Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a drying control method of a dishwasher, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of the drying control method of the dishwasher in embodiment 1 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the drying control method of the dishwasher in embodiment 1 of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: and acquiring whether the last rinsing of the washing program is hot water rinsing or not after the washing program is finished.
Further, the pre-wash and/or main wash of the washing program uses hot water.
S102: and when the last rinsing is hot water rinsing, controlling a door body of the dishwasher to be opened so as to dry the dishwasher for the first time.
It can be understood that when the last rinsing of the washing program is hot water rinsing, the temperature of the inner container of the dish washer and the temperature of the tableware in the inner container can be raised due to the hot water rinsing, so that the humidity of the inner container of the dish washer and the humidity of the tableware in the inner container can be reduced within a period of time by utilizing natural drying, and compared with the drying mode of the air inlet fan and the PTC heater adopted in the prior art, the energy consumption in the drying process of the dish washer can be reduced. When the pre-washing and/or main washing of the washing program adopts hot water, the temperature rise of the inner container of the dish washer and the tableware in the inner container is higher, and the natural drying effect is better.
As a further embodiment, after controlling the door of the dishwasher to open to dry the dishwasher for the first time, the method further comprises: acquiring the opening duration of the door body; when the opening time of the door body reaches a preset time threshold value, acquiring the current humidity value of the inner cavity of the dish washing machine; and when the current humidity value is greater than a preset humidity threshold value, the air inlet fan and the PTC heater are started to utilize hot air to perform secondary drying on the inner cavity of the dish washing machine.
Specifically, when the current humidity value is less than or equal to the humidity threshold value, the dishwasher is determined not to need secondary drying.
Therefore, because the humidity in the air is high during natural drying, when the drying requirement cannot be met by utilizing the natural drying, the air inlet fan and the PTC heater can be started, and the dishwasher liner and tableware in the liner are dried by utilizing hot air; when the natural drying can meet the drying requirement, the air inlet fan and the PTC heater are not needed for drying.
Furthermore, after the air inlet fan and the PTC heater are turned on to perform secondary drying on the inner cavity of the dishwasher by using hot air, the method further comprises the following steps: continuously acquiring the current humidity value of the inner cavity of the dishwasher; and when the current humidity value is less than or equal to the humidity threshold value, judging that the drying program of the dishwasher is finished. Therefore, the starting time of the air inlet fan and the PTC heater can be determined according to the humidity value detected by the humidity sensor, so that the starting time of the air inlet fan and the PTC heater can not be too long, and energy consumption waste is caused; the starting time of the air inlet fan and the PTC heater is not too short, so that the inner container of the dish washing machine and the tableware in the inner container cannot meet the drying requirement, and bacteria are bred.
Further, before the air inlet fan and the PTC heater are started, the method further comprises the following steps: and closing the door body of the dishwasher. Therefore, the drying efficiency of the air inlet fan and the PTC heater can be improved in the time period when the air inlet fan and the PTC heater are started.
In addition to the above, as a further embodiment, after the washing process is completed, the method further includes: and starting an air inlet fan to dry the inner cavity of the dish washing machine by utilizing cold air. That is, the dish washer may be dried using cool wind drying and natural drying at the time of first drying.
To explain the drying control method of the dishwasher of embodiment 1 of the present invention in more detail, two specific examples are given.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an example of a drying control method of a dishwasher in embodiment 1 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the drying control method of the dishwasher includes the steps of: adding hot water into the dish washing machine for rinsing, draining water after washing, adding a drying stage after draining water, standing the dish washing machine for 10min to naturally cool and dry water vapor in the cavity, then starting an air inlet fan to stop a PTC heater, drying the inside of the cavity and the tableware by cold air, simultaneously starting a humidity sensor to detect the current humidity value in the cavity, setting a humidity threshold value as delta (delta is more than or equal to 40 and less than or equal to 60), and finishing the program when the current humidity value is less than delta. And when the current humidity value is larger than delta, starting the PTC heater of the air inlet fan, and drying the cavity and the tableware by hot air until the humidity value is smaller than delta, and ending the program.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart showing another example of a drying control method of a dishwasher in embodiment 1 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the drying control method of the dishwasher includes the steps of: adding hot water into the dish washing machine for rinsing, draining water after washing, adding a drying stage after draining water, automatically opening a door body of the dish washing machine for standing for 10min to naturally cool and dry water vapor in the cavity, starting a humidity sensor to detect the current humidity value in the cavity after standing for 10min, setting a humidity threshold value as delta (delta is more than or equal to 40 and less than or equal to 60), and ending the program when the current humidity value is less than delta. And when the current humidity value is larger than delta, starting the PTC heater of the air inlet fan, and drying the cavity and the tableware by hot air until the humidity value is smaller than delta, and ending the program.
The embodiment 1 of the invention changes the normal washing program of the dish-washing machine, but keeps consistent with the original washing program in time, and the temperature in the cavity and the tableware can be raised by rinsing and heating water for washing, thereby reducing the humidity value in the cavity and the working time of a rear air inlet fan, and greatly improving the drying rate of the dish-washing machine. The invention can improve the drying condition of the dish-washing machine tableware and improve the drying rate of the dish-washing machine on the basis of reducing the energy consumption of the dish-washing machine.

After the washing program is finished, the obtaining module 20 is configured to obtain whether the last rinsing of the washing program is hot water rinsing;
when the last rinsing is hot water rinsing, the first treatment module 21 is used for controlling the door body of the dishwasher to be opened so as to dry the dishwasher for the first time.
According to the drying control device of the dish washing machine, whether the last rinsing of the washing program is hot water rinsing or not is acquired after the washing program is finished; and when the last rinsing is hot water rinsing, controlling a door body of the dishwasher to be opened so as to dry the dishwasher for the first time. It can be understood that when the last rinsing of the washing program is hot water rinsing, the temperature of the inner container of the dish washer and the temperature of the tableware in the inner container can be raised due to the hot water rinsing, so that the humidity of the inner container of the dish washer and the tableware in the inner container can be reduced within a period of time by utilizing natural drying, and compared with the drying mode of the air inlet fan and the PTC heater adopted in the prior art, the energy consumption in the drying process of the dish washer can be reduced.
