A control method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus and a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As an example, the structure of the laundry treating apparatus for performing the control method shown in fig. 1 may be as shown in fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a laundry treating apparatus having a control function according to the present application. Wherein, the laundry treating apparatus includes: the drying device comprises a drying cavity 11, a temperature and humidity sensor 12, an air outlet 13, a fresh air inlet 14, an air door 15, an air door motor 16, a fan 17 and a temperature sensor 18.
The temperature and humidity sensor 12 is configured to monitor a temperature and a humidity of the humid air exhausted from the drying cavity 11, so as to determine a dryness and humidity degree and a temperature of the laundry to be dried.
And the air outlet 13 is used for exhausting the humid air in the drying cavity 11.
And the fresh air inlet 14 is used for allowing external dry and cold air to flow into the drying cavity 11 through the fresh air inlet 14 and condensing the humid gas in the drying cavity 11.
When the air door 15 is in a closed state, the clothes treatment device is in an internal circulation mode, the temperature in the drying cavity 11 rises, and the moisture of the clothes is evaporated; when the damper 15 is in an open state, the laundry treating apparatus is in an external circulation mode, the temperature in the drying chamber 11 is lowered, moisture is condensed, and humid air is discharged.
And a damper motor 16 for controlling the opening and closing of the damper 15.
And a blower 17 for circulating air inside the drying chamber 11 and sucking external cold air.
A temperature sensor 18 for monitoring the temperature of the air blown into the drying chamber 11 to control the opening and closing of the heating unit and the opening and closing of the damper 15.
Referring to fig. 3, the laundry treating apparatus further includes: and a heating unit 19 for heating the air flow introduced from the outside of the clothes treatment apparatus through the fresh air inlet 14.
The laundry processing apparatus may be a dryer, a washing and drying integrated drum washing machine, and the like, and is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 101, obtaining a weight representation value of clothes to be processed.
Wherein, the weight characterizing value refers to the weight value of the clothes to be treated.
Specifically, in the process of drying the laundry, after the laundry to be treated is placed in the drying cavity 11 of the laundry treatment device, as one possible implementation manner, the weight of the laundry may be measured by a load cell disposed in the drying cavity 11 of the laundry treatment device, and as another possible implementation manner, a certain voltage is applied to a motor of the laundry treatment device, and the time taken for the motor or the drying cavity 11 to reach a certain rotation speed or a certain position is calculated, so that the weight of the laundry in the drying cavity 11 is calculated in combination with a mechanical principle.
When the laundry processing apparatus executing the control method of the embodiment of the present application is a laundry processing apparatus integrating washing and drying, as a possible scenario, if the laundry processing apparatus executes a washing and drying program, a weight representative value of laundry to be processed in a drying state may be obtained, specifically, before the drying cavity 11 enters the washing water, the laundry in the drying state may be weighed to obtain the weight representative value of the laundry to be processed in the drying state, and further, the washing water enters the drying cavity 11 to wash the laundry to be processed. Therefore, the problem that when the washed clothes are weighed, the weight of the clothes is not accurately measured due to reasons such as incomplete dehydration and the like is solved.
As another possible scenario, if the laundry processing apparatus performs a single-drying process, the weight characteristic value of the laundry to be processed before the dehydration may also be obtained, and specifically, after the rinsing process is finished and before the dehydration process is started, the laundry before the dehydration may be weighed, so as to determine the weight characteristic value of the laundry to be processed according to the measured weight of the laundry before the dehydration. It should be noted that after the weight representative value of the laundry to be treated before dehydration is obtained, the laundry does not need to be weighed again after dehydration, so as to shorten the washing time of the laundry.
As another possible scenario, if the laundry processing apparatus performs the single-drying process, the weight characteristic value of the dehydrated laundry to be processed may be obtained, and specifically, after the rinsing process is finished, before the dehydration process is started, the dehydrated laundry is weighed to set the dehydration time according to the measured weight of the pre-dehydrated laundry, and after the dehydration process is finished, the dehydrated laundry is weighed again to obtain the measured weight characteristic value of the dehydrated laundry.
And 102, determining the target humidity according to the weight characterization value.
The target humidity refers to a humidity to be reached after the laundry is dried, and the target humidity to be reached during drying may be determined according to a weight representative value of the laundry, which is not limited herein.
For example, upon determining that the weight of the laundry to be dried is greater than 2 kg, the target humidity value may be set to 38%; the weight of the laundry to be dried is less than 2 kg, and the target humidity value may be set to 42%.
Specifically, in the course of performing drying of the laundry, after the laundry to be dried is placed in drying cavity 11 of the laundry treatment device, a weight representative value of the laundry to be treated is obtained, so as to determine a target humidity of the laundry to be treated according to the weight representative value.
When the laundry processing apparatus executing the control method of the embodiment of the present application is a laundry processing apparatus integrating washing and drying, as a possible scenario, if the laundry processing apparatus executes a washing and drying program, a weight representative value of laundry in a drying state may be obtained, and a target humidity is determined, specifically, the laundry in the drying state may be weighed before the drying cavity 11 enters the washing water, so as to determine the target humidity according to the measured laundry weight in the drying state. Therefore, the problem that when the washed clothes are weighed, the weight of the clothes is inaccurate to measure due to reasons such as incomplete dehydration and the like, and the target humidity cannot be determined correctly is solved.
As another possible scenario, if the laundry processing apparatus performs the single-drying process, the target humidity may also be determined according to the weight characteristic value of the laundry to be processed before the dehydration process, and specifically, after the rinsing process is finished and before the dehydration process is started, the laundry before the dehydration process may be weighed, so as to determine the target humidity according to the measured weight characteristic value of the laundry before the dehydration process. It should be noted that after the target humidity is determined according to the weight characterization value of the laundry before dehydration, the laundry is not required to be weighed again after dehydration, so as to shorten the washing time of the laundry.
As another possible scenario, if the laundry processing apparatus performs the single-drying process, the characterization value of the weight of the dehydrated laundry may be obtained to determine the target humidity, and specifically, after the rinsing process is finished, before the dehydration process is started, the dehydrated laundry may be weighed to set the dehydration time according to the measured weight of the pre-dehydrated laundry, and after the dehydration process is finished, the dehydrated laundry may be weighed again to determine the target humidity according to the measured characterization value of the weight of the dehydrated laundry. Therefore, the target humidity is determined by weighing the clothes in the drying cavity 11 twice, and the clothes with better hand feeling can be obtained after the drying process is executed.
Step 103, controlling a heating unit of the laundry treating apparatus to heat the air flow passing through the heating unit to perform a drying process.
Specifically, the drying cavity 11 of the laundry treatment apparatus contains laundry to be dried, and during the drying process of the laundry, the heating unit 19 of the laundry treatment apparatus may be controlled to heat the airflow flowing through the heating unit 19 by monitoring the temperature value in the drying cavity 11. Wherein at least part of the air flow is introduced from outside the laundry treating apparatus.
As a possible implementation manner, the temperature of the airflow in the drying cavity 11 may be detected by a temperature and humidity sensor 12 disposed in the laundry processing apparatus, and according to the detected temperature value, the heating unit 19 is controlled to heat the airflow flowing through the heating unit 19, so as to perform a drying process, so as to avoid heating to an excessive temperature, damaging the laundry, or causing a danger.
And 104, acquiring a clothes humidity representation value.
Wherein the humidity characterizing value is a humidity value of an air flow discharged from the laundry treating apparatus.
Specifically, during the drying process of the clothes, air flow is continuously exhausted from the clothes treatment device, and the air flow exhausted from the clothes treatment device can be continuously monitored by the temperature and humidity sensor 12 to obtain the humidity representative value of the clothes.
It should be noted that the temperature and humidity sensor 12 may be an independent temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, or may be an integrated temperature and humidity sensor integrating temperature and humidity detection functions, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And 105, determining that the humidity representation value is smaller than the target humidity, and stopping executing the drying process.
In the embodiment of the present application, during the drying process, the humidity value of the airflow discharged from the laundry treating apparatus is continuously monitored by the temperature/humidity sensor 12, and whether the monitored humidity value of the airflow discharged from the laundry treating apparatus is less than or equal to the target humidity is determined to determine whether to stop the drying process.
In a possible scenario, when the humidity value monitored by the temperature and humidity sensor 12 for the airflow discharged from the clothes treatment apparatus is smaller than the target humidity, the heating unit 19 is controlled to stop heating the airflow flowing through the heating unit 19, and the drying process is stopped, so that the problem that the clothes are damaged due to excessive drying of the clothes is avoided.
In another possible scenario, when the humidity value monitored by the temperature and humidity sensor 12 for the airflow discharged from the clothes treatment apparatus is greater than the target humidity, the temperature sensor may be controlled to continue to detect the temperature of the heated airflow in the drying cavity 11, so as to control the heating unit 19 to continue to heat the airflow flowing through the heating unit 19 according to the temperature value, and the drying process is stopped when the humidity value monitored by the temperature and humidity sensor 12 for the airflow discharged from the clothes treatment apparatus is less than the target humidity.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, the target humidity is determined according to the weight characteristic value by obtaining the weight characteristic value of the clothes to be treated, the heating unit of the clothes treatment device is controlled to heat the airflow flowing through the heating unit so as to execute the drying process, the clothes humidity characteristic value is obtained, the humidity characteristic value is determined to be smaller than the target humidity, and the drying process is stopped. Therefore, the drying process of the clothes is controlled according to the humidity representation value of the clothes, the drying efficiency is improved, and the technical problem that whether the clothes are dried or not can not be accurately judged in the prior art, so that the clothes are excessively dried or insufficiently dried is solved.
Based on the above embodiment, the present embodiment provides another control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, and fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating the control method of another laundry treatment apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
step 201, determining a target humidity according to the weight of the laundry.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation process of step 201 refers to the implementation process of step 102 in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here.
Step 202, an ambient temperature value is obtained.
Specifically, before the drying program is executed, an ambient temperature value is detected according to a temperature sensor arranged in the clothes processing device, so that when the drying program is stopped subsequently, the time length for cooling the clothes is controlled according to the ambient temperature value.
Step 203, controlling a damper of the clothes treatment device to enable air flow outside the clothes treatment device to be led into the clothes treatment device and flow through the heating unit.
Wherein, the air door is used for switching the air flow path of the air flow passing through the clothes treatment device.
Optionally, in the process of drying clothes, the air door can be controlled to be opened, when the air door is opened, the cold air flow is introduced into the clothes treatment device from the fresh air inlet and flows through the heating unit, the air flow with high humidity in the clothes treatment device is condensed, and the condensed air flow is discharged from the air outlet, so that the humidity in the clothes treatment device is discharged out of the drying cavity along with the condensed air flow, the drying purpose is realized, meanwhile, the clothes cannot be heated too high in the drying process, and the risk of clothes damage is reduced.
It should be noted that, in the process of drying the clothes, the air door of the clothes processing device may be selectively controlled to be closed, and when the air door is closed, the airflow discharged from the drying cavity flows back into the drying cavity again, so that the temperature in the drying cavity is gradually raised, which is beneficial to the evaporation of the moisture in the object to be dried in the drying cavity. However, this method easily causes the temperature of the laundry to be too high, and there is a risk of damaging the laundry.
And step 204, controlling a heating unit of the clothes treatment device to heat the airflow flowing through the heating unit so as to execute a drying process.
Specifically, the clothes to be dried are contained in the drying cavity of the clothes treatment device, and in the drying process of the clothes, the heating unit can be controlled to heat the airflow flowing through the heating unit by monitoring the temperature value in the drying cavity so as to execute the drying process.
In one scenario, referring to fig. 5, step 204 specifically includes the following sub-steps:
step 2041, a temperature value characterizing the inside of the outer tub of the laundry treatment apparatus is obtained.
As a possible case, the temperature value inside the outer tub of the laundry processing apparatus may be obtained, so as to control the heating process of the air flow in the drying cavity by the heating unit according to the obtained temperature value. Wherein, the temperature value is the temperature value of the air current after flowing through the heating unit.
As another possible implementation manner, the temperature value of the air flow heated by the heating unit may be detected by a temperature sensor disposed in the inner tub of the laundry processing device, so as to control the heating unit to heat the air flow in the drying cavity according to the detected temperature value.
As another possible case, the temperature value at the air outlet of the clothes treatment apparatus may be obtained, so as to control the heating unit to heat the airflow in the drying cavity according to the obtained temperature value.
It should be noted that, when obtaining the temperature value of the airflow flowing through the heating unit heated by the heating unit of the laundry processing device, in the embodiment of the present application, the obtaining position of the specific temperature value is not limited.
And 2042, controlling the heating unit to intermittently heat according to the temperature value.
As a possible scenario, when the laundry processing apparatus starts to execute the drying program, the heating unit is controlled to heat, and during the drying process, the temperature in the drying cavity is monitored, and when the temperature value is less than or equal to a first temperature threshold, for example, the first temperature threshold is 95 degrees celsius, the heating unit is continuously controlled to heat until the monitored temperature value is increased to be greater than a second temperature threshold, for example, the second temperature threshold is 105 degrees celsius, and the heating unit is controlled to stop heating, so as to avoid damage to the laundry due to an excessively high temperature value in the drying cavity. Furthermore, in the drying process, after the heating unit stops heating, the temperature in the drying cavity can be gradually reduced, and when the temperature value is monitored to be reduced to be less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, the heating unit is controlled to recover heating, so that the temperature value in the drying cavity is increased, the moisture in the clothes is evaporated conveniently, the aim of drying the clothes is achieved, and the drying efficiency is improved.
Optionally, in the process of drying the clothes, different first temperature thresholds and second temperature thresholds can be set according to the material characteristics of the clothes to control the temperature value of the heating unit, so that the clothes damage caused by high temperature is avoided.
As another possible scenario, in the drying process, when the monitored temperature value in the drying cavity is greater than the second temperature threshold, the heating unit is controlled to stop heating until the temperature value is reduced to be less than or equal to the first temperature threshold, and the heating unit is controlled to resume heating, so that the temperature value in the drying cavity is raised, the moisture in the clothes is evaporated conveniently, the purpose of drying the clothes is achieved, and the drying efficiency is improved.
In another possible scenario, in the drying process, after the monitored temperature value in the drying cavity is greater than the first temperature threshold and less than the second temperature threshold, the heating unit is controlled to maintain the current state. That is, when the current state is the heating state, the drying and heating unit is controlled to continue heating, and when the current state is the heating stop state, the drying and heating unit is continuously controlled to stop heating.
It can be understood that the turning on and off of the heating unit, i.e., during the drying is performed, is based on the monitored temperature value being compared with the preset first and second temperature thresholds to determine whether to turn on or off the heating.
It should be noted that, in the process of controlling the heating unit to intermittently heat according to the temperature value, the temperature and humidity sensor is controlled to monitor the humidity value of the airflow discharged from the drying cavity in real time, and when the monitored humidity value is smaller than the target humidity, the drying process is stopped.
In step 205, the humidity value of the air flow discharged from the laundry treating apparatus is monitored.
Specifically, during the drying process of the clothes, air flow is continuously discharged from the clothes treatment device, and the air flow discharged from the clothes treatment device can be continuously monitored by the temperature and humidity sensor 12 to obtain the humidity value of the clothes.
It should be noted that the temperature and humidity sensor 12 may be an independent temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, or may be an integrated temperature and humidity sensor integrating temperature and humidity detection functions, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step 206, determining whether to stop executing the drying process according to whether the monitored humidity value is less than or equal to the target humidity.
As a possible scenario, if the monitored humidity value is greater than the target humidity, step 204 is performed.
As another possible case, if the monitored humidity value is less than or equal to the target humidity, step 207 is performed, i.e., it is determined to stop performing the drying process.
And step 207, if the drying process is determined to be stopped, cooling according to the environmental temperature value.
Specifically, when the monitored humidity value is smaller than the target humidity, for example, the target humidity is 42%, it is determined that the laundry is dried, the drying process may be stopped, and the cooling time of the laundry is set according to the detected ambient temperature value, so that the laundry is cooled, the laundry is dried and stopped immediately, energy waste is avoided, the drying efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the laundry is protected, and the laundry is prevented from being hardened and deformed.
In the embodiment of the application, in the cooling process, the temperature of the clothes can be maintained within a certain range, for example, the range from 35 ℃ to 45 ℃, and the situation that the clothes are hard after being dried due to too low temperature in the cooling stage is avoided, so that the dried clothes are comfortable to wear.
It should be noted that the cooling parameters can be specifically set according to the ambient temperature values, so that the dried clothes have better hand feeling experience at various ambient temperatures.
As a possible implementation, the cooling time period may be set according to the ambient temperature value. For example: when the ambient temperature value is lower, for example, less than 20 ℃, the clothes can be cooled down in a short time, so that a short cooling time, for example, 1 minute, can be set; at a high ambient temperature value, the laundry may not be completely cooled down in a short time, and thus a long cooling time, for example, 3 minutes, needs to be set.
As another possible implementation, the cooling temperature may be set according to an ambient temperature value. For example: when the ambient temperature is lower, for example, less than or equal to 20 ℃, the cooling temperature can be set to 40 ℃ to 45 ℃, so that the phenomenon that the clothes are hard after being dried due to too low temperature in the cooling stage is avoided, and the hand feeling temperature of the clothes at the end of the drying process is also improved; when ambient temperature is higher, for example, when being greater than 20 degrees centigrade, can set up cooling temperature to 30 degrees centigrade to 35 degrees centigrade, reduced the temperature of feeling of clothing when drying the procedure and finishing. Therefore, the cooling temperature is set according to the ambient temperature value, and the hand feeling temperature of the clothes can achieve an excellent effect when the drying process is finished.
The control method of the clothes processing device comprises the steps of determining target humidity according to a clothes weight representation value, obtaining an environmental temperature value, controlling an air door of the clothes processing device, enabling air flow outside the clothes processing device to be introduced into the clothes processing device and flow through a heating unit, controlling the heating unit to heat the air flow flowing through the heating unit, executing a drying process, monitoring a humidity value of the air flow discharged from the clothes processing device, monitoring a temperature value of the air flow heated by the heating unit if the monitored humidity value is larger than the target humidity, controlling the heating unit to intermittently heat according to the temperature value, determining to stop executing the drying process if the monitored humidity value is smaller than or equal to the target humidity, and cooling according to the environmental temperature value.
