The following description of the embodiments can be understood with reference to fig. 2 and the above description.
Referring to fig. 3, which illustrates a flowchart of a drying method for a cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the drying method for a cooking appliance may include the following steps:
step S101: and responding to the drying triggering instruction, and executing pre-drying operation.
In some embodiments, the control panel of the cooking appliance can be provided with a "drying" function key, after cooking, if water is accumulated in the cavity of the cooking appliance, a user can click the "drying" function key to trigger a drying trigger instruction, and the cooking appliance responds to the drying trigger instruction to execute pre-drying operation.
One of the purposes of executing the pre-drying operation is to determine the water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance, and then, according to the water content information, the accurate drying is realized through executing the post-drying operation in a targeted manner.
The pre-drying operation may have various embodiments, for example, in some embodiments, the pre-drying operation may include drying for a specified time duration according to a specified power, and since the drying power and the drying time duration are fixed, the drying efficiency and the water content information in the cavity may be accurately reflected according to the temperature change information in the pre-drying operation, and thus, the precise drying may be achieved by performing the post-drying operation in a targeted manner. For another example, in other embodiments, the pre-drying operation may include a first stage and a second stage that are sequentially executed, where the first stage includes drying according to a first drying power until the temperature in the cavity of the cooking appliance reaches a specified temperature value, and the second stage includes drying according to a specified power for a specified time period, and since an initial temperature value, a drying power, and a drying time period in the second stage are all fixed, after the pre-drying is finished, the drying efficiency and the water content information in the cavity may also be accurately reflected according to an end temperature value at the end, and then accurate drying may be achieved by executing a post-drying operation in a targeted manner. The above are exemplary descriptions of the embodiments of the present application, and those skilled in the art can flexibly modify the embodiments based on the above descriptions, which should be within the scope of the present application.
Step S102: and determining the water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance according to the temperature information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process.
The temperature information can be temperature change information or temperature value information, and corresponding temperature information can be selected to determine water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance aiming at different pre-drying operations.
For example, in some embodiments, the temperature information includes temperature change information;
the step of determining water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance according to the temperature information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process comprises the following steps:
and determining the water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance according to the temperature change information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process based on the corresponding relation between the preset temperature change information and the water content information.
The temperature change information may be a temperature change amount, or a temperature change rate (a ratio of the temperature change amount to a drying time period), which may both reflect water content information in the cavity, and it is easy to understand that the temperature change information is inversely proportional to the water content information. Taking the temperature variation as an example, when the water content in the cavity is more, the drying speed is slower, and after the pre-drying operation is executed, the temperature variation value in the cavity is smaller because the drying power and the drying time are fixed; when the water content in the cavity is less, the drying speed is higher, and the temperature change value in the cavity is larger after the pre-drying operation is executed. In the embodiment, the corresponding relation between the temperature change information and the water content information can be determined through experiments, the corresponding relation is stored in the cooking appliance, and the water content information can be determined according to the corresponding relation and the actual temperature change information when drying.
Through above-mentioned embodiment, can be according to the temperature variation information in the cooking appliance intracavity confirms the water content information in the cooking appliance intracavity, and then can have pertinence according to above-mentioned water content information and realize accurate stoving through carrying out the postbake operation.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in some modified embodiments, the pre-drying operation includes drying for a specified time period according to a specified power;
before determining the water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance according to the temperature change information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process based on the corresponding relationship between the preset temperature change information and the water content information, the method may further include:
and determining temperature change information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process according to the temperature values in the cavity of the cooking appliance measured at least two moments in the pre-drying operation process.
Through the embodiment, the temperature change information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process can be determined according to the temperature values in the cavity of the cooking appliance measured at least two moments in the pre-drying operation process, and then the accurate drying is realized through the post-drying operation according to the water content information in a targeted manner.
It is easily understood that, the greater the interval between the at least two moments, the more accurate the determined temperature variation information is, and therefore, in some modified embodiments, the determining the temperature variation information in the cavity of the cooking appliance during the pre-drying operation according to the temperature values measured in the cavity of the cooking appliance at the at least two moments during the pre-drying operation may include:
and determining temperature change information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process according to the initial temperature value measured at the initial time of the pre-drying operation and the end temperature value measured at the end time.
Through this embodiment, can utilize the initial temperature value of stoving operation initial moment and the measured end temperature value of end moment to confirm above-mentioned temperature change information more accurately, help selecting to carry out more suitable postdrying operation, and then improve the precision of drying wholly, avoid the problem of drying inadequately and overdrying.
In other embodiments, the temperature information includes an end temperature value at the end time of the pre-drying operation, the pre-drying operation includes a first stage and a second stage that are sequentially executed, the first stage includes drying according to a first drying power until the temperature in the cavity of the cooking appliance reaches a specified temperature value, and the second stage includes drying according to a specified power for a specified time;
the step of determining water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance according to the temperature information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process comprises the following steps:
and determining the water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance according to the end temperature value at the end moment of the pre-drying operation based on the corresponding relation between the preset end temperature value and the water content information.
The specified temperature value, the specified power and the specified duration can be flexibly set according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the application is not limited. The purpose of executing the first stage is to raise the temperature in the cavity to a specified temperature value, so that the second stage has a fixed initial temperature value (namely the specified temperature value), and then the second stage is executed. In the embodiment, the corresponding relation between the ending temperature value and the water content information can be determined through experiments, the corresponding relation is stored in the cooking appliance, and the water content information can be determined according to the corresponding relation and the actual ending temperature value when drying.
Through above-mentioned embodiment, can be according to the finishing temperature value in the cooking appliance intracavity confirms the water content information in the cooking appliance intracavity, and then can have pertinence according to above-mentioned water content information and realize accurate stoving through carrying out the postbake operation.
The water content information may be relative information or absolute information, for example, the water content information may be relative information such as "much", "more", "less", "very little", or the like, or may be a specific water content value range (i.e., absolute information).
For convenience of understanding, please refer to fig. 4, which illustrates a schematic diagram of a corresponding relationship between an ending temperature value and water content information of a second stage according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in the figure, after the first stage, the temperature in the cavity rises to a specified temperature value (e.g., 100 degrees celsius), and after the second stage (drying for 10 minutes), a difference of the ending temperature values indicates that the water content in the cavity of the cooking appliance is different, for example, if the ending temperature value is higher than 250 degrees celsius, it indicates that the water content information is very little or no water; if the ending temperature value is between 220 ℃ and 230 ℃, the water content information is that a small amount of accumulated water exists; if the ending temperature value is between 200 ℃ and 220 ℃, the water content information is that accumulated water is more; and if the finishing temperature value is less than 200 ℃, the water content information is that the accumulated water is very much.
Step S103: and after the pre-drying operation is finished, executing post-drying operation corresponding to the water content information, wherein different water content information corresponds to different post-drying operations, and at least one of the drying set temperature, the drying power and the drying time length of the different post-drying operations is different.
In the embodiment of the application, different post-drying programs (or post-drying modes) can be set according to different water content information, so that different post-drying operations can be executed by using different post-drying programs; in addition, different post-drying operation parameters can be set according to different water content information, so that different post-drying operations can be executed by utilizing the different post-drying operation parameters; those skilled in the art can flexibly modify the implementation based on the above exemplary description, which is all within the protection scope of the present application.
Wherein, above-mentioned back stoving operating parameter includes at least one in drying power and stoving duration, in addition, considers blowing to help improving drying efficiency, and above-mentioned back stoving operating parameter can also include blowing wind-force, blowing duration etc. and this application embodiment does not limit. Accordingly, the blowing wind power, the blowing time period, and the like of different post-drying operations may also be different.
The drying power, the drying time, the blowing wind power, the blowing time and the like corresponding to different post-drying operations can be determined according to experiments to realize accurate drying.
Compared with the prior art, the drying method for the cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the application can firstly execute the pre-drying operation when the interior of the cavity of the cooking appliance needs to be dried, determines the water content information in the cavity of the cooking appliance according to the temperature information in the cavity of the cooking appliance in the pre-drying operation process, and then pertinently executes the corresponding post-drying operation according to the water content information after the pre-drying operation is finished, so that the accurate drying of the interior of the cavity of the cooking appliance is completed. Because the method preliminarily determines the water content information in the cavity according to the pre-drying operation, the corresponding post-drying operation can be executed in a targeted manner according to the water content information, and the post-drying operation is corresponding to the water content information and has the drying power and the drying time length corresponding to the water content information, so that the method can accurately dry the interior of the cavity to an ideal state, and avoids the problems of insufficient drying and over-drying.
In some variations of the embodiments of the present application, after determining the water content information in the cooking appliance cavity, the method further includes:
judging whether the water content in the cavity of the cooking appliance exceeds the limit or not according to the water content information;
and under the condition of exceeding the limit, playing first prompt information which indicates that the water content in the cavity of the cooking appliance is exceeded.
For example, when the water content information is very much ponding, can think that the water content is transfinited, this probably is because the outlet blocks up or the ponding box is full etc. reason leads to, consequently, can play above-mentioned first prompt information, remind the user to confirm the reason that the water content is transfinited and in time clear up outlet plug and ponding box, or change spare part.
