determining that the temperature in the barrel reaches the preset temperature, and controlling the heating device to continuously heat for a first preset time period.
The laundry treating apparatus is provided therein with a temperature sensor, which may be provided in the drying tunnel, or at an air outlet of the tub, or on an inner wall of the tub, etc. After the heating device in the drying tunnel is controlled to be turned on in step 102, the temperature in the barrel is detected in real time through the temperature sensor, and the detected temperature in the barrel is compared with a preset temperature. If the detected temperature in the barrel is less than the preset temperature, heating is continued. If the detected channel temperature reaches the preset temperature, a heating device in the drying tunnel is controlled to continuously heat for a first preset time period.
Wherein the preset temperature can be 60-80 ℃, such as 60 ℃, 70 ℃, 75 ℃, 80 ℃ and the like. The value interval of the first preset time period can be 30min-1.5h, for example, the first preset time period can be 30min, 50min, 1h, 1.5h, etc.
When the current temperature in the barrel is detected to reach the preset temperature, starting timing, comparing the timing time with a first preset time, and if the timing time is smaller than the first preset time, continuing heating. If the counted time length reaches the first preset time length, the operation of step 104 is executed.
Or, after detecting that the current temperature in the tub reaches the preset temperature, counting down from the first preset time period is started, and when the counting down is 0, the operation of step 104 is performed.
In other embodiments, when it is determined that the load is removed, the time at which the load was removed is also recorded. And recording the end time of the current drying program. And calculating the time difference between the time when the load is taken out and the end time of the drying program according to the end time of the drying program and the time when the load is taken out, and determining the time difference as the residence time of the load in the barrel. Comparing the retention time length with a preset time length threshold, and if the retention time length is larger than the preset time length threshold, prolonging the first preset time length.
Since the longer the load stays in the tub after drying, the greater the possibility of moisture absorption and regaining of the load, the greater the possibility of bacteria growing on the load and the tub wall in contact with the load. Therefore, the high-temperature sterilization time is properly prolonged according to the retention time of the load in the barrel, namely, the first preset time is prolonged, and bacteria in the barrel body and the drying tunnel can be ensured to be killed.
A preset step value for adjusting the first preset duration may be preset in the laundry treating apparatus. And when the detention time length is determined to be greater than the preset time length threshold value, extending the first preset time length by the preset step value. The preset step value may be 5min, 10min, 15min, 20min or 30min, etc.
After the first preset time period is prolonged, a heating device in the drying tunnel is controlled to heat the temperature in the barrel to be higher than the preset temperature in the sterilization process, and the heating is continued for the prolonged first preset time period, so that fungi and/or bacteria possibly existing in the barrel and the drying tunnel are all eliminated.
The temperature in the barrel is heated to be higher than the preset temperature, and the first preset time is continuously heated, so that the environments in the barrel and the drying tunnel are maintained to be higher than the preset temperature and are kept for a long time, bacteria growing in the barrel and the drying tunnel are effectively killed, the high-temperature sterilization effect is achieved, and odor and health hidden dangers caused by bacteria growing in the barrel and/or the drying tunnel are avoided.
Step 104: and determining that the first preset time period is reached, and controlling the heating device and the fan to be closed.
And after the temperature in the barrel is higher than the preset temperature for a first preset time period, controlling a heating device and a fan in the drying tunnel to be closed.
According to the method and the device, under the condition that the drying procedure is finished and the load is taken out, the temperature in the barrel is heated to be higher than the preset temperature, and the first preset time is continuously heated, so that the aim of high-temperature sterilization is fulfilled.
In other implementations, after the heating device and the blower are turned off in step 104, the user may not use the laundry treatment apparatus for the next drying process for a long time, the laundry treatment apparatus is idle for a long time, and in the case that the external environment where the laundry treatment apparatus is located is high in humidity, bacteria may be grown due to moisture absorption and moisture regain inside the laundry treatment apparatus. Based on this, in the embodiment of the present application, after the heating device and the fan are turned off in step 104, the time is started, and if the counted time period has not reached the third preset time period, the laundry treatment device receives the start instruction of the drying program, and then the counted time period is cleared. If the time length reaches the third preset time length and the next drying procedure is not performed in the time length, the heating device and the fan in the drying tunnel are controlled to be started again, and sterilization treatment is performed again through the operations of the steps 102-104.
The third preset duration may be 12h, 24h, 36h, 48h, etc.
Under the condition that the clothes treatment equipment is idle for a long time, the high-temperature sterilization treatment is periodically carried out on the barrel body and the drying tunnel through the treatment, so that the situation that bacteria are bred inside the clothes treatment equipment due to the long-time idling is avoided, the clothes treatment equipment is ensured to be kept in a good state, and a user can obtain good use experience when using the clothes treatment equipment again.
In another implementation manner, a microorganism sensor may be further disposed in the laundry treatment apparatus, and after the heating device and the blower fan are turned off in step 104, if it is determined that the opening instruction of the drying program is not received, the microorganism concentration in the internal circulation passage is detected by the microorganism sensor every fourth preset time period. The internal circulation channel comprises a circulation channel formed by a barrel body and a drying channel. The microorganism sensor may be disposed in a drying tunnel, and in a laundry treatment apparatus such as a heat pump dryer, the microorganism sensor may be disposed at a location of an evaporator or a condenser.
The fourth preset duration may be 2h, 4h, 5h, 8h, 10h, etc.
And comparing the microorganism concentration detected by the microorganism sensor with a preset concentration threshold value, and if the detected microorganism concentration is smaller than or equal to the preset concentration threshold value, continuously and periodically detecting the microorganism concentration. If the detected microorganism concentration is greater than the preset concentration threshold, the heating device and the fan in the drying tunnel are controlled to be started again, and the high-temperature sterilization treatment is carried out again through the operation of the steps 102-104.
Under the condition that the clothes treatment equipment is idle for a long time, the concentration of microorganisms in the barrel is periodically detected, and when the concentration of the microorganisms is detected to be larger than a preset concentration threshold value, high-temperature sterilization treatment is carried out on the barrel body and the drying tunnel, so that the accuracy of high-temperature sterilization is improved, the problem that the sterilization process is carried out under the condition that the concentration of the microorganisms is low to cause resource waste is avoided, and the situation that bacteria cannot be completely killed due to sterilization under the condition that the concentration of the microorganisms is high can also be avoided.
In other embodiments of the present application, it is contemplated that some moisture may remain in the tub and drying tunnel after the drying process is completed, particularly for laundry treatment apparatuses such as heat pump dryers, where the water vapor is not vented, but is removed by internal circulation. The evaporator and condenser in such laundry treatment apparatuses are more prone to moisture residue. After it is determined through step 101 that the drying process is finished and the load has been taken out for such laundry treatment apparatuses, the heating operation of step 102 may be performed not first, but a dehumidifying process is performed first to remove the residual moisture in the tub and the drying tunnel, and then the heating operation of step 102 is performed.
Specifically, the laundry treatment apparatus such as a heat pump dryer includes a heat pump system, and after it is determined that a drying process is completed and a load has been taken out, the heat pump system and a blower are controlled to be turned on, air flow is blown by the blower, and moisture in the air is removed by the operation of the heat pump system. Starting timing while starting the heat pump system, comparing the timing time with a second preset time, and if the timing time is smaller than the second preset time, continuing to dehumidify through the heat pump system. And if the time length reaches the second preset time length, controlling the heat pump system to be closed. The heat sterilization operation of step 102 is then performed.
The value interval of the second preset time period may be 5min-30min, for example, the second preset time period may be 5min, 10min, 15min, 20min, 30min, etc.
The dehumidification process is executed first, and then the sterilization process of steps 102-104 is executed, so that the barrel body and the drying tunnel can be ensured to be in a dry environment before sterilization, and the situation that bacteria grow quickly due to residual moisture in the barrel body and the drying tunnel after sterilization is avoided.
After the heating device and the fan are turned off in step 104, if it is determined that the opening instruction of the drying program is not received, detecting the humidity in the internal circulation channel through the humidity sensor every fifth preset time period. The humidity sensor can be arranged on the inner wall of the barrel body and also can be arranged in the drying tunnel. For laundry treatment apparatuses such as heat pump dryers, the humidity sensor may be provided at a location where the evaporator or condenser is located.
If the detected humidity is less than or equal to the preset humidity threshold value, the humidity in the internal circulation channel is continuously and periodically detected. And if the detected humidity is greater than the preset humidity threshold value, controlling the heat pump system and the fan again to dehumidify.
The humidity is periodically detected through the mode, and the dehumidification process is performed when the humidity is greater than the preset humidity threshold value, so that the moisture in the clothes treatment equipment can be timely removed, the clothes treatment equipment is prevented from being idle for a long time to absorb moisture and get damp, the inside of the clothes treatment equipment is ensured to keep a dry state for a long time, the speed of bacteria breeding in the inside of the clothes treatment equipment is effectively slowed down, the times of the clothes treatment equipment for performing the high-temperature sterilization process are reduced, the clothes treatment equipment is ensured to be dry and not to breed a large amount of bacteria, and the energy consumption is reduced.
The sterilization process, or the dehumidification and sterilization process of the embodiment of the application may be automatically performed after the laundry processing apparatus detects that the current drying program is finished.
The user may actively select the sterilization function or simultaneously select the dehumidification and sterilization functions through the control panel of the laundry treatment apparatus or through the client of the laundry treatment apparatus on the mobile terminal side before starting the drying program. When the laundry treating apparatus determines that the sterilization function is selected by the user after the end of the drying program, the sterilization process of steps 101 to 104 is automatically performed.
