Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
A control method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus and a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As an example, the structure of the laundry treatment apparatus executing the control method shown in fig. 1 may be as shown in fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a laundry treatment apparatus having a control function according to the present application. Wherein, the laundry treating apparatus includes: drying cavity 11, temperature and humidity sensor 12, air outlet 13, fresh air inlet 14, air door 15, air door motor 16, fan 17 and temperature sensor 18.
The temperature and humidity sensor 12 is configured to monitor a temperature and a humidity of the humid air exhausted from the drying cavity 11, so as to determine a dryness and humidity degree and a temperature of the laundry to be dried.
And the air outlet 13 is used for exhausting the humid air in the drying cavity 11.
And the fresh air inlet 14 is used for allowing external dry and cold air to flow into the drying cavity 11 through the fresh air inlet 14 and condensing the humid gas in the drying cavity 11.
When the air door 15 is in a closed state, the clothes treatment device is in an internal circulation mode, the temperature in the drying cavity 11 rises, and the moisture of the clothes is evaporated; when the damper 15 is in an open state, the laundry treating apparatus is in an external circulation mode, the temperature in the drying chamber 11 is lowered, moisture is condensed, and humid air is discharged.
And a damper motor 16 for controlling the opening and closing of the damper 15.
And a blower 17 for circulating air inside the drying chamber 11 and sucking external cold air.
A temperature sensor 18 for monitoring the temperature of the air blown into the drying chamber 11 to control the opening and closing of the heater and the opening and closing of the damper 15.
Referring to fig. 3, the laundry treating apparatus further includes: and a heater 19 for heating the air flow introduced from the outside of the clothes treatment apparatus through the fresh air inlet 14.
The laundry processing device is used for drying laundry, and the laundry processing device may be a dryer, a washing and drying integrated drum washing machine, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 101, obtaining an ambient temperature.
Specifically, the ambient temperature value may be detected from the temperature sensor 18 provided in the laundry treating apparatus before determining to perform the drying course.
For example, if the laundry processing apparatus is a washing and drying integrated drum washing machine, and the washing and drying process is performed, the ambient temperature value may be detected by the temperature sensor 18 provided in the laundry processing apparatus after the dehydration process is completed and before the drying process is started, in a case where the heater does not start heating.
If the laundry treating apparatus is a dryer, it is required that the ambient temperature value is detected by the temperature sensor 18 provided in the laundry treating apparatus before the drying process is performed.
Therefore, the ambient temperature needs to be detected under the condition that the temperature of the heater is consistent with the ambient temperature before the drying process is executed, and the error in the detection of the ambient temperature is avoided.
Step 102, determining a target value of a cooling parameter according to the ambient temperature.
The cooling parameter may be a cooling time, a cooling temperature, or the like.
Specifically, according to the detected ambient temperature value, the target value of the cooling temperature and/or the cooling time of the clothes can be set, so that the dried clothes have good hand feeling experience at each ambient temperature, meanwhile, the clothes are protected, and the clothes are prevented from being hardened and deformed.
In the embodiment of the application, in the cooling process, the temperature of the clothes can be maintained within a certain range, for example, within a range from 30 ℃ to 45 ℃, the problem that the clothes are hard after being dried due to too low temperature in the cooling stage is avoided, and therefore the dried clothes are comfortable to wear.
As a possible implementation, the target value of the cooling temperature may be set according to the ambient temperature. For example: when the environmental temperature is lower, for example, less than or equal to 20 ℃, the target value of the cooling temperature can be set to 40 ℃ to 45 ℃, so that the phenomenon that the clothes are hard after being dried due to too low temperature in the cooling stage is avoided, and the hand feeling temperature of the clothes at the end of the drying process is also improved; when the ambient temperature is high, for example, greater than 20 degrees celsius, the target value of the cooling temperature may be set to 30 to 35 degrees celsius, which reduces the temperature of the hand feeling of the laundry at the end of the drying process. Therefore, the cooling temperature is set according to the ambient temperature value, and the hand feeling temperature of the clothes can achieve an excellent effect when the drying process is finished.
As another possible implementation, the target value of the cooling time period may also be set according to the ambient temperature. For example: when the ambient temperature value is low, for example, less than or equal to 20 ℃, the clothes can be cooled down in a short time, so that a short cooling time period, for example, 1 minute, can be set; at higher ambient temperature values, for example greater than 20 degrees celsius, the laundry may not be completely cooled down in a short time, and thus a longer cooling time period, for example 3 minutes, needs to be set.
As still another possible implementation, the target values of the cooling time period and the cooling temperature may also be set simultaneously in accordance with the ambient temperature. For example: when the ambient temperature is low, for example, less than or equal to 20 degrees celsius, the target value of the cooling time period may be set to 1 minute while the target value of the cooling temperature is set to 40 to 45 degrees celsius; when the ambient temperature is high, for example, more than 20 degrees celsius, the target value of the cooling time period may be set to 3 minutes while the target value of the cooling temperature is set to 30 to 35 degrees celsius.
And 103, executing a cooling process after the drying process, determining that the cooling parameters meet the target values, and stopping executing the cooling process.
Specifically, after the clothes treatment device stops performing the drying process, the heater 19 of the clothes treatment device may be controlled to be turned off, the clothes in the drying cavity 11 may be stopped from being heated, the blower 17 of the clothes treatment device may be controlled to operate, so as to introduce the airflow outside the clothes treatment device into the drying cavity 11 to perform the cooling process, and the cooling process may be stopped when the cooling parameter meets the target value. Therefore, the clothes can reach a proper temperature after being cooled, and the hand feeling temperature of the clothes can reach an excellent effect.
As an example, if the target value of the cooling time period in the cooling parameters is set to 3 minutes, the cooling process is stopped when the cooling time period reaches 3 minutes during the cooling process.
According to the control method of the clothes processing device, the ambient temperature is obtained, the target value of the cooling parameter is determined according to the ambient temperature, the cooling process after the drying process is executed, the cooling parameter is determined to be in accordance with the target value, and the cooling process is stopped. The method realizes the purpose of determining the target value of the cooling parameter according to the ambient temperature to control the cooling process, so that the hand feeling temperature of the clothes reaches an excellent effect after the cooling process is finished, compared with the mode that whether the cooling is stopped is judged only by depending on whether the temperature detected by the temperature sensor reaches a certain fixed temperature value or not in the prior art, the method considers the error between the temperature detected under different ambient temperatures and the actual temperature of the clothes and the experience of the user on the temperature under different ambient temperatures, and avoids the problems that the hand feeling of the clothes is poor, and the hand feeling is hot or the hand feeling is cold after the cooling process is finished in the prior art.
In another scenario, the cooling parameter is a cooling time period, in which case a target value for the cooling time period may be determined based on the ambient temperature to determine whether the cooling time period is equal to the target value to control the cooling process. The above process is described in detail with reference to fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the steps of:
step 201, obtaining an ambient temperature.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation process of step 201 may refer to the implementation process of step 101 in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here.
In step 202, it is determined whether the ambient temperature is greater than a temperature threshold.
Specifically, it is determined whether the determined ambient temperature before the drying process is performed is greater than a temperature threshold, and if the ambient temperature is greater than the temperature threshold, step 203 is performed; otherwise, step 204 is performed.
Step 203, determining that the ambient temperature is greater than the temperature threshold, and setting the target value as a first value.
The temperature threshold is a preset temperature value, and may be set to 20 degrees celsius, for example.
In the embodiment of the application, if the ambient temperature before the drying process is monitored and determined to be executed is greater than the temperature threshold value, and the clothes may not be completely cooled down in a short time, the target value of the cooling parameter is determined to be the first value.
It should be noted that the cooling parameter is a cooling time, the target value is a time value, and the first value, which is the cooling time value, is determined according to the cooling time required when the surface temperature of the clothes is 30 to 35 ℃.
As an example, if the temperature threshold is 20 degrees celsius, in the case of hot weather, the detected ambient temperature is 30 degrees celsius, the laundry may not be completely cooled down in a short time, and the target value is set to 3 minutes according to the cooling time required when the surface temperature of the laundry is 30 degrees celsius to 35 degrees celsius, so as to reduce the temperature of the laundry at the end of the cooling process, avoid the phenomenon that the laundry is scalded during the cooling process, and thus improve the hand feeling of the laundry.
Step 204, determining that the ambient temperature value is less than or equal to the temperature threshold value, and setting the target value as a second value;
in the embodiment of the present application, if the detected and determined ambient temperature before the drying process is performed is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, the laundry may be cooled down in a short time, and then the target value of the cooling temperature when the cooling is stopped is determined to be the second value. Wherein the first value is greater than the second value.
It should be noted that the second value is determined according to the cooling time required when the surface temperature of the clothes is 40 to 45 degrees celsius.
As an example, if the temperature threshold is 20 degrees celsius, in the case of a cold weather, the detected ambient temperature is 10 degrees celsius, the surface temperature of the clothes can be cooled to 40 to 45 degrees celsius in a short time, and the index value of the cooling time when the cooling is stopped can be determined to be 1 minute, so that the phenomenon that the temperature of the clothes is low due to a long cooling time when the clothes are cooled is avoided, and the clothes are hardened, thereby improving the hand feeling of the clothes.
And step 205, executing the cooling process after the drying process, determining that the cooling time reaches the target value, and stopping executing the cooling process.
Specifically, after the clothes treatment device stops performing the drying process, the heater of the clothes treatment device may be controlled to be turned off, the clothes in the drying cavity are stopped from being heated, the fan of the clothes treatment device is controlled to operate, so as to introduce the airflow outside the clothes treatment device into the drying cavity to perform the cooling process, and when it is determined that the cooling time reaches the target value, the clothes treatment device may be controlled to stop performing the cooling process.
According to the control method of the clothes processing device, whether the environment temperature is larger than the temperature threshold value or not is judged by obtaining the environment temperature, the environment temperature is determined to be larger than the temperature threshold value, the target value is set to be the first value, the environment temperature value is determined to be smaller than or equal to the temperature threshold value, the target value is set to be the second value, the cooling process after the drying process is executed, the cooling time is determined to reach the target value, and the cooling process is stopped. Therefore, the target value of the cooling time is set according to the environment temperature, and the cooling process is controlled by determining the cooling time, so that the hand feeling temperature of the clothes reaches an excellent effect when the cooling program is finished.
In one scenario, the laundry treating apparatus includes a temperature sensor that monitors a cooling temperature, and when the cooling parameter is the cooling temperature, a target value of the cooling temperature may be determined according to an ambient temperature to control the cooling process according to whether the temperature monitored by the temperature sensor meets the target value. The above process is described in detail with reference to fig. 5, and fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating another control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the steps of:
step 301, obtaining an ambient temperature.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation process of step 301 may refer to the implementation process of step 101 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 302, determine whether the ambient temperature is greater than a temperature threshold.
The temperature threshold is a preset temperature range, and may be 15 to 25 degrees celsius.
For example, the temperature threshold may be set to 20 degrees celsius, and since 20 degrees celsius is a boundary of human perception temperature, the human body may feel warm when the temperature is greater than 20 degrees celsius, and may feel cold when the temperature is less than 20 degrees celsius, the temperature threshold may be set to 20 degrees celsius.
Specifically, it is determined whether the determined ambient temperature before the drying process is performed is greater than a temperature threshold, and if the ambient temperature is greater than the temperature threshold, step 303 is performed; otherwise, step 304 is performed.
Step 303, determining that the ambient temperature is greater than the temperature threshold, and setting the target value as a third value.
In the embodiment of the application, if the ambient temperature before the drying process is monitored and determined is greater than the temperature threshold, the target value of the cooling parameter is set as a third value.
The cooling parameter is a cooling temperature, and the target value is a temperature value.
As an example, if the temperature threshold is 20 degrees celsius, and the detected ambient temperature is 30 degrees celsius in case of hot weather, the target value of the cooling temperature at the time of cooling stop may be determined to be 30 degrees celsius to lower the temperature of the laundry at the end of the cooling process, thereby improving the feel of the laundry.
Step 304, determining that the ambient temperature is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, and setting the target value as a fourth value.
In this embodiment of the application, if the detected ambient temperature before the drying process is performed is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, the target value of the cooling temperature is set to the fourth value. Wherein the third value is less than the fourth value.
As an example, if the temperature threshold is 20 degrees celsius, and the detected ambient temperature is 10 degrees celsius in a cold weather, the target value of the cooling temperature when the cooling is stopped may be determined to be 40 degrees celsius to increase the temperature of the laundry at the end of the cooling process, so as to avoid the laundry from becoming hard due to a low temperature after the laundry is cooled, thereby improving the hand feeling of the laundry.
And 305, executing a cooling process after the drying process, determining that the temperature monitored by the temperature sensor is less than or equal to the target value, and stopping executing the cooling process.
Specifically, after the clothes treatment device stops performing the drying process, the heater of the clothes treatment device may be controlled to be turned off, the clothes in the drying cavity are stopped from being heated, the fan of the clothes treatment device is controlled to operate, so as to introduce the airflow outside the clothes treatment device into the drying cavity to perform the cooling process, and when the temperature sensor for monitoring the cooling temperature monitors that the cooling temperature is less than or equal to the target value, the clothes treatment device is controlled to stop performing the cooling process.
As a possible case, a temperature sensor for monitoring a cooling temperature is disposed between a heater of the laundry treating apparatus and an air inlet of the drying chamber, the temperature sensor controls the laundry treating apparatus to stop performing the cooling process by monitoring a temperature of an air flow passing through the heater in real time when the temperature of the air flow is monitored to be less than or equal to a target value.
As another possible case, a temperature sensor for monitoring a cooling temperature is disposed at an air outlet of a drying chamber of the laundry treating apparatus, the temperature sensor monitors a temperature of an air flow exhausted from the drying chamber in real time, and controls the laundry treating apparatus to stop performing the cooling process when the temperature of the air flow is monitored to be less than or equal to a target value.
As an example, if the target value of the set cooling temperature is 40 degrees celsius, the cooling process is stopped when the temperature sensor for monitoring the cooling temperature monitors that the temperature of the air flow exhausted from the drying chamber is less than or equal to 40 degrees celsius during the cooling process.
According to the control method of the clothes processing device, whether the environment temperature is larger than the temperature threshold value or not is judged by obtaining the environment temperature, the environment temperature value is determined to be larger than the temperature threshold value, the target value is set to be the third value, the environment temperature value is determined to be smaller than or equal to the temperature threshold value, the target value is set to be the fourth value, the third value is smaller than the fourth value, the cooling process after the drying process is executed, the temperature monitored by the temperature sensor is determined to be smaller than or equal to the target value, and the cooling process is stopped. Therefore, the target value of the cooling temperature is set according to the environment temperature, the cooling process is controlled by monitoring the cooling temperature through the temperature sensor, and the hand feeling temperature of the clothes can achieve the excellent effect when the cooling program is finished.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application also proposes a control device of a laundry treating device.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of a laundry treatment device according to an embodiment of the present application.

As a possible scenario, the obtaining module 110 is specifically configured to: the ambient temperature before the drying process is performed is acquired.

As another possible case, the first value is determined according to a cooling time required when the surface temperature of the clothes is 30 to 35 ℃; the second value is determined according to the cooling time required when the surface temperature of the clothes is 40-45 ℃.
As another possible case, the cooling parameter is a cooling temperature; the cooling module 130 may be further specifically configured to:
and executing a cooling process after the drying process, determining that the temperature monitored by the temperature sensor is less than or equal to the target value, and stopping executing the cooling process.
