In this embodiment, the air intake device may be a direct current fan or an alternating current fan, and at the beginning of drying, the control system sends an instruction to control the air intake device to open, and meanwhile, the air intake humidity detection device and the air outlet humidity detection device send actual measurement humidity to the control system in real time, and the control system compares the actual measurement humidity with the actual measurement humidity to determine whether the humidity at the air outlet is higher than the humidity at the air inlet. And when the humidity at the air outlet is higher than that at the air inlet, starting the heating assembly to heat and dry until the humidity at the air outlet is lower than or equal to that at the air inlet.
Wherein, the heating component is a heating wire which is arranged on the top and/or the side wall of the inner container of the dishwasher in a winding way.
In the prior art, the heating mode used by the dishwasher generally adopts PTC heating, the heating mode has less heat brought into the dishwasher by a fan, and the PTC has higher local temperature and danger in the aspect of temperature rise. The heating wire is adopted as the heating component, so that the heating wire is fixedly arranged at the top in a certain zigzag surrounding mode, the heating area of the top is increased to the maximum extent, the heating uniformity of the top of the dish washing machine is improved, the temperature of the inner container is improved while hot air is introduced, and the drying efficiency is further improved.
Understandably, the heating wire can set up at the top of dishwasher inner bag, can set up simultaneously in the wall or other positions of inner bag, and its main effect is that promote inner bag bulk temperature, promotes inner bag inner chamber bulk temperature simultaneously, not only can realize the heating stoving to tableware in the inner bag, and under the lower operating mode of temperature, promotes inner bag surface temperature and can completely cut off the influence of low temperature environment to inside drying moreover.
According to the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the dishwasher enters a drying stage in the operation process, the temperature of the inner container is increased by utilizing the heating component arranged outside the inner container of the dishwasher to promote the residual water on the back of the tableware to evaporate quickly, so that the problems of secondary pollution caused by the residual water on the sunken part on the back of the tableware and peculiar smell or bacteria breeding caused by long-time non-cleaning are solved, meanwhile, the humidity sensors arranged at the air inlet and the air outlet can be used for monitoring the humidity change inside the dishwasher, the moisture on the surface and the sunken part of the tableware can be automatically judged to be not completely evaporated continuously by contrasting the humidity change, and when the humidity at the air outlet is higher than that at the air inlet, the heating component arranged at the air inlet is started to heat and dry, so that the dryness in the washing cavity can be effectively ensured, the bacteria breeding is reduced, and the user experience.
